3 Oath

"Alright, let's get down to business... I want you to become my loyal followers." I said calmly causing the old woman's face to turn dark. her body shook, wishing to do nothing more than to eat me around right now.

"Haha, let's sit down and talk for a moment. One, Your granddaughter is defenseless right now. two, you seem to be some enemy of ours, what would happen if the world hears an expert is here, and most likely has countless techniques on her... and she has a poor defense granddaughter." I said softly while sitting back, lazily grabbing something to drink. the old woman's body shook upon hearing my words, she wanted to do someone, but she couldn't move an inch.

"You evil monster!" She screamed rage burning deep in her voice, to which I sneered slightly,

"Were you not the one who made the first move? let me give you two paths, you and I both know I'm a genius. it took me 2 weeks to awaken my new talent, and a night to comprehend the law of space to my current level. that alone tells you this small kingdom can't hold me, hell I might be able to hold my own against those martial kings." I said calmly, shocking her

"but having a talent following me would be useful, your granddaughter does fit that role. I could brainwash her, making her my loyal pawn. does she have some technique she would give me? I'm sure I could trace them back to where you came from. as for you, I will spend the remaining 3 days experimenting on you." I said with a smile, making the old woman glare at me hatefully

"Or you make an oath of the highest level, swear your loyalty towards me, and in return, I will not be an enemy of your force, and so on. I can also make a similar oath, honestly, all I want from you is your teaching, and knowledge of this world. don't think for a moment that a genius like myself needs you, after all, I just defeated you. but I know the main reason I one was because I caught you off guard and you were injured." I said calmly while removing my blindfold slightly, allowing her to see my right eye, and instantly she was shocked to see my ocean-blue eyes. such beautiful eyes were stunning, but what shocked her more was the power these eyes held

"Just who are you?" She asked softly, with a defeated voice, to which I smirked slightly, after some time I shrugged before speaking.

"It's called the 6 eyes, the strongest eyes there are. the power that allows me to rule over space. It's because of these eyes I could comprehend the basic level of the law of space within a night, it's because of these eyes, even when they are sealed that I defeated you, sure you're injured. but let's face it, I only have the law of space at level 1." I said calmly, stunning her once more, she looked at the ceiling, lost in her thoughts for some time,

"I'm willing to do the oath so long as you do the oath." She said softly, to which I cut my finger with a knife which was already. She took a deep breath before making the oath, to be forever loyal to me, so long as it didn't conflict with her morels if she were to go against her oath, then the lightning would destroy her, body and soul

I made an oath, to never force her to do something against her will or betray her, if I were to go against my words, then lightning shall destroy me, body and soul. with that done, blood flew into the sky, phasing through the ceiling and into the clouds,

"Yea, no we are best friends." I cheered in joy, but she didn't say anything and just blankly looked at the ceiling, lost in her thoughts. I went over to her and began closing up her stomach with a needle. She watched me in slight shock at my kill, it hurt, but such little pain was easily ignored by her. 

It didn't take long for her stomach to close up, she struggled to her feet while covering her body. I had no interest in an old woman's body, instead, I sat back and looked at her, wishing for her to explain everything.

"I'm guessing you're from another universe, well, it's hope I have," I said with a smile, shocking her, and seeing that shock my smile grew. She sighed for a moment before speaking.

"Yes, I'm from the universe ranked 999,999. there we are working together to invade your universe to take its cultivation resources." She said softly, to which I thought for a moment before nodding

"Heat death?" I asked shocking her once more. The 'heat-death' of the universe is when the universe has reached a state of maximum entropy. This happens when all available energy has moved to places of less energy. Once this has happened, no more work can be extracted from the universe. 

"Y-yes... cultivators, steal from the universe, speeding up the process of heat death. this can be fixed by killing cultivators and having the universe reabsorb that energy, but no one is willing to do this. this is even more sure when there are other universes, and thats when we are being attacked and are having our universe energy stolen from us. so we have no choice but to go to war with your universe, to ensure that our universe doesn't die." She said softly, I rubbed my chin slightly before sighing. I never heard of such a war, this only means this kingdom is lower on the power hierarchy than I guessed

"So, what is your goal? force me into a position of supporting your universe?" I asked, to which she nodded slightly. If I fight for my universe, I will be betraying her, leading the heavens to see me as breaking my promise. 

"I have no idea what you mean..." She said with a soft smile, to which I shook my head slightly, and had her go on with the story.

"Me and a few others of my clansman were hunted, with nowhere else to run towards, he fled to your universe. there I got injured and was split apart from the other clansmen, all but my granddaughter. so we went into hiding here, where I'm slowly healing while teaching her." She said calmly, to which a smiled slightly. this old woman is ruthless, trying to overwhelm my head with all types of information to slow down my path of cultivation, there was a reason in most cultivation stories, the old experts don't just give the MC all of the information,

"As for why we were being hunted. that has to do with my granddaughter, she had awakened a unique physique which many-eyed. The Hand Of Sand Physique... I thought the heavens had blessed me when I saw the power of space hidden behind that blindfold, if my granddaughter could get those eyes, she could have had the power of space and time. making her physique perfect." She said in pity, making me roll my eyes slightly. 

"So, how did you heal from my injuries so fast yet the injuries had before remains?" I asked calmly, to which she couldn't help but sneer.

"The quality of damage a cultivator takes would measure how long or hard it is for them to heal. your attack did some damage, but unless you were able to crush my heart or destroy my head, it would be impossible for you to truly ever kill me... if I was at my peak." She said softly with a downcast look, remembering how she lost.

"I see... so it's pretty much that your HP is higher, and although my attack lowers your HP it isn't a big deal unless I get a critical hit from a headshot or headshot. but what if your HP hits zero if I keep punching you?" I asked with interest, confusing her with what I meant

"cough, what if I kept punching you nonstop while avoiding her head and heart, surely you would still die right? it's not like you were healing faster than you can heal." I said with an award cough, she looked at me for a moment as if she was looking at a fool, was that not clear?

"cough, explain more about this quality stuff," I said calmly, this was the first I had heard about such a concept. the closest thing I heard relating to this was those who cultivate the body path, their body is of higher quality, making it so that higher reality resources are needed to heal them.

A Higher-quality attack comes from higher-quality energy, imagine a cultivator attack as leaving a mark on a shirt. the higher the quality of that mark, the harder it would be to remove. sure my attack was powerful, but it was just a normal fist that was empowered by the unique state Infinity Step put me in. The mark was there, but her natural healing capability allowed her to remove it.

"Plus, I'm a Martial Emperor... although right now I could barely show Martial King Level strength... I'm able to recover from almost all injuries, so long as they are not of the heart and brain. missing body parts, and so on can easily be healed." She said softly, to which I had her explain once more about the cultivation stage, the highest I knew was the Martial King Stage, and this kingdom didn't such such powerhouses,

Houtian was the first realm, then Xiantian, then martial Lord, Martial King, and the realm she was at, Martial Emperor. there were realms above this, being martial Saint, and Martial God, which are considered the strongest within the universe.

"With the power you showed attacking me, you should have strength at Martial King, around level 1. The fact your speed is near instant makes you that powerful. but that was closer range, if you were to have more space to build your Momentum, then you could have made a hole through my chest" She said softly, sighing softly remembering my punch, she felt like she was hit by a train.

"while in that state, you become what is called a Juggernaut, something which can't be stopped once it starts moving." She said calmly, making me roll my eyes, which woman wanted to make me feel unstoppable, when in truth when I punched her, my fist was slowed down upon hitting her. this meant that something hard enough could stop me in my movement, 

this should have been breaking the oath she made, but she took the time to make her believe a few things before making the oath. this way, she believed she was motiving me, so it wasn't breaking the oath if it was an honest mistake.

I had her give me a few more pieces of information before she left to return to her shop, I didn't follow, and instead why in my world? Should I join the Fleeting Cloud Sect? I had 3 days to think about this, and since she was injured and this universe's enemy, I didn't want to use her and risk others finding out about her.

Instead, I sat back and went over my comprehension of the first level of Space, Distortation, and I quickly found many mistakes in my comprehension. this couldn't be helped as I used my past lives to understand in helping me understand space. so, I stood there finding myself viewing space in new ways, which forced me to rethink how I looked at it.

in the end, I left to go hunt the wild beast, wishing to use that chance of battle to see what I could learn. Indeed, while in battle, I began seeing battle, and my view on space reach grew, shattering the understanding I had before. space was truly not that simple, the more I understood, the more I realized just how little I understood about space.

for the following 2 days, my time was spent on doing this, until I found myself unable to find any flaws in my understanding. after all was done, I got to work on the second level of Infinity. The technique thats is known as Blue.

Blue is the Cursed Technique Lapse of the Limitless, which increases the energy output of the technique and generates the power to attract. This is achieved by amplifying the Limitless and bringing the conceptual impossibility of negative distance into reality. This forces the surrounding space to try and fill in the gap by pulling violently toward the source of the aforementioned impossibility, creating the magnetic-like effect.

Honestly... I was doing something similar to this without even knowing. Infinity Step was pretty much a version of this. I went on to learn Blue, but to do this I needed to comprehend the second level of space law, Space Divide. It's called this because a person could take hold of space as if it were a physical object, only to take a part of space and seal it in something like a ring. A person could have a higher degree of control of space, unlike before when one simply distorted space, a person at this level could do all types of stuff, 

It was then I realized something, my eyes pretty much boosted my power of space, allowing me to do the thing I was capable of doing. honestly, with simply level 1 comprehension in the way of space, I shouldn't have been able to use Infinity to such a degree, sure in me being able to do so, I used up a lot more energy, but still. that should have only been capable with level 2 comprehension of the way of space.

Were my eyes that powerful? I couldn't say for sure, so I began trying to learn Blue, and once I mastered it, I should be able to say for sure I was just broken.
