Kevin's 10th Birthday

It was Monday, May 13, 2002. Kevin's 10th birthday was one week away. Kevin turning 10 meant that he was gonna officially become a pre-adolescent.

And Steve's parents had something really special planned for him on his special milestone. So, Steve's parents decided to make their first announcement regarding Kevin's birthday on a Monday night on the thirteenth of May. Steve and Kevin were in their room that night watching wrestling when both of their parents knocked on their bedroom door which was closed at the time.

"Can we come in?!", said Kevin Sr. "Sure!", said Steve. Then Steve's parents entered their bedroom.

"Guys, we have a big announcement regarding Kevin's big day next Monday.", said Anna. "It better be good. I'm finally gonna be a tweenager next week.", said Kevin. "We're throwing a birthday party right here.", said Kevin Sr.
