The test.

"Hello My name is Kakashi Hatake and i will be your squad captain from today " Kakashi said as he appeared behind them out of nowhere which spooked Fuji a bit. 

" ohhhh! so it's gonna be you who will be our captain, Kakashi oni-san " Arayan said in a carefree manner while holding both of his hands behind his head . After saying that Kakashi calmly walked towards Aryan and stopped right in front of him and looked down at him . 

" What happened , Kakashi oni-san? Is there a problem? Aryan Asked, in a nervous tone, as he brought down his hand. 

"Baaaaammmmmm " A voice came as Kakashi slapped Aryan's head. 

" It's either captain or sensei you got that and what is that manner, is that the way you behave in front of your captain? Kakashi said as  Aryan sat down holding his head from pain. 

" ahhhhhhh, you beat me that hard just because of that, I am a chod that's child abuse! " Aryan said while rubbing off his head. 

" So what, I am a child too, I am only 14 years old! , and you are a shinobi now so sulk it up, " Kakashi said to Aryan. 

" Well that will be if you pass my test. " Kakshi said to Arayan.

" And yes this test will also be for both of you Fuji, and yame  , if you fail it you both will be sent to the school for a month to relearn shinobi laws with those children " Kakashi said to them in a calm way. 

" Whaaaaaat!!!! no one told me about that, are you serious? , is that true? " Fuji asked Kakashi in a surprised and nervous way in the meantime yame remained silent and calm. 

" Do you think I am joking, Fuji? '' Kakashi Asked Fuji while staring into his eyes. 

" No , I don't think so! " Fuji said while looking down. 

" Ammmmmmmmm, it will not be that hard. It will be the old bell test. All we have to do is coordinate and we pass yeeeeeee, easiest test of my life " Aryan thought to himself as he giggles in silence so that no one notices. 

" So now that settles down, I will explain to you what the test is " Kakashi said as he looked out something and as Aryan saw that , the confidence in him started to disappear with each second passing by. 

" Waaaaaaait, whatttttt? what? what? , it wasn't there anywhere in Naruto, what the fu..... " Aryan thought to himself as he was extremely  surprised . 

A FEW MINUTES EARLIER. 

Kakashi was standing away from them and observing all of them talk in the meantime he thought to himself " Well it looks like this this test won't work on them there are two experienced shinobi and Aryan is smart enough to understand the meaning behind it " Kakashi said as he puts the bell away that were in front of him. 

" Well it may be a hassle but i need to find them another test " Kakashi said while standing up . 

" ohhh yaaaa! now that i think about it, there was a mission which will suit them perfectly , let me just go and ask the permission for it " Kakashi said as he started to run towards the village. 

PRESENT... 

" In this scroll there is a mission that you have to complete, but if you fail to do that , then you know the consequences, I don't need to tell you that twice, now do I? " Kakashi asked while handing the scroll to Aryan . 

Aryan opened the scroll and read the mission out loud, both Aryan and Fuji were in shock as they thought this mission was not for the level of genin no matter how you see it. The contents in the scroll were as follows, and will be explained in short. This mission was a non- combat type type mission, to complete this mission you are needed to  save a 500 years old healthy tree from collapsing, because in the past few months the tree's health started to deteriorate and now is on the verge of collapsing, the reason of the tree collapsing is still unknown , time limit is 4 hours from now , the moment you finish reading this scroll. 

" This is impossible for me, I know a bit of ninjutsu and taijutsu, " Fuji said to Kakashi, as Kakashi ignored him. 

" Well it's difficult to do and i don't know what the heck is going on the mission like this is the first time of me hearing this , well the time has already started and i don't wanna go back I to the academy again it will be too shameful for me, to let that happen , well so the best I can do is fight this and complete this " Aryan thought as Kakashi and fuji had their thing going on. 

" Fuji senpai, our time is ticking so we don't have any time to waste so we will think what we can do while we're on our way there " Aryan said to Fuji with a straight face. 

" Are you in agreement Yame nee-san? " Aryan asked Yame, 

" Yes, I think so too , Aryan, " Yame said with a smile on her face. 

" Well we can talk on our way there, with our speed I think so we will reach there within half and hour so let's go " Aryan said to Yame and Fuji as all three of then started to run behind Aryan and Kakashi Started to follow them. 

" Well Fuji senpai  and Yame- San. I think so it will be better if we discuss the plan now, and for that we should tell each other our strengths and specialty , " Aryan said while running. 

" Well I will go first, as it was my idea. Aryan continued to say. 

" Well I specialize in Ninjutsu and Taijutsu , I can do Fire style and wind style , well that enough for me what about you Fuji senpai " Aryan asked fuji After he told them his speciality, not all of them but the important ones. 

" Well as you must have heard before, I specialize in Taijutsu and I can do just a bit of Ninjutsu. " Fuji said. 

" Well I guess it's my turn now , well I can perform medical Ninjutsu well, and that's all I can do leaving aside a bit of Taijutsu " Yame said with a bit of a smile on her face. Aryan saw that and thought.  " There is no way a person in the foundation can only do medical Ninjutsu, that means she is hiding something, that means I can't trust her fully , not now atleast, the time she saved me could had been only be possible because she was repaying me for my clan, I can't trust her and I must be alert all the times around her '' With a clear way to how to act in front of them. They Will continue to talk and strategize what they will do after they go there. After just 12 minutes of running the tree was in their field of vision . 

" Woooow it's soo big, we are only half way there and the tree is in our view " Aryan said out loud as he was amazed by the view in front of him. 

" hump " Fuji chuckled a bit and asked " is this your first time watching it? " 

" yaaa " Aryan replied. 

" Well I train around here so it's an everyday view for me " Fuji said to Aryan. 

After another 13 minutes of running all of them reached towards the main trunk of the tree. 

" Well we are here, we will look according to our plan , Fuji senpai you look around the tree's root. 

Yame San, you have a look around the middle part of the tree and I will go on the top of the tree to look around, we have three and a half hours left if we find something we will send a signal and if don't find anything then we will meet here in the same place in half and hour. Is that ok? But by the looks of the tree it doesn't looks like it's weak or I don't see a signs of any infection it will be hard to find out but we will have to look hard, you got that  Fuji Sempai, Yame San? " Aryan asked Yame and Fuji as he explained them the plan ones again . 

" Yess ! " Both of them said this at the same time and all three of them went to the respective positions .

( Now time for the unnecessary information the size of the tree is 4 km (2.5 miles approx) in height and  2 km ( 1.25 miles approx) in areas covering its roots and trunks . it's main trunk was 10 meters thick . ) 

After half an hour of searching and looking around all of them weren't able to find the cause of the problems. " I looked all around the roots and tree and I found nothing about you guys. " Fuji asked both of them. 

" I found nothing in the middle, " Yame said. 

" It's the same for me I found nothing on the top of the tree or anything around it, which looks like it will harm the tree, in any way " Aryan said I'm concerned way. 

" Well if it's not anything from outside then what can it be, to be able to make such a tree soo weak so that it will collapse! And to do that you should at least be strong or have the help of an entire army " Fuji said as he was getting impatient. 

" Calm down Fuji, we still have 3 hours remaining, " Yame said to Fuji to help him calm down. 

" If it's not from outside and not visible to us then what is it?  Did Kakashi Oni-San lie to us? no no no no no that's not possible ,think Aryan." Aryan was in deep thought as he remembers what Fuji said and got and idea. 

" If it's not from outside or a work of a strong individual force , then it must be something we can't see or sense " Aryan thought that and placed his palm on the tree and closed his eyes . 

" Aryan what are you doing?  " Fuji asked but Aryan did not reply because he was concentrating. 

" Aryan! I ask..... " as Fuji was going to something Kakashi appeared behind him and said. 

" He is trying to sense what's inside the tree by sending his chakra inside " Kakashi explained the situation to Fuji. 

" Well I was only going to look if they are capable enough to work as a team which they passed and I also wanted to see how will they treat Aryan as he is so young or how Aryan will react, will he have confidence or over confidence, or will he have too much of an arrogance, but well to say they passed with flying colors, they will even be able to find out the reason behind the tree collapsing that's just icing on the cake the medical team will be here in the evening to heal the tree " Kakashi thought as waited for Aryan to finish checking. As soon as Aryan opened his eyes he tooked out at kunai with a thin wire tied to it and wrapped it to the tree while doing this he shouted this. " Yame San, Fuji Senpai hurry. We don't have much time, this tree has 15 to twenty minutes at most we need to hurry, I don't have time to explain but trust me. " 

"Fuji San , I want you to tie this wire to around every major trunk of the tree and pull it as hard but don't put too much strength that it will destroy the tree. " Aryan shouted. 

" Yame San, can you heal a tree? Aryan asked as Fuji went to tie the tree. 

" Yes I can! "Yame replied to Aryan. 

" So I want you to heal the main trunk of the tree and and heal it as much as you can " Aryan shouted as he reached the main trunk Aryan did an unknown hand signs that Yame didn't knew. 

" Wind style, wind threads " Aryan said as he placed a hand on the tree. 

" This will take a lot of time but with Fuji Senpai and Yame San's help, I can get 10 more minutes, I need to be precise one mistake and the whole tree might fall down I need to first send my chakra into every crack they made in tree and push them out all at the same time. Otherwise the eggs that are hatching will completely devour the tree, " Aryan thought. 

" What 15 to 20 minutes?  In the report it said that the tree won't fall apart for another month. It looks like the termite infestation got worse and faster than anticipated. It looks like there is nothing I can do right now. The best move would be to go to the village and bring the team here. " Kakashi ran towards the village as Aryan , Fuji and Yame did their part. It had been 10 minutes and Aryan had already completed half of the tree, but it got hard for him to concentrate as he chakra was depleting fast on the other hand Fuji was holding on the wires around the tree so that it may not fall off but it got harder for him as the time went on  as the wires started to slowly sink in his skin ,  Yame was doing her best to keep the tree up and from not letting the from falling apart, by healing it . At the same time Kakashi reached the Village office. 

" It's an emergency, the report on mission 69420 ( stop laughing) , had an error in it we need the back up team fast otherwise the tree won't survive" Kakashi said as he barged in the main office. 

" 69420  , you say? , but wasn't there a mission for it this evening? " A random person said, in the office. 

" well the termite Infestations are the worst, we don't have time, we need a back up team fast, " Kakashi said as he walks up to A random person . 

" Well I understand you but we don't have a team at our hands right now, we will at least need half an hour to prepare one " A random person said. 

As soon as A random person said that, Kakashi saw someone outside the office from the window and ran towards that person. 

It's been 25 minutes since Kakashi left, and the situation wasn't the best the wires in the Fuji's hand had almost reached his bones making him blead heavily, Yame was almost out of Chakra from healing the tree but at the same Time Aryan Finished reaching towards the every end of termite  infestations  . 

" Yame San, I am going to throw out every single termite at the same time, so I need you to heal the tree at full remaining strength, " Aryan ordered Yame. 

" Now it time for some action and complete this mission , Wind style, wind thread push ' Aryan said as he made one handed tiger sign, as his other hand was on the tree,  A minute but strong gust of wind flowed form Aryan hand into the cracks that termites made in the whole tree  , all the termites and their eggs were pushed out from the tree, and were collected in the same place, in the air. 

"Fire style fireball jutsu '' Aryan said as he jumped up to completely eradicate the termites and their eggs .  As fire was thrown on them all the eggs were destroyed in and most of the termites too, but the most would had been a good thing to read but not in this case, there were a colony of termites that infested such a big tree there population was in the millions, there were at least few thousands of them left, to which all of them started to attack Aryan at the same time, Aryan didn't had enough strength to atti again as his chakra was almost completely depleted, but he smiled and said,'' you have to do at least this much, of you are this team captain, Oni-San " Aryan said as he was falling down. 

"Fire style, fireball jutsu '' Kakshi said as he killed all of the termites. " Didn't I tell you to call me captain here, Aryan? '' Kakashi scolded Aryan but he didn't reply, just smiled. It was all over the mission was complete at least this is what Aryan thought, but was Kakashi killed off the termites, Fuji lost consciousness from blood loss and Yame fainted from having using too much of her chakra. The tree was falling apart, and Aryan saw it . 

" No no no no no nooooo! It's falling apart Oni-San do something " Aryan shouted in extreme desperation . 

" Don't worry Aryan, I have some help! " Kakashi said as his eyes showed reassurance. 

As Aryan looked he saw one of the three legendary sannin, Tsunade and her pupil Shizune. Shizune was holding the wires from Fuji's hand and tsunade was healing the tree with both of them, it didn't tooked even a minute to heal the whole tree, as Aryan saw it  , Aryan takes a breath of relieve and felt unconscious, because of fatigue in Kakash's arms.
