181 Chapter 55 Having A Little Fun

Milim dodged out of the way as several beautiful yet gothic looking black and red chains that seemed rather ethereal and ghostly in appearance began attempting to wrap around her body and stop her movements the best they could. As she waved through the air and defended herself however, Veldora rapidly fired balls of sparking blue energy at her while shouting out various attack names like an over dramatic anime character.

As for Suu on the other hand, well, she was currently controlling all of the chains while constantly altering and shifting her form to avoid any incoming attacks. A fact that also allowed her to shrink down and get close while more easily hiding her presence from Milim, this also allowed her to rapidly grow and boost her own physical strength as a result of said increase in overall size. Additionally as well, while Suu was fighting the air around her got colder and colder as she absorbed the heat, it got to the point that if the environment around her wasn't an illusion the trees below her would have literally been frozen solid by now.

While this was all going on the people outside of the Domain Of Horrors were rather surprised by how things were currently going, well, some of them were surprised while all of the others didn't really seem to care all that much. Guy however was finding the whole situation quite amusing, mostly because he was taken a little off guard when he noticed Suu's transformation and realized what her race really was.

(It appears that she isn't a Phoenix after all.) He chuckled to himself with a somewhat odd shine in his eyes. (A Draconic Phoenix is quite a rare sight to see even for someone with my experience.)

(In fact I think I've only ever had the unfortunate pleasure once before.) The image of a short cranky looking figure popped into his head causing him to wince in displeasure. (That old bird had one hell of a mean swing on her that's for sure.)

(Either way though, this will be very interesting to watch indeed.) He hummed to himself as he also took a moment to note the presence of Veldora with a slight smile.

"You're enjoying this way too much..." Ramiris grumbled next to him.

Guy didn't seem to mind her attitude and simply shrugged lightly. "What's so wrong with taking in the performance?"

"There are a lot of things wrong with it!"

While the little fairy began angrily berating the crimson haired man some of the other demon lords were all having various different reactions to the current situation as stated previously. One such demon lord who was currently in disguise had a very strained and sour look on her face that had appeared rather abruptly after a certain blonde dragon had shown up unannounced.

(That damn lizard...) Luminous hiss internally as she attempted to keep a steady expression on the outside. (Why the hell is he even here?) She asked but she was clearly being rhetorical.

'It appears that Clayman was wrong about that one.' Luminous's substitute, a blonde haired vampire man hummed through a telepathic link.

Hearing this she turned to look over at the massive Phoenix like creature. 'That would seem to be the case, not that I held much belief in his words to begin with.' 

'I suppose that means that things have gotten far more complicated then?' He replied with a slightly narrowed gaze.

'Indeed it has...' She muttered under my breath.

Speaking of Suu, she was currently dealing with a swarm of lasers that were quickly following her in a sporadic display of movement, and once they were close enough to do any kind of actual damage to her they would explode rather violently. She thankfully was able to use the still warped and misshapen environment as well as her own skills and abilities to deal with them in various ways as they continued to fly after her.

Flapping her wings to increase her overall altitude she fired a condensed black beam of energy from her mouth that destroyed all her remaining pursuers in a truly massive explosion that vaporized everything in the surrounding area. With that done and over with, she quickly turned her attention back to Veldora and Milim who currently looked as if they were in some kind of street fighter game or something along those lines with how they were fighting against each other.

(This is all a little childish to be honest but what the hell, who said I couldn't have a little fun now and then.) Suu chuckled to herself 

"Come on little bird." Veldora yelled all of a sudden pulling her out of her thoughts. "Pay attention when you are fighting, you might even learn something from your amazing uncl-" He was unfortunately cut off when Milim punched him in the face, much to Suu's amusement.

"Serves you right." She huffed before activating several skills all at once.

"Anyway..." she hummed to herself before she moved once more. In an instant she appeared right before Milim with the intention of kicking her away from the annoying dragon. "What up?"

For her part Milim actually managed to grab a hold of Suu's foot before it could connect with her, however she quickly lost her grip on it when said foot changed shape all of a sudden allowing Suu to slip away rather easily. "You're gonna have to try harder than that to keep a hold of me."

Unsurprisingly Milim seemed to take that little provocation as a direct challenge to herself because almost immediately she began chasing Suu around in an attempt to get a hold of her. Thankfully for Suu however she was able to keep a head of Milim with a mixture of her speed and her ability to alter her own surroundings, although it was still rather close to say the least.

The moment lasted for a while but was rather quickly interrupted by an annoying blonde. "If you two need a second to flirt I can give you some space." The sudden voice caused Suu to flinch somewhat in embarrassment

"Sc-screw you!" Veldora simply chuckled at that while gesturing towards Milim, an act that somewhat confused Suu slightly. "Huh?"

Said confusion didn't last long as the moment she turned to check Suu had to quickly move out of the way of a pink blur. "Eep!"

She was rather annoyed at this point to say the least. "Stop distracting me you asshole."

"Rimuru was right, you are somewhat cute when you're angry." Veldora mused with a slight smile causing Suu's face to become slightly redder than it had been previously.

"Damn iguana..."

With that some time passed as the fighting continued, it was honestly quite fun if Suu was being truly honest with herself. In fact after awhile she kind of just forgot why exactly she had come here in the first place, that didn't mean her anger was gone just momentarily subsided.

Sadly the moment didn't last for all that long as the fire inside of her was re-lit when a familiar voice echoed out not far away, a voice that she had grown to hate over these last couple of hours. "Milim!" 

(What does he want now?) Suu and pretty much everyone else suddenly paused as they all looked over a Clayman who had a pissed off expression on his face.

"Kill them all, kill every single one of these damn fools!" He screamed in apparent rage and the silence that swept over the area was deafening.

"Why should I do that?"
