1 Chapter. 1

So I don't know how, but somehow I went inside the novel that I was reading. It has been two days since I have transmigratted inside the body of this villaness. Yes, you're right. I transmigratted inside the body of the villaness. God gracious!!! How can you not have mercy on me!?

So it went like this. One afternoon, I bought an idol book named 'My hero is a CEO'. The book was one of the bestselling one. So as a nerd I am, I had to give it a go. I laid on my bed with some chips and chocolate milkshake and started reading the book. At first I thought it was a nice book, but later it was exactly like every other idol novel. I thought of not reading it futhermore after some chapters but the villaness had my name. And same profession as me. My name is Grace and profession is fashion designing by the way. So for the dignity of my name and profession I read it whole. It was an okay novel. After the happy ending, I closed the book. But I felt dizzy afterwards. It was so sudden that I completely blanked out.

The next thing I know is waking up in the bed of this villaness of the novel. Okay! At first I thought I was dreaming. But after some time I realized that this is not a dream. Then I started panicking. This villaness is bound to die in the hands of the male lead. How can

I die like this? Futhermore, I don't know if I am alive or not in my real world. What if I die here and because of it I disappeared in the real world? No way!! I have a lot of things to do yet. I have not even dated till now.

And the villaness of the book is an idiot. Just because the main male lead was kind to the female lead because she had a pityfull background story, the villaness started bullying the female lead more. Main lead started to fall in love with the female lead. Of course the female lead didn't fall love with him at the very first sight and spoke to him rudely without any fear like any idol novels. After male lead was crazily in love with the female lead this idiot villaness harmed female lead and broke her arm. Then the villaness was done for. Male lead destroyed her family and business and killed them. And the villaness was tortured till death and was shot by male lead himself to avenge his love.

Villaness had a creepy death. So until I know how to return to my own world, I am going to go with the flow and yes avoid the main leads as much as possible. Anyways I am the main villan, but there are other side villans as well. And they are plenty in number so I am definately not needed for creating some dramas or bullying female lead.

Back to the novel, male lead is the most powerful eligible bachelor in the world. Like in my world there was no one like this I swear. Everyone is scared and afraid of him. This villaness is no exception. But she loved him at the first sight when she saw him at a banquet. Male lead was a cold tycoon who was known as the king of both world and underworld. He never talked or glanced at any girl until the female lead appeared.

So like this I spent whole two days in daze and I didn't eat anything. The villaness is rich. Not as much as the male lead, Of course! But her family, well my current family is among top five wealthiest families in the world. This the reason why the villaness got so much courage to pursue main lead even after many direct and hard rejections from him.

So I am in the starting of the novel right now and the banquet where the villaness and male lead met is in three days. Everything for the banquet is ready from my side including dress to shoes. Mrs. Miller (Villaness mother) has booked a whole beauty parlour team for our makeup. Okay I have a father, mother and a big brother right now. They are loving and simple people. Though my mother is a bit dramatic but she's simple.

The villaness destroyed her family due to her stupidity and obsessiom over male lead. I was an orphan in my world so when I got to witness Mrs. Miller's love, a warm feeling spread through my heart. I never experienced this feeling in my world. So I am definately not gonna let them die in vain because of some stupid and childish crush.

A knock came from the door. I said come in. Then entered Mrs. Miller. I should address her mother I guess because she is actually the mother of this body. She was a beautiful lady with simplicity.

"Mom, what are you doing here?" I asked as she entered my room. She had a normal expression on with joy in her eyes.

"Dear, can't I even come to your room now without any reason?" She said in a soft voice smilling at me. She sat beside me on my bed. I was on my bed.

"Mom you misunderstood me. I thought you had something to do or tell me. You don't usually visit me." That was right. The villaness never had a great bonding with her family. She ignored them and didn't considered their love for her and broke their hearts eventually leading them towards their death.

"I was just joking. When did you started explaining yourself? I came here to told you that me and your dad are going for a dinner date. We'll return late. So don't forget to eat before sleeping." She said laughing. Of course the villaness never explained herself. I never thought her parents would have such a good relation. They are so cute.

I smiled and said, "Okay then you should get going. Don't make dad wait. I will eat after sometime and go to bed. Don't worry. Enjoy your date." Hearing me she revealed a shock but was immediately covered in a face full of happiness.

"Okay then. Sleep early." She said and left my room. I waved her a bye and closed my door.

After some time I ate my dinner and went to bed.

Just like that it was time for the banquet. I spent these three days planning for the future in this world. I will focus on my career and completely avoid the main leads and live a simple life until I figure out how to return to my world.

It is good as the villaness has the same profession as mine. It would be weird if I suddenly changed my career or interest. Anyways, I did some research and the clothes and fashion of this world is different from my world. So I can use my knowledge of fashion from my world here.

So, today is the day when I will meet the male lead. Though I did some research but because of his huge influence in the whole media world there is not even a single picture of him in the whole internet. I went to many sites but it was useless so I stopped as I would be seeing him face to face anyways.

I am actually kinda nervous because I never attended any banquets before. But I have to attend this banquet. Though I have absolutely no interest in this banquet and no exictment for it but I would really want to know the people. There are many people that I have to be aware of. And isn't there a saying 'Keep your friends close. But keep your enemy closer.'

And so I am sitting infront of a big mirror having my makeup done. This villaness is stupid but has got good looks. She is a fresh beauty with a good body and curves at right place. Somewhere between seductive and innocent.

For the makeup I went for a natural look and a matte lipstick in nude colour. And then they did my hair. My hair was braided and made into a bun.

Later they pinned some shiny flower shaped pins to adjust the hairstyle and make it look more beautiful. I was really of impressed by these beauticians. They really did a good job.

For the dress, I wore a white and light blue coloured dress which was sleeveless and reached up to my ankles. It was glittery and looked really elegant and expensive. I wore a matching light blue heels. This villaness was not much tall. She was only five feet four inches.

But I think it is enough. Anyways what are heels for? The heel that I wore was a four inched heel. It was comfortable and I could walk nicely. And yes I did not forget to double check my heels because this is a novel and I am a villaness now. What if the heels suddenly broke and I fell on the floor. I would be a laughing stock.

My brother was not in the town. Probably in a meeting or something so he couldn't attend the banquet. I don't really know what type of banquet it is. So I asked mom and she told me it is a banquet of Smiths. Smiths are also one of the top five powerful families in the world. It is natural for them to have a banquet. And yes by the way, John Smith is the second main lead of the novel. The banquet is for his grandfather, Aurther Smith as it is his 80th birthday today.

Mom was also looking gorgeous wearing a brownish red coloured dress. It suited her perfectly. And Mr. Miller (Villaness's dad) was wearing a black suit with a good texture. He was a jolly person with a simple mind. Thank god, though I am a villaness my family is very simple and good.

Dad complimented mom and she blushed. So cute. He also complimented me and I smiled and thanked him. He was somewhat surprised with my reaction. But he had happiness in his eyes.

We went to the venue of the banquet. The media was not allowed at all. There were lot's of people walking through the red carpet to enter the place. We got off our car and walked towards the place. Dad had prepared a gift for Mr. Smith. But I don't know what it is. There were bodyguards checking the invitation card and we had to pass by a metal detector as well for safety measures. After compiling all the necessary actions, we finally reached the place. It was large hall with beautiful flower decorations and tables. Our table was also at a good place. As we are one of the reputed and wealthiest family.

I saw only few people. We arrived a little early. So we directly went towards the main person, Mr. Smith. We went where he was sitting. I must say that old man was 80 and was in a good shape. We wished him and dad gave him his gift and started talking with other people. Me and mom went towards the ladies section. I greeted many aunties that I didn't recognised. I just smiled faintly and mom did all the talking. I looked at my phone. It was 5:38 pm. So the banquet should start at 5:45 pm. And the entry of Rustler King should be around that time as he is very punctual.

I really don't get it why people should have to be sharp punctual. At least ten minutes before after should be excused. But it is just my theory. I was busy thinking when I felt a tap on my shoulder from behind. I turned around to find a gorgeous young lady around my age wearing a light green gown. I knew who she was. Sarah Brown, the villaness's ultimate and one and only bestfriend. This girl Sarah was the most loyal friend of this villaness. She tried to help villaness till her death by requesting the male lead to give her another chance. But his mind was set to kill her so he didn't flinch by her request.

Sarah helped her a lot when her family was bankrupted by male lead. She was smilling at me. She was around my height. I really had no friends in my world that's why I loved reading books. They said 'Books are your bestfriend.' And I believed that.

I smiled back at her. She pulled me out from those group of aunties. Mom gave me a glance and smiled and returned to her talk. We stopped near the bar. She grabbed two glasses of orange juice and gave me one.

"Do you know you look so pretty?" She said as we sat on the chair near the bar.

I laughed and said, "You're joking. You also look very gorgeous." She also giggled. Sarah was also from a wealthy family. She was not as wealthy as the villaness. But her family can be considered a wealthy one.

"Do you know Rustler King is also coming in this party? That is why these girls came here with ten layers of makeup." She said as she looked towards the hall where the girls were scattered like sand.

"Haha. Yeah. But seriously is he that good?" I asked myself as well as Sarah. She looked at me with a confused expression. Of course because even before meeting him, this villaness used to worship him.

"I don't know. What do you say? What?You're not interested in him anymore?" She laughed as she said showing her pearl white teeth.

"I was so childish before. Like literally worshipping a guy whom I have never met or talked to. And I don't even stand a chance. So I don't like him anymore. I want to like someone who is gentle and caring and funny." I said. Sarah was dumbfounded and shocked. She looked at me if I was joking but seeing my expressions were serious she just stared at me.

Suddenly then she pulled me in a hug and said, "Oh dear! Finally god gave you some brains. I thought that you would always be like that. I am so happy that you are over from your obsession."

I jolted back and smiled at her. "I know. Actually I thought for a long time and I came to this conclusion. He is just a dream and I finally woke up from this dream. Now no more Rustler." I said as I laughed.

"Hmm. Good. So for your achievement and wisdom. Cheers!" She said as she lifted her cup. I lifted my cup as well and we drank the juice.

We were talking about some random stuffs when we heard a voice of a girl, " Oh my god. Rustler King is here."

I looked at the direction of the door. He finally came.
