22. The Latter(1)

After i read the note which was attached to the photograph , I ran into my bedroom and checked the photo frame which he kept inside the drower as he wrote on note.

It was beautifully customariesed frame made of white jade with flower design on two opposite corner of the frame . It was simple yet elegant . It was especially designed for the picture he gave me. I smiled looking at it and I felt that was I really that special that someone could do such thing for me.

I stared at him in the picture and tried to read his expression that he had in the picture. He eyes were glowing with happiness , satisfaction and his eyes were as deep as the see who had lost of things to tell but remained untold since long time.

Suddenly I remembered the last object which was the latter. I was really excited to read it thinking that what might be written on it.

I went back to the balcony by keeping the photo frame and the bracelet carefully in the drower of my cupboard. I picked the latter and sat on the swing comfortably. I opened the latter with a smile and excitement and started reading.

**Latter**

I don't know wheather you liked my small gasture of saying thank you for comming into my life . It seems like meeting you is the best thing that happened to me. You are carefree person with lots of hope and determination for yourself. You have confidence in yourself and know what you are doing or going to do in the future. You know what you want and what you don't want as if you can see your future and that's makes you special. I have never met someone like you. You never cared my status, you had always been yourself no matter you knew who I was or not . I thought you would change if you knew who I was and was a bit scared to say you everything and confess you my past and my fault. I was scared that you will leave me. So I wanted to know you a bit more to guess your reaction and prepare myself according to that before telling you everything. But you are way more different than I could guess. You are pure soul with a sence of righteousness. So I will tell you everything that happened during those days.

I came back from US almost six months ago and started the restaurant after completing my degree in music. I started my music career during my study itself. Since I am the only son of my family so anything that my father owns will be mine and which my mom owned will be my sister's according to the will prepared by my family. So for about three months ago there was I compitition in school and my father wanted to introduce me as his hair after him. So I agreed to go with him . School didn't call any other guest as I was also an artist so they made me only their chief guest. As she had a good personality and knows her boundaries very well, so the school decided to appoint her as my assistant during the program.

She was really a pretty and kind women with good nature and well mannered . So I couldn't help but respect her and liked teasing her. She took care of me and pampered me like a baby as she was three years elder to me . She always saw me like a kid so I admired her. She never saw me in any other way and I knew that. She wouldn't dare to do so as she knew her boundaries well. She saw me like her boss and acted and behaved according. She took care of all the mess I created in those three days of compitition. I really enjoyed it. When I left the school after completion and each time I fell in trouble I always remembered her and missed her. This made me think that I love her until I met you. So I chased her.

I followed her to her home , school and everywhere she went other than school as I didn't want to affect her job. So she was irritated by it and people started speaking I'll about her telling her "gold digger". One day she got angery and asked me to meet for dinner. I was supper excited listening to her over the phone and arranged a romantic date at my resturant. I picked her up from her home and gifted her a dress and asked her to change into it atthe restaurant. She looked very pretty in it. It was a gown of boat necked , full-sleeved gown which was black in colour. Her face glowed even more with black colour as she was fair skinned lady . She did simple makeup which made her look elegant. During dinner she told me everything about her difficulty but I couldn't accept it and proposed her. She just took the flower as it was my resturant and she didn't want people to laugh at me. Later she cleared everything and made me understand . So I gave up on her that night and tried to move on in life.

Next day morning my mom called me in panic . I was shocked and woke up immediately thinking what happened that she called me early in the morning that too in such panic. I woke up and asked her what was wrong. She showed me the news on her table PC about last night with headlines " The new idol of GM entertainment proposed a beautiful lady in his own resturent."

I rubbed my eyes in disbelieve that was I dreaming or is that true. My mom scolded me. I saw that it was posted few minutes before. I never thought such problems would occur just after she rejects me and I decided to let go. I told everything to my family and they were very supportive towards me even if they knew I messed thing up for myself.

I started getting calls from my company with whom I signed the contract , my friends and also some reporters for interview. It was a complete mess.
