12. The Shocking truth

After I left the washroom I took a long breath to relax myself. Even if I showed that I was very confident and wasn't scared of them but actually I was scared a bit that they might not believe me. It would really be a great problem if they didn't believe me. Even if I left the washroom I stood at the door to listen to their conversations as I knew they would talk about should they believe me or not . And as expected they started their chit- chat soon after I left . Actually only one lady teacher was chasing the male teacher whom I talked to but he didn't pay attention to her. She came from a very prestigious family of the town so everyone butters her because they think their post will be much secure if they do so. She work as teacher in this school because of him but he wasn't affected a bit by her so called sacrifice . Instead he felt annoyed around her.

His name is Lu Gong. He did his master's from a very prestigious collage of France in mathematics. He was the top student in his department. The lady teacher who chased him was Zheng Zhan. She also did her master's from the same collage as him but her subject was economics. Since their college she chased him. He never talked to any lady teacher first so it was hard for them to believe me. It was kind of weird for me too to listen to their conversations. So I understood their point clearly and left as their conversation started to talk nonsense that I might be lying to them. But it was none of my concern as I wasn't interested in him at all. The only reason I joined the school was to earn money so that I could study dance.

I came back to the teacher's staff room and sat at my desk. Teacher Lu's desk was right in front of mine so I said , " Teacher Lu , it seems that you really have lots of girls around you." He was kinda shocked listening to my words and understood that I had a conversation with Mrs. Zheng immediately and asked , " Did you have a conversation with Mrs. Zheng?"

I told him , " Oh! Seems like you really understand her a lot. Did this happen before also?"

He replied ," Not really because I rarely talked to any other lady teacher . It's only you whom I talked to among lady teacher. Isn't it obvious that when she left for washroom along with her servents soon after you left?"

I told , " I must say that you are really a mathematics teacher as from the point of your analysis."

He replied , " Thank you for your compliment. I am really honoured."

I asked him, " Could you please tell me about the incident of Mrs. Chao Chao?"

Everyone were staring at me when I told her name as if I did a big crime.

He told, " Hash....we are not allowed to talk about that incident."

He dropped a paper on my desk as he left for the first class. I took it and saw. It's written , " Let's meet after the school if you want to know about the incident. It's bend for everyone to talk about it at school. Whoever does it will be suspended for one year. " Then I understood why did they give such look on me.

I followed Mr. Wang's instructions and seems like more students were paying attention to my class as compared to before but still they showed their cold face and attitude towards me. But it was okay for me as it's quite understandable . As they also might have had to suffer from the incidents that were happening for the people who worked as the English teacher before. So I tried to give everyone as well as myself time to accept things.

After class I went to nearest cafe of school and saw teacher Lu was waiting for me. He stood up as soon as he saw me and told me, "Follow me , It's not convinient here" slowly near my ear as he passed by. I followed him after buying a bottle of water. I got up on his car and he was driving . But I had no idea about where we were heading to nor was I worried about it. But I couldn't trust anyone and everyone as it was a completely new place for me so I spent Mr. Wang my live location and told that I was going with teacher Lu so that he can tell me about Mrs. Chao Chao a bit more.

He asked me ," What you want to know about her?"

I told him, " I want to know what kind of person she was ? How good she was as a teacher because very few students pay attention to my class ?I also want to know about the incident."

Teacher Lu smiled and told me , " Seems like you want her complete biodata during her stay at school."

I told him ," Yah .... you can say so because if I don't do that then I won't be able to be a good teacher for the students I am teaching. If it wasn't for students and teachers cold behaviour towards me I would never be interested in knowing about her."

He replied , " Okay I understood."

Then he started telling me about her, " Yes she was not only a good teacher but also kind hearted person. There wasn't a single person who disliked her. She got many proposal but always refused in a beautiful way so that noone will be offered towards her. She was really wise. So students will need some time to bond with you. As for the incident, it was quite shocking for all of us. Noone knows the truth and she also never defended herself. She was so wise that she could solve any problem but she didn't stand for herself so I think she sacrificed herself for someone. We wanted to fight for her but she never allowed us to do so. So actual story is still unknown. She left the school after taking all the blame on herself. "

He stopped talking for sometime and sighed then he told me, " So that's all I know and can tell you. Now tell me where should I drop you. As I need to go back home."

I replied saying ," Take me back to school. I can go from there to my appartment by myself. And thanks a lot for the information."

He dropped me few metres from school to avoid people's eyes.
