after surviving to the end of the invasion of the Sith ,chaos lord Dark North thought of ways to help mortals and immortals a like to defend themselves from such threats without interfering in there daily life so as not to interfere with the karma of the Chao's verse as for a being of his power level his Meer presence is enough to warp space,time,karma and destiny itself.As he pondered over the problem he remembered his time as a mortal back on earth,the weekness he felt at times he though of a novel he once read titled terror Infinity where a mysterious entity gave humans a chance to evolve to go beyond,to dream and achieve what lies only in the realms of imagination.using his abilities as a heart force cultivator of the highest magnitude he set up a layered World containing 108000 individual chaos World ,with each chaos World conitaing universe sized realms based on the dreams of mankind.next he set up a reward and punishment system based upon performance of individuals.for a being of Jian Ning's magnitude giving a mortal the power of immortals and gods was as easy as breathing to him,infact he could even give the so called gods themselves Power beyond there imagination,now the only issue at hand was picking who was worthy of this opportunity...
