66 Ch.66 I see dead people...

When Kris came out of the semiconscious state, he was already seated in the bus at the start of the movie. The first people he saw was Jie, and Nana standing infront of everyone.

When Jie saw that Kris was awake, he just raised his eyebrow waiting for Kris to say something.

"You can relax pops, I have no intention of interfering with your little test. Captain Kirk here, haven't earned my services yet." pointing at Zheng with his thumb.

"I wouldn't mind the perks but, I'm not leader material."

At the end of his sentence, the other veterans woke up as well.

Zheng began to question Jie, But Kris didn't focus on their little spat, and observed the still unconscious newbies.

Looking at the form of Wang Xia, the product of Xuan's scheming when Zheng went into the realworld.

'If I remember correctly his a scout, that will come in handy. But I'll need somebody else for this mission, the key God have thrown on the MC's lap at the start but, wasted."

Kris looked at the sleeping form of a twenty-one-year-old girl with her eyes closed. 'These eyes are the ticket to complete this mission.'

By the time he tuned back in Jie's, and Zheng's conversation Jie was in the part where he tells Zheng the game rules.

"If you want to know everything, then defeat the 4 of us. They have been controlled by me. Same rules as the training. Defeat them, no lethal blows, just knock them out, or find me, and defeat me."

"Now the rules of the game, every time you defeat one person, I will tell you a part of the truth. If you can defeat me, I will tell you everything."

Jie, and the rest, then got off the bus, and left. Zheng was going to attack Jie but, he was stopped by the force field that appears at the beginning of every mission.

"Are you done? 'cause the newbies are about to wake up. You just go, and go after Jie leave the mission to me."

Zheng looked at Kris for what seems to be a minute, and was about to protest but, changed his mind.

"Get us some points, and I'll bring our comrades back. We still have to talk about your participation with the team."

"I'm not going to be your Spock, Kirk you already had one. Plus I like the lieutenant role best. But, if you prove you're self worth it, you could enlist me any time."

Zheng could only sigh at the way Kris talks. His thoughts were then interupted by a barrage of questions that came from out of the blue.

"What points? What horror movies? Shit, what is this place? Where is this?"

It was a pretty girl. Uh, at least she was well featured. Though there was a thick layer of foundation and a pair of eyes painted like a panda. Her hair was also dyed yellow. Aside from being well featured, she was more like an opera actress.

She got up from the floor then immediately checked her clothes. Afterward, she looked at Zheng and Kris while saying. "Who are you? Why are you staring at me? What is this place? Wasn't I chatting with my friends in the internet cafe?"

She sounded like she was from Szechuan, and using the local dialect. If she didn't paint herself like a panda and with less foundation, she would look like a delicate girl of seventeen or eighteen. Too bad her actions seemed like too much of a thug. She sat down and lit a cigarette then asked. "Don't fooking stare at me like that. Or I will call people to teach you a lesson."

Kris ignored her little tirade, and walk over towards Wang Xia. He kicked his boot, and said in his best army voice impersonation "Wake up maggot!!! on your feet on the double."

Wang Xia jump awake on reflex, and stood in attention, eyes forward as if waiting for orders. His military discipline kicked in, on autopilot, and he move like clockwork.

"We're t-minus-haul-ass-h-hour, for go time! no slacking! I want your name, and designation soldier!"

"Wang Renjia, Special Forces, I'm a Scout Sir!"

"That's Lieutenent to you!! At ease soldier! I'll get back to you later."

Everyone was shocked at the exchange, But Zheng was already aware of Kris's antics.

There were five men and three women this time. All the men were between age twenty to thirty and were all fit.

Aside from Wang Xia who was dressed in a military uniform, and looked like someone on a family visit. There's a thirty-year-old man that seemed like a regular worker.

A man with glasses about twenty-seven which looked like Liang from the last movie. A skinny young man about twenty-four and lastly a muscular young man with dyed hair about twenty-one.

As to the women, the other two apart from Zhu Wen who still have her eyes closed, There's a twenty-seven-year-old woman in an office lady suit. And ofcourse, panda-eyes who took the spot light a while ago.

All three of them looked above average, which made the men keep turning their eyes toward them.

Zheng saw that everyone woke up and began to cause a fuss. He nodded his head towards Kris.

Taking it as a sign to take the helm, Kris cleared his throat, and said "I am going to explain the current situation. Everyone listen carefully. I am only going to say this once."

The young man with dyed hair shouted until the women looked at him. Of course, one of them still had her eyes closed. He was pretty pleased with himself and said. "Who are you? Acting so cocky. And only saying it once. Do you know who I am? No one in the East district doesn't know..."

Before he could finish the sentence, a green flash past infront of him, and a hand dropped on the floor.

It was so fast, that even Zheng wasn't even able to see when the lightsaber was drawn, and stored back from where it was kept.

The young man with dyed hair didn't realize that the hand on the floor was his at first. When he was about to reach put with his left hand, and pick up the fallen limb.

That was the time he saw his cauterized appendage instead of a hand, due to the shock. He fainted on the spot, dropping like a sack of potatoes.

Wang Xia looked at Kris with a serious expression, and did nothing but resume his position on the side.

The rest were to frightened to even make a sound.

Kris fixed his trench coat a little, and said"This is no joke, your very lives depend on this next words."

"Listen carefully. This world is different from the one you know. You are in a world of endless terrors now. You are trapped in this world, and you will have to go through one horror movie after another. Until you die, or reach enough points to go back to the real world."

The newbies faces were filled with dread, But just looked at Zheng then, back to Kris as if asking 'His kidding right?'.

When Zheng saw this he just shook his head, and let Kris take care of things. He has more important things to worry about.

"You gain points every time you survive a movie, you will earn 1000 basic points. Some movies have missions that you can complete for extra points and even the more valuable ranked rewards."

"You'll figure out the rest later, so I won't elaborate. After you finish a movie, you will enter a place called God's dimension. There you can use your points to exchange many things including weapons and medications and even enhance your body."

"Ranked rewards are used for the higher tier exchanges. Now, you can go back to the real world once you save up 50000 points."

"As to where or what movie we are in right now? The movie we are in is the second movie of the Final Destination series."

"One year after the explosion of Flight 180, Kimberly Corman is going on a vacation to Daytona Beach for spring break with her three friends, Shaina, Dano and Frankie. While waiting on the entrance ramp to Route 23, she has a horrifying vision of a deadly pile-up, caused by a truck carrying logs. She stalls her car to block the road and prevents 7 of the intended victims from entering on the highway."

"We are on that very ramp right now, and a head of us is the protagonist of this movie."

"Not long from now the pile-up will occur. An 18-wheeler truck will drive into Kimberly's SUV killing her friends, but Thomas, the man in the police uniform, will save Kimberly from being killed, when he pulls her out of the way at the last second." At end of his explaination Kris received the 100 points notification from God.

Then the scene played like it had at the beginning of the movie.

'Let's see, if the grim ripper indeed likes apples...'
