He started to walk away slowly, into the depths of the forest... But before disappearing completely, he spoke. 『"... I hope you do yours~ "』 His voice echoing...

I just stood there, dumbfounded.
'Eh-...? That was it?... What was that damn lizard doing, acting all mysterious and edgy... He kinda reminded me of Veldora in the anime... wait... -was he acting -cool...?'

Well, granted, maybe it was effective since I became nervous about his change in demeanor, but oh well~

Without the company of any visitors.
I gazed up at the sky, realizing that it had already turned a deep shade of dark. I couldn't help but marvel at the beauty of the stars twinkling above me, lost in my thoughts. It was a peaceful moment that I would cherish forever.

I doubt many of the characters in Tensura are alive yet... Veldanava said that it is currently Creation Era 231, so I assume it had only been 231 years since Veldanava started creating life... My best guess would be the 7 Primordial Demons and 7 Angels of Origin are more or less already alive, albeit younglings...
Also, I would say that the majority of the current world is populated by Vampires and High Humans... Normal humans shouldn't exist and if they do, only a limited amount may exist... Barely any animals have been created in this world so Humans who are reliant on worldly sustenance are unlikely to survive...
Hmm... So "Guy" probably hasn't been summoned yet, nor has that "Old Lizard" met the love of his life...
This thought just put a smile on my face~
'hehe~ I did say I wouldn't tamper with the timeline early on- but I didn't say I wasn't going to watch~ he~ hehe~' I thought as I giggled maniacally.

Now... to the matter at hand!
I'm not one to prolong things, so let's get this show on the road!
I had been continually using mana sense all this time and would continue to do so all the time... I once more changed my perspective to look at myself.
I was leaking excess {Magicules}; It felt rather exposing, like a private part of me can be seen by everyone...
I tried reeling it in; it felt somewhat similar to having your belly tucked during an important day just because you don't want to look fat...

Then I willed my Unique Skill 『Oviparous』 to do its magic~
Oddly enough, the stuffy feeling of forcefully reeling in my {Magicules} seemed to vanish as any excess magicules were directed to my abdomen...
It felt warm... My abdomen felt tingly; it composed most of my body, taking about 2 meters of my body as it rested on the ground, 1 meter being my upper body consisting of my limbs and head as I stood upright.

I could feel something forming. Tens of thousands of small individual dots... I could feel them within me, numerous and filled with vitality... I could feel their faint heartbeats. They were a part of me... -my brood...
My abdomen continued to swell. They developed rather fast from the previous tens of thousands of dots into golf ball-sized eggs... Sadly; I wasn't near ready to mother anywhere near those numbers- so I did what I had to do... I used the full extent of my unique skills and designed them to my liking... I purged those tens of thousands of eggs to become magicules once more... their heartbeats vanishing as if they never existed...
It hurt...
I felt guilty for letting those eggs grow mature enough to have heartbeats... -only for them to be snuffed out...
'I'm sorry...' I thought melancholy...
I restarted the process again as I directed the magicules to my abdomen. This time, I willed 『Oviparous』 to create four eggs and adjust them to my liking..., each of them being a variety of insect...
Using the subskill {Bestow} I gave them my memories, information on what they were and what their purpose was in the ecosystem, I also gave them some of my human memories -good and bad, so that they may learn from my experience the reality of the world...
Lastly, I bestowed upon them the remaining residues of my recently sacrificed skill to plant seeds in their little souls...
'I am a {Void Beast} born in the immaterial world of the Abyss. Although they may be born into this world as material beings and thus influenced by its magic and rules, they are, in essence, my children... life devouring...' Ever since I was born in this form, I had always had this -itch, a desire, if not for my powerful soul and memories, I would've become a mindless beast with 'this' insatiable urge... -an urge... to devour.
It was also the reason I bestowed them my memories... a failsafe. If ever they do inherit the same urge as me... at least with those memories and enough time, they should be able to control these urges...
After I was done adjusting them according to my liking, I waited a few moments as I savored the cool air of the night... I felt mental exhaustion wash over me from having to create and bestow them bits of my memories and knowledge to ensure they are behaved as can be, and did not become mindless monsters to be hunted and killed...

After a few moments, I went on the move...
I began to make my way to the base of the largest tree I could find and began digging a hole below its root system...
I dug and dug, using my maws and 3 pairs of limbs to loosen and carry out dirt from the hole. I eventually stopped after digging a dome-like space about the size of a football field below the huge tree... It wasn't very hard, given my size and strength. Granted, it could've been much easier if I had a spell to do all that menial stuff, but it doesn't matter... a bit of exercise for pregnant women ought to be helpful...

I lay tiredly in the middle of my makeshift domed nest. Lying in a spiral position with my abdomen snuggled inside the spiral, I rubbed it, giving myself a soothing maternal massage~...

Here's a chapter! ~ It was kinda rushed, got home a few hours ago; I am an unexperienced writer so I just kinda go with what I think is fun on the spot, one thing I noticed was that when I tried to edit the previous uploaded chapters to rid of any grammar mistakes and misspellings, it wouldn't show up on my screen even after re-updating it and refreshing, If ever in the future I'll probably just rewrite the chapters, so I hope you don't get bothered because if you are sensitive to mistakes... -so am I, lol just kidding~...
