125 Get a clue

Normally when a human body loses a lot of blood it turns white or bluish.

The creature that stood watching them from the shadows was not human.

Even though it was not badly decomposing like the other zombies it still could not pass for a living breathing human.

It was cunning and it had intelligence, it was the one controlling the zombies and safely running the show from its hiding spot, she was certain of this fact.

You could tell that it was dead because its body had already started the decaying process but wasn't rotting yet. 

Perhaps by eating human organs was how it managed to live through the last few centuries undetected.

Somehow it managed to get a chaos orb shard that made it stronger and more confident.

No longer wanting to lurk in the shadows it was getting bolder and overconfident hunting others in possession of the chaos orb shards.
