1 Chapter 1: Template System

Opening my eyes ,I saw a white expanse all around me. I couldn't explain how unimaginable this scene was ,but here it is.

*Dong!*

I heard the sound of a loud bell ring in my head and then noticed a screen appear in front of me.

It was accompanied by another screen after I finished reading the first one. Both being gold screens of texts.

I saw my choices and wondered what to pick. Of course ,as an avid anime fan ,I've always loved swordsmen. So my choice was set in stone.

As I pressed the swordsman class ,another screen popped up. I was about to read it when it suddenly vanished.

It was replaced by a different screen. This one had a blue background. Why did the theme change?

[Loading Template System...Success. Template System has overrided the Apocalypse Motherboard Terminal. Displaying Status.]

I felt dizzy for a second and then my vision cleared up ,I was on a bed inside of some kind of rest facility.

Looking in front of me ,I reviewed my status.

Ah ,nice. I can probably do a thousand swings without getting exhausted now. I equipped my coat and sword that I got and threw the beginner equipment given by the tutorial away.

I then began to swing my sword to complete the mission. By the time I had finished it once ,three other people had appeared in the room.

I looked at them. One was a girl with white robes and a fancy looking staff. The other two were guys ,one was a thin guy with glasses and brown robes. He held a book in his arms ,next to him was a bulky guy with some steel plates on. He had a large shield along with a shortsword.

I could easily tell who picked what class. So I began introductions ,feeling like we would need to cooperate in the future.

"My name is Jax. I picked the swordsman class if you couldn't tell." I said jokingly as I put away my elucidator in the sheath that it came with.
