" Finally made it out of the dungeon." Said Escanor looking at the wonderful city again

He started making his way towards the guild so that he could finally exchange his monster cores, luckily Rose gave him a bag so that he could carry them .

( Forgot to write this in the last chapter as when I was writing it it was 3am for me)

As he arrive at the guild, he made his way inside and towards the counter where Rose was.

" Hello Mrs.Rose, I'm back from my trip to the dungeon, and might I say that I'm really glad I came here first, being able to see your beautiful face just completes my day. " Said Escanor with a smile 

" Oh you're back, well how did your first run go? To what level did you managed to go down to?" Asked Rose with a blushed face at Escanor's comment 

" Well it wasn't to difficult, I managed to go down towards the 17th floor, and I did fight Goliath as well." Said Escanor with a laugh at the end

" YOU WHAT?!!" Screamed Rose

" You're telling me you went down toward the 17th floor, and not only that but you also fought with Goliath?" Asked Rose hoping the insanity she just heard wasn't true 

" Ha ha ha, yes I did Mrs.Rose, and to be honest with you. I dint see why everyone is scare of it, it was pretty weak I'd say, it could only take one of my moves before it died." Said Escanor rather sadly 

" I dint even get a chance to fight properly" He added 

" ha…ha…ha ha ha" laughed Rose a little crazily that it even made Escanor back away a little 

" *sigh* why do I feel like the more I'm with you, the more crazy things I'll be hearing." Said Rose 

" Well you might just be right." Said Escanor with a prideful laugh

" But today I'm just here to exchange my monster cores." Said Escanor 

" Very well, just give me a few minutes while I got get your payment." Said Rose taking the big and heavy bag

She took the bag to the back and than Rose came back with a bag full of Bali, totaling 738,000 Vali

" Well Escanor you truly set a new record, for being the first adventure to go down to the 17th level on your first run and for being the first adventurer to earn this much on his first run." Said Rose with a sweat drop 

" Ha ha ha, well it's to be expected after all, it is me." Said Escanor 

" Say Mrs.Rose, what do you say I treat you to dinner sometime as a thank you for being my advisor?" Asked Escanor 

" wh-what." Stuttered Rose with a blush face

"Well…maybe, I'm free Saturday if that's okay with you Escanor." Said Rose in a meek voice 

" Wonderful, well I'll see you than Mrs.Rose, till next time." Said Escanor waving goodbye to her as he was leaving

When Escanor finally exited the Adventurer's Guild, he headed straight for the Hephaestus Familia residence

He made his way up the tower and towards the 8th floor, he passed by the store and made his way toward his Goddess office 

*knock* *knock*

"Come in" Said Hephaestus 

To which Escanor opened the door and entered in

When Hephaestus saw it was her new child, who was peculiar yet very strong, be the one to entered, she wondered what surprises he was bringing her so soon after being blessed by her 

" So Escanor, what brings you back towards my office?" Asked Hephaestus 

" My Goddess I've come to update my stats as I've returned from my dungeon run." Said Escanor 

" So soon? I thought since it was your first time you would spent a few more hours in the upper floors." Said Hephaestus 

" Ha ha ha, Well the upper floors posed no challenge so I opted to come back up and go lower some other time." Said Escanor 

" Alright than, just lay down like last time and I'll update your stats." Said Hephaestus 

Hephaestus dint expect much, as it was Escanor's first run and he was inexperienced, so there would naturally be no big progress for his first time 

( She doesn't know our MC is built different)

As Escanor layed down on the Sofa, Hephaestus got on top of him in a straddling position and she dropped a drop of her divine blood on his back

As she did, Escanor stats showed themselves.

" What the hell?!?" Exclaimed Hephaestus 

" How is this even possible, what did you do in there Escanor?" Asked Hephaestus in a shocked state

" Well I went towards the 17th floor and killed the Goliath." Said Escanor in calm tone

" I did want to go more down the dungeon but I felt I needed to come back early as to settle down within the residence." Said Escanor 

" Wait… you're telling me, you went down towards the 17th floor and not only that, but you also killed the Monster Rex Goliath?" Asked Hephaestus 

" Yes, and it wasn't as hard as other made it out to be, it could only withstand one of my magic attacks." Said Escanor 

" Well, it's supposed to be tough for any REGULAR adventurer my dear child." Said Hephaestus with a twitching eye 

" *sigh* Well your more than ready to level up, in fact you even crossed the S rank threshold and reached SSS rank." Said Hephaestus 

" I'll level you up right now." Said Hephaestus 

As she leveled Escanor up he felt that he became just a little bit stronger, which made him want to check his stats on his menu later

Hephaestus got up from Escanor back, much to his dissatisfaction, and than he stood up and put his shirt on, also much to Hephaestus dissatisfaction 

(A/N: They horny for each other, they need a good Bonk)

( The stats on his menu is different than from the stats of the blessing, the menu stats show his real strength and level)

" There all done, you're now level 2, in fact you're the fastest person to level up, it only took you a day, it was previously held by an Adventurer from the Loki Familia named Ais Wallenstein." Said Hephaestus 

" I think this calls for a celebration don't you think?" Asked Hephaestus towards Escanor 

" Yes my Goddess, where should we go?" Asked Escanor 

" Let's go to Hostess of Fertility, it's a pretty famous place, what do you think?" Asked Hephaestus 

" Spending the remaining day with you alone is more than a generous reward my beautiful Goddes." Said Escanor with a smile towards Hephaestus 

" Wh-what… you shouldn't talk to your Goddess like that Escanor, just get ready and head down, I'll go down later and take you to the Hostess of Fertility." Said Hephaestus with a turned back to Escanor 

" Very well my Goddess." Said Escanor as he opened the door and left

As he left, Hephaestus turned around and she had a flushed face 

" Dummy, if you saw the real me….no I'll never let anyone see it again." Said Hephaestus covering her right eye with her hand 

As Escanor finally made it to his assigned room within the Familia residence he decided to check his new template

Techniques: 

Axe Toss: Leaps upwards, tossing his axe a short distance forward before quickly chasing after it.

Plunging Axe: Leaps upwards, then plunges the haft of his axe into the ground.

Triple Axe Combo: Swings to his right, then to his left, following up with a final slash to the left.

Overhead Smash: Performs a quick overhead smash with his axe, often followed by other moves, most commonly a 360° spin and a subsequent second overhead smash. (Locked)

Fissure: Briefly whirls his axe above his head before crashing it into the ground, pushing it down further after a brief delay. This creates a narrow fissure that spans the whole length of the arena. The released energy burst deals immense damage. (Locked)

Stomp: Raises one leg for a powerful stomp, sending a shockwave that causes a cone of rocks to burst from the ground in front of him. Often combos this with other moves.(Locked)

Regal Roar: Raises his axe overhead with both hands, lifting right leg, charging up with a red aura. Then stomps the ground, releasing a shockwave spanning almost the entire arena in all directions. 

As long as his aura is active, all his stomps will have an arena-wide radius.(Locked)

( A/N: this is just his 1st phase moves, I'll write the whole template in an auxiliary chapter as to not just write for the 2500 word count)

" well this is definitely good for me, Escanor mainly used physical moves, always using his fist or hands and sometimes magic." Said Escanor 

" The only reason he never truly tried to learn any martial arts is because he was too strong and never needed it, but with Godfrey's template that weakness is covered for me." Said Escanor 

" Well with that, I just need to level the template up to unlock some moves and I should be more powerful than even now." Said Escanor 

*Some time later*

Both Escanor and Hephaestus made their way towards the Hostess of Fertility , as they did they attracted the attention of many, it's not everyday you see an almost giant man walking with a Goddess such as Hephaestus 

" Finally here, welcome to the Hostess of Fertility Escanor." Said Hephaestus 

The Hostess of Fertility sits on a brick lined street. It is a two story building made of stone that has the depth of a neat inn. As it is located along the Western Main Street

" Wow, the food smells amazing even from out here." Sated Escanor 

" nyaa, welcome to the Hostess of fertility, a table for 2 I presume." Said a cat lady 

If Escanor remembered correctly her name was Cloe Rollo.

Chloe has green eyes and black hair with cat ears and a tail of the same color. She wears the Hostess of Fertility uniform. As an assassin, she wore a top, shorts, and hooded cloak that she used to cover her face.

" yes, a table for 2, preferably by the wall." Said Hephaestus 

" Nyaa, very well follow me." Said Chloe as she started leading them

" My name is Chloe, what's yours big guy?" Asked Chloe towards Escanor as she saw him staring at her 

" My name is Escanor Lionheart lady Chloe. I must apologize for staring, it's my first time interacting with people of the Cat race." Said Escanor 

" Ohhh no worries nyaa." Said Chloe with a surprised expression 

" Well here's your table, and what would you like to order?" Asked Chloe 

" We'll have everything on the menu." Said Hephaestus 

" Wow everything nyaa, alright than just a few minutes for the food than nyaa." Said Chloe as she left 

"My Goddess are you sure you want to order that much?" Asked Escanor

" Well it is a celebration, so going out a little is to be expected." Said Hephaestus 

In truth it was only because of Escanors stature, she thought that someone of his mass should eat a lot 

" woah is that the main Loki Familia?" Said background character #247

" What are they doing here?" Said background character #289

" Are you stupid, of course they're here to eat, why else." Said background character #1

( He gets #1 cuz he's my favorite background character)

" Well would you look at that, if it isn't our one and only blacksmith Goddess." Said Loki with a smile 

Loki is a Goddess with light red hair and red eyes. She is well-known to dress up in tomboyish or male attire and has small breast, mainly jeans and a shirt that shows off her stomach. She tends to tie her hair back in a simple pony-tail, though on occasion she will put it up in a stylish bun. Did I mention she has small breast? Well she does 

" Hello Loki, how have you been?" Asked Hephaestus with a smile of her own

" Pretty good pretty good, and who's this fella next to you? Your new boyfriend?" Asked Loki with her eyebrows wiggling 

" Well no, he's my new child, Escanor." Said Hephaestus with an eye twitching from Lokis attitude 

Escanor stood up and introduced himself properly 

" A pleasure Goddess Loki, my name is Escanor Lionheart, the newest member of the Hephaestus Familia." Said Escanor 

" Well you certainly look strong, why'd you join her Familia and not mine hun?" Asked Loki jokingly 

" To be frank with you Goddess, it's because my Goddess suits me more." Said Escanor plainly 

" Escanor, don't say things that can be mistaken." Suddenly said Hephaestus with a red face

" hahaha well since Hephaestus and me have a good relationship, let me introduce you to my children." Said Loki

" This is short guy is Gareth, these are the Amazonian twins Tione and Tiona, the short elf is Lefiya and the other elf is-" Said Loki introducing her children before being interrupted by Riveria

No need to introduce us Loki-sama, we are already acquaintance with each other, Ais, Finn and Bete with me met him in the dungeon earlier this day." Said Riveria 

" Yes, we only managed to see him beat Goliath and well he also beat Bete in a move, pretty hard to forget someone like him." Said Finn with a sweat drop on his forehead 

" Ha ha ha, well yes I did beat him but he did have it coming to him after what he said." Said Escanor 

" Wait a minute you're telling me you managed to beat Bete, a level 5 adventurer?" Asked Loki with her mouth wide open 

" HEY HE DINT BEAT ME!" Screamed Bete

" Yes, more like absolutely demolished you, he beat you as if you were a newborn and him well an adult." Commented Finn with a laugh at the end

" Ok wait, he dint just beat Goliath but also Bete, Hephaestus dint you just say he just joined you're Familia, so shouldn't he be level 1?" Asked Loki

" Well yes, but Escanor is a little special, you see he even beat your Ais, it's only his first day being an adventurer after receiving my blessing and he's already a level 2." Said Hephaestus with a dry laugh 

" WAIT WHAT? YOURE TELLING ME HE HAS ONLY BEEN AN ADVENTURER FOR ONE DAY, ONE DAY AND HE'S ALREADY A LEVEL 2?" Shouted Loki

" Yes, but I would really appreciate if you could keep it down, after all I don't want this information to spread so soon." Said Hephaestus with her left eyebrow twitching 

She was right, because of Loki yelling, they caught the attention of everyone in the pub 

" Wait only a day and he's already level 2, no way right." Asked background character #245

" I don't believe it, there's no way, it's absolutely impossible, I actually though he should at least be a level 6 with those type of muscles." Said background character #286

" Are you all dumb, a Goddess said that, of course she wouldn't lie, why would she." Said Background character #1

( My favorite for a reason)

" ha ha ha my bad." Said Loki as she scratched her head 

" Well she has a right to be shock in my opinion, as background character #286 stated, us 3 who met Escanor in the dungeon also thought he was a level 6." Said Finn

" Yes, I knew he was strong, but he's only level 2?" Asked Ais confused 

" How did you become so strong?" Suddenly asked Ais

" Well through constant training, and hard work and the help of my talent." Said Escanor with a prideful laugh

 ( A/N: hard work my ass, I gave you those muscles and those stats and look, at least give credit where it's due)

" Author you're just jealous I can beach more than you." Said Escanor while looking at the air as time seemed to have stop

" Yeah yeah, just continue with my story" Said Escanor

" Wait what, you can't do that, you left at a cliffhanger, that's beyond evil Author." Said Escanor looking scared at the Author

( Author here, once again sorry for the really late chapter, some things happen within my life that caused to be busy and not be able to write and upload, but I'm back, I hope you all enjoy this Chapter, I'll start writing Chapter 5 sometime later this day as for me as it's currently 4 am and I need to get some sleep. Once again I hope you enjoyed the Chapter)
