CHAPTER 47: BLIND DATING PLAN

Oscar just finished his meetings with some clients from other country. As he went down to the lobby of the hotel. He bumped in his friend since his school days.

"Hey, long time no see. What are you doing here?" Oscar asked as he shook each other's hands.

"What do you mean long time no see? We just met not long ago." He smirked.

Calvin was his batch mate in school since they were young. They may not hang out as close friends. But they were civil with each other because they have different set of friends during their younger years.

"Hahaha, really, my bad. So, what are you doing here? You have business transactions?" Oscar asked.

"Well, I just finished with some other appointment. By the way, you missed to attend my party last time." Calving said.

"Oh yes, I am so sorry I got something important came up. That's why I let my brother go on my behalf." He apologized.

"You have any other plan today? Are you available for a drink?"

Calvin checked his planner first. "Hmmm, no, no. You want to have a drink in the hotel bar."

They went to the music lounge in the hotel. They order some foods and wine, as they were chatting business.

Oscar suddenly flashed to his mind about his brother Ocean. "Hey, Calvin I remember when we were discussing before. I think you have a sister, right?"

Calvin stared at him. "Hmm, what about it?"

"Well, my mother was keeps on pestering my little brother to find someone to marry. However, Ocean refused to it. I even suggested Ocean to give himself some break and I will find a blind date for him."

Calvin acted, as he was innocent. "Oh really, then why is your brother did not settle down just like you?"

Oscar sighed. "He was brokenhearted when he was in his senior year. His girl left him without any reason and vanished during their graduation."

Calvin mouth opened as Oscar told him. "Ooh"

Rhianna did not tell him about the father of the triplets. When he found out that she was pregnant at that time. She called him to arrange her stay when she arrived to NY. He did not ask any questions because he respected his sister if she will not open it to him.

Her sister was quite uneasy when she saw Ocean at his welcome party. That is why he knew that he was the father of the triplets.

Calvin's mind corrupted when Oscar spoke. "So, how about we let them do the blind dating?" He suggested.

Calvin thought. 'Well, her sister had no time to have a date since she had the triplets. Beside she will have a date no other person but the father of her kids. Maybe this is the right time for them to clarify everything about their love story.' He grinned while thinking about it.

"Well?" Oscar asked as he sipped the wine.

"I agree but we need not to tell them who they are. Just tell your brother that he will go on a blind date and I will tell my sister to meet someone for business."

Oscar confused for a moment. "Why don't you tell her about blind dating?"

"No,no,no. That cannot be because my sister does not like dating. If she knew, she will not go. As long as your brother agrees then we will set the date."

Oscar nodded as he agrees with Calvin suggestions.

It was Friday night, her brother Calvin told her to meet an important client in his behalf. She does not want to go because she does not like meeting others. If it is not a client to her business but her brother insisted.

He even fetched the kids from school to send it to the family manor. Their father requested to borrow the kids to sleepover because he misses them.

Sab dropped her to the hotel at 7pm and went straight back to the residence. She will call her once she was done with the client.

As soon as she arrived, she did not stop to the reception area. Instead, walked straight to the elevator. She pushed the button of the elevator on the 12th floor.

The meeting place is in the suite room of the hotel. She does not know why. But she feels nervous about meeting this client.

She reached the 12th floor in due time. One of his brother's trusted employee waiting outside the door. There's a hotel staff standing beside him.

"My lady, the client is already inside. You just follow him." He spoke. Rhianna nodded.

She followed the staff as they went inside. She saw a man standing at the balcony of the suite room. He was looking at the outside and did not notice her arrival.

Ocean did agree with his brother and told him to do it just once. After this, no more blind dating, arrange to him. His brother said yes, just this once. He did not know who she is.

He got off at five o'clock sharp and went home straight. He rested for 30 minutes then took a shower. He arrived to the hotel quarter to seven in the evening. He went up without wasting any minutes.

There was a hotel staff waiting at the front door of the suite room. He followed him as he enters. He was still the first to arrive.

He saw the table near the balcony beautifully prepared. He opened the balcony and stayed there while waiting for his date.

Seven fifteen in his watch as he heard the waiter spoke that the person was arrived. He turned around to look at his date.

Both of them were in shocked as they faced each other. It took a while for Ocean before it came back to his senses. He could not believe in his eyes that Rhianna was in front of him. That this is the person was his blind date.

Rhianna was still speechless too; she could not even talk. Just looking at him without making a move. She froze in a minute.

'What's going on?' Her mind was still in confused.

Ocean walked towards her who was still in stunned. She is just blinking her eyes. Ocean spoke to the staff to leave them alone. He put all the dishes in the table and went outside.

He went closer to her and hugged her tight. "I miss you every day." He whispered.

Rhianna came back to herself when Ocean spoke as he was embracing her. She quickly pushed him away and was about to run. However, Ocean grabbed her fast that she could not move at all.

"What are you doing?" He said angrily.

Rhianna did not look at him in the eyes but looked down on the floor. 'What the hell is she doing? Why is she running away acting like a child?'

Ocean spoke again. "Why are you doing this to me? What did I do in the past that you do not want to look at me?"

Rhianna closed her eyes but her heart was pounding so fast. She might not control it since they were alone in the room.

Ocean hugged her again.
