CHAPTER 44: SIBLINGS SECRET
Owen holds his dad's hand as they walked out of the room. He was extremely joyous that he could be with him in the school.
Ocean did not know what the feeling when holding the kid's hand. He peeked at him; he truly looks so happy. He even introduced him to his teacher as his dad.
'Does this kid do not have a father?' He asked himself.
"Hey kid, why did you tell your teacher that I am your father?" He asked with curiosity.
Owen stopped walking and looked at him. "Because I do not know my father. My mom did not say anything about him." He answered with pity look. "Why? You don't like to be my dad?" He asked.
Ocean was speechless. It took seconds before he could answer. "Well, I …" but cut off by a young girl's voice calling Owen's name.
"Owen, Owen" She was running behind them. She was with another boy as they approaching them.
"Oh, oh," Ocean shocked when they were already in front of him. "Triplets"
"Hello, handsome man." Raven said as she hugged him.
Rayden stared at him with a blink of his eyes. He just observed Ocean and his reactions.
"This is my first-time seeing triplets in person. You guys were cute and good looking."
"This is my sister, Raven. She is taking swimming classes and ballet too."
"All of you were very talented. Your mommy was so proud of you all." Ocean patted their heads one by one. He was happy to meet these adorable kids as if it was his own.
"Can we take a picture? Is it okay just one will do?" Owen asked him.
Ocean pleased when Owen asks a picture. "Of course, it is okay. I would love to take more than just one." He said in a sweet tone.
"Really?!" both of them replied.
Ocean happily nodded. The triplets take out their own phone from their bags even Ocean too.
They did more than one more shot and poses different angles. They were having fun doing that. Even Rayden personality was well behaved. But in that moment, he was the same as his other siblings.
They even went to the cafeteria and ate something together. The kids were extremely overwhelmed with the happiness they felt when spending time with their own dad.
However, happiness came to last. It was time to go back home. Both of them were sad that they have to say goodbye to him.
Ocean felt the same too. "Hey kiddos, why are you all so down?" He asked.
"We will not see you again. How we wish you are staying with us as our dad." Owen said.
Rayden looked at Owen then Ocean. "Hey, I can still come here and watch you all if I am not busy with my work." He said as a promise. "How about this, we will make a group chat. I will give you my number and add me."
"Yehey!" Both of them jumped for joy.
Ocean gave them his number before saying goodbye.
The triplets were inside the room after dinner. They were both looking at their own phone. It was a shot taken this afternoon with Ocean.
Rayden reminded his siblings. "Do not tell Mom about Dad okay! Especially you Raven, you could not keep a secret." He was looking at her with those strict eyes. "If Mom will find out it might not be good. We do not know anything about them. But if we want to see dad more often. We need to act like we do not know their relationship."
"Okay!" Raven said in a low voice.
"Big brother, I think Dad did not know about us. He seems like a single man just roaming around the earth." Owen grinned wildly as he said.
"That is why we have to keep it secret. In a way they will be together someday." Rayden said. "I promise to you two that we will be a complete family someday. We will be a happy complete family." He hugged his little brother and little sister as he said that.
Meanwhile, Rhianna was thinking about what they had talked with Sophie. Ocean needs to know. She knew that but not now, not now. When?
There are things that she needs to think first not about her and Ocean, not about them. Not about them? It was painful to think again the love, their love story.
Their relationship was just confusing at the beginning. Maybe it was not the right love but the wrong time.
Maybe they need more time but if time are short for them to meet again without her in disguise. Then that was really fate.
Rhianna finished her shower and ready to sleep. Instead, she came out from her room. She goes straight to her kids' room.
As she opened it, they were not sleeping yet. It seems like they were having some kind of meeting.
"Hey, what are you been up to? It is so very late now." She said as they were in shock looking at her at the door.
"It is nothing Mom; we shared our moments in school today." Rayden said calmly.
"Oh, I thought you have been hiding something from Mommy." Rhianna said.
"No, Mom, I told them that I have a new friend in school that he loves watching me played drums." Owen said.
"Oh, well, I love to see you too playing drums." She smiled.
"Okay, I will practice a lot and make it perfect. I will let you see me doing drums and I will sing it too." Owen said proudly.
"Me too Mom, I will practice more for my swimming lessons, ballet, dancing, drawing" Raven added.
Rhianna laughed. "Hahaha, my babies are so talented you made mommy proud. All of you are the gifts that I will not regret having. I love you, my babies. Come, come, closer to Mommy and give me some hugs."
They were both rush close to her and hugged her tight. Teardrops were fallen from her eyes as she embraced them.
"Mommy, why are you crying? Why are you sad?" Raven noticed.
"I am crying because I do not have so much time with the three of you. I am so sorry kiddos; Mommy was so busy lately with my work." She was touching their faces.
"It is okay Mom; we know you do it for us to give us everything we need. We understand you always Mom." Rayden said.
"Thank you my babies and I love you more."
"We love you Mom." then they kissed her at the same time.
