CHAPTER 3: SO MUCH FOR THE FIRST DAY

SECTION GOLD: RHIANNA'S CLASSROOM

Their teacher required them for introduction. It all known to all level, different school during first day. That's what Rhianna's classroom were doing. They were to stand up and walk in front one by one to say something about you. Or stand up and stay at your desk.

Because Rhianna was sitting at the last row, she was the last one to walk in front. Her classmates were really looking at her from head to toe. She knew what they were thinking while she was talking about herself in front of them.

"Hi! My name is Rhianna. I'm new student too from Q City." She speaks.

Her appearance was really caught them in their eyes. five feet and eight inches tall girl like her, a nerd round eyeglass, a three-strand pigtails braid hairstyle. Who would style like that in this era? Well, that is what she looks like now.

Nevertheless, she does not care at all, even her best friend Sophia were shocked by her new look. She just wants to try something new in this big city.

Henna exchanged a seat to her classmate located in front of Rhianna and Sophie's table. They seem to get along very well. Both from the Q City girls did not find it hard being with Henna. She was like a sweet little sister, friendly to all.

"Don't mind them." Henna smiled. "Even you look like that you are still beautiful."

"You must be mistaken. Rhianna never..." Sophie was stopped by Rhianna.

"It's no big deal at all." Rhianna grinned.

When lunch break came, cafeteria is the most crowded part of the school. Most of the students gathered around taking some foods in a busy cafeteria.

Rhianna does not like to be in that crowd. Henna Wu insists to go to her favorite spot since she is not new in this school. Sophie Liu agreed right away because she really wants to see what their cafeteria looks like.

Rhianna did not have a choice but to follow them to the said area. Many students were eating together. They fall in line just like the others. The school cafeteria was serving healthy foods for the students.

Therefore, it is all right with Rhianna she does not even choosy when it comes to her food intake.

Henna Wu guide them to her usual table near the window. Some of the tables were full. Rhianna caught the glimpse of male student she was familiar. He was busy eating his food while the other two beside him were chatting and making fun.

Rhianna slowly walked so that he will not notice her. The embarrassment she felt this morning was still in her mind. That was the first time she did like that in her entire life. She has not mention it to Sophie, she for sure that her best friend will truly laugh at her.

Meanwhile, Ocean Huang was eating his lunch silently. The two friends were always chatting nonstop again. He was used to it so he does not mind at all. When Henna Wu walked towards them, he quickly glances.

Henna brought two new faces in their usual spot. He was not familiar with the short girl but the taller one, he seized. They meet again. He thinks that Henna's new friends were her classmates. Henna does not usually bring friends in their favorite spot to join them. He thinks that these two girls were something special to her.

He focused on his food not to bother them. The boys stopped talking when Henna came in closer to their table.

Henna put down her tray. "Hello brothers, these two are my new friends. Sophie (she was pointing to the short girl) and Rhianna (pointing the tall one). They are from Q City and new to our school. These boys are my twin brother's friends. That is my brother Henley beside him is Jenson and in front of him is Ocean.

Henley Wu smiled at them but did not say a word. Jenson Lee shook their hands. Ocean did not peek at them even a little.

Rhianna was gladly at ease because he might recognize her if he saw her that moment. Both girls sat down to the vacant table. They were start eating with their lunch. Sophie and Henna was mostly doing the talking, Rhianna just listened to them. She feels uncomfortable in that position.

Alexa appeared in their spot again. She brought her tray of foods with her. She sat next to Ocean. Everyone knew who Alexa Wang is. The school campus beauty, rich and always chase to the hottie hunk in the campus.

They could be great together that is what she always dreaming but Ocean did not even look at her that way. Everybody knew that Ocean will just be treated her as friend only Alexa could not accept the fact that her beauty was ignore the most handsome boy in the campus.

"Hello Ocean, I brought you some juice in can. Want to try it." Alexa offered him.

Still Ocean did not even touch it but continue eating. Alexa clenched her hand for disappointment. She did not show her anger every time Ocean did that to her. Ignoring her all the time is a big hate to Alexa but she still like him no matter what. She promised to herself that Ocean would be hers.

Ocean stood up after he was done with his food. He left there without say any word. That makes Alexa insulted. His two friends followed him too and left her in that table.

Both girls at the other table stared at her.

Alexa Wang got angry when she turned her hand to them. "What are you looking at?"

Rhianna and Sophie did not argue with that girl. They felt pity on her; they were thinking that same when they meet each other's eyes. 'Poor girl, chasing boy who does not like her.

Rhianna stood up first. Alexa got mad when she saw her going to leave the table. "Hey! You, ugly. Are you insulting me?"

Rhianna looked around if who this brat talking to. "Are you referring to me?" Rhianna asked surprisingly.

"Yes, is there anyone here as nerd as you?" Alexa raised her eyebrows. "You are new here, right? You seem that you do not recognize me."

Rhianna control her temper not to mess up with this bratty girl. "Should I need to?"

Two of Alexa's friends came closer to them as they were standing. "What did you say?" All the students were looking at them. "Yes, you should know who I am when you are new her."

Rhianna sighed. "Well, sorry Your Highness but I am not interested knowing you." After saying, that Rhianna left and the girls follow her too.

However, Henna stopped in front of Alexa, "Cut it off Alexa." then left.

Alexa got madder with that nerd girl. Her two friends were trying to calm her down. 'She could not believe the new transferee student offended her.'

"Do not worry about that nerd stupid girl." Alexa's friend Rose said. "Just look at her, her beauty is not as pretty as you. Only her height is nice but overall, she is nothing to you."

Her other friend Mitch second the motion. "Yeah, Rose is right. Do not waste your energy with that Ugly Betty face."

Alexa slowly calmed down her senses. They were right, why should I focus on that stupid girl, she thought.
