1 INTRODUCTION
This is the world of heroes where quirks manifest as superpowers possessed by almost 80% of the global population, leaving the remaining 20% as the unfortunate "quirkless." . These statistics were provided by the Quirk Association . The Quirk association was created to monitor quirks all around Japan and is run with the help of private and government's help. We have another association similar to the quirk association that monitor heroes in Japan , they monitor everything starting from their presence around media and public to their salaries , when a pro hero creates a hero agency of his own , they have to get a permission as well as a end of month report to them . These two association are now one of the most important places .
According to the statistics and reports from the quirk association from 2025-26 , it was seen that in the last few decades two quirks have turned out to be somehow very common among the population the first quirk being TELEKINETIC QUIRKS and the other being ELEMENT BASED QUIRKS.
About 100 out of 50000 people have quirk with affinity for one of the 5 elements(fire,water, lightning,earth,air), similarly out of every 75 out of 50000 people possess quirk similar to telekinesis .
Other than these common quirks there are also certain quirks that are only seen in certain clan no person other than their clan members are said to have quirks similar to these. These quirks are considered strong but for some reason, there are not many clan-based quirks like these.
According to the quirk association, the top 4 most dangerous quirks are :
1. ALL FOR ONE QUIRK
2. ALL MIGHT'S QUIRK
3. TELEKINESIS QUIRK
4. FIRE TYPE QUIRKS
5. CLAN-BASED QUIRKS
The quirk association tries to keep its eye on them but no one can
The reason is rather simple
1. All for one's quirk: he is never active after his fight with all might and keeps himself hidden
2. All might's quirk: his quirk is a mystery because he never announces it and no one knows his identity for his personal reasons and because of his supernatural quirk he can't be spied
3. Telekinesis type: there are a lot of people with this quirk but they are usually in the weaker side , but the number can be a problem
4. Fire type: this type of quirk is also common but usually very weak, numbers are the problem , mainly based on Enji Todoroki or Hero :
Endeavor. He always keeps his life personal and doesn't like to be spied.
5. These clans keep low and work with government so they cannot be spied.
