Ch 43 Naked and Afraid Pt.1

I woke up early in the morning before sunrise and went on with my regular schedule of exercises… because from today the classes are about to start again. So can't really slack off, in the few days following the winter dance quite a few things have happened.

Let's start with my home, after rescuing Malia from Peter she has started to live with us and it has been quite fun yet a challenge as well… she has been living like a coyote for 8 years some things tend to stick, like her forgetting to keep clothes on, sleeping on the floor and mostly using her hands to eat every possible thing.

Mom and I are trying to teach her as much as we can because she is going to attend school with me from today onwards. I don't exactly know how it will go but I know it won't be that smooth.

Up next is Allison, she has been a little distant from me. Erica and I visited her house trying to talk to her but it seemed like she didn't want to. I get that seeing your aunt die in front of you is traumatic but I don't think that's the reason why she is keeping us at a distance.

And I did get my answer a few days after the visit. I was in the hospital visiting Lydia and I heard Allison having a fight with her dad. She was hanging out with Stiles and Scott in the hospital and. Chris didn't want her to be around Scott.

He asked why she wasn't with us and she said, she doesn't want us "Normal" people to be caught up in this supernatural bs. When I got to know that I felt bad, I thought about telling her but I wouldn't do it… ever.

Even among the werewolves me and Malia are something special and I don't think it is wise to tell anyone who we are… so I think I will have to live with keeping her in the dark.

With the mention of Hospital I remember that Lydia still hasn't woken up. It has been a week and over. I have visited her in the hospital as often as I could. I would always find Stiles there. The guy really likes her if she could just see him… well speaking of Stiles and Scott what they have been upto I have no idea.

I haven't seen much of Derek as well, he and I formed an alliance to protect each other from the hunters cause according to Derek more of them will come to the town and it's in our best interest to stick to each other.

I reached home and I walked towards the kitchen and mom was making breakfast. I went to the fridge and took out some Oj and drank it. Mom was busy cooking and she said, "Can you please go and wake Malia up?"

I put the juice down and said, "On it." I went upstairs to her and I knocked on her door. I heard nothing so I knocked again and called out her name, "Malia, wake up, or we're gonna be late…" I heard nothing. I sighed and I went inside her room and I saw her sleeping on the floor half naked with the comforter.

I walked closer to her and I squatted down and said, "Wake up…"

She barely opened her eyes and grunted "5 more minutes…"

I smiled and said, "Get up or we'll be late… you don't want to be late for the first day of school right?~"

She grunted and got up and said, "Fine…" She got up and I handed her some pants. She wore them and we went downstairs. Malia and I sat down at the table and mom gave us breakfast and she said, "Lucius, you have the documents for Malia?"

I nodded and took a bite of the toast, she then asked, "And Malia what is your last name?"

Malia was still a bit sleepy and said, "Jhones… ~yawn~"

Mom nodded and said, "Good, now remember where you are from?"

Malia said, "Lunar town, I am here because my mom and dad went to India for a spiritual journey and will be back after a year or so, so I am here to stay with you guys… I got it… we've been doing it for days now."

I nodded and said, "It's just so that we all have the same story…"

She rolled her eyes and ate the eggs and said, "I don't get why people are so nosy… just leave me alone."

Mom and I both said, "I know…"

After the breakfast was done, mom went to her office and we got ready for school. I was in the driveaway waiting for Malia. I was wearing a brown jacket and a plain grey shirt and jeans… I was once again checking for all the documents. I don't want to come back to get them… Mom already had trouble forging all of these.

Malia then walked out the door and locked the door behind and she was wearing a long sleeve blue blouse with jeans… She walked towards me and asked, "How is it?"

I nodded and said, "Like a normal school girl…" She wasn't that happy so I said, "A beautiful school girl?" she then looked at me weirdly and I said, "Yeah that didn't sound great… you look beautiful…"

She sighed and said, "Could have just said that to begin with…"

I shook my head and said, "Please get in." She got in the car and I got in as well. I put my bag behind and I got the car out the driveway. Malia then shuffled through the cassette and played "Smells like teen spirit- Nirvana."

I revved the engine and we were away.
