Jeff wasn't satisfied, at all the human bodies are source of nutrients which will help kick start subterran colony and source of genetic material.
-"System create an ability called [Murderous inventory], it will store water/harmful chemicals and automatically unload it in the lungs/heart/brain of every humanoid except myself, after the target is dead store the body inside along with the blood. The ability will be passive, but i will have an option to turn it off and it will have normal range of 100 meters that could be extended to 1km."-If system abides this command then Jeff will get an aura which will kill anything within 100 meters.
Why Jeff decided to make it 100 meters not 100 km or 1000 km? Simple his storage has limited capacity and killing big amounts of people quickly would attract attention of big organizations and other supernatural groups. Jeff wasn't an idiot if he has powers then does others don't have them? It is possible so he will avoid too much attention.
[New Ability: Murderous Inventory (MI)
User has an aura in which people will die by suffocation, multi-organ failure or by brain death.
Range of ability: from 0,1km to 1km.
Default targets: Humanoids.
Ability type: Passive.]
-"System create ability called [Excavator inventory] which will store 2,5 cubic meters and unload the excavated dirt/rocks/stone/everything except ore into the walls making them reinforced by creating compacted stone walls/floors and ceiling. the ability will be passive and I would be able to turn it off, the excess materiall will be taken outside the inventory and placed in big quantities in to the shape of average bricks used in modern buildings, then stored back."-Jeff needed an ability to create rooms and furniture but for now he needs only a place where he could begin his colony.
[New Ability: Excavator Inventory (EI)
User's inventory will automatically excavate and reinforce walls/floors/ceilings/ with excavated material.
User is able to create rooms and corridors using this ability.
Excess material will be made into dense bricks which will be stacked efficiently in the inventory.
Average excavated material: 2,5 cubic meters.
Default target: Earth
Ability type: Passive]
-"System imagine a line that is in direction of current biggest gravity well, I mean Earth's core. Then draw another line that starts here and ends 1,5km below surface and it is at an angle of 15 degrees in comparison with prevoius line. Start excavating second line using EI. Then build room inside my storagewith bricks made by EI and fill it with as much oxygen and nitrogen it can fit there."-Jeff wasn't sure how high pressure air would impact bodies and food inside his storage so he made a separate room inside it. After the system acknowledged his command he simply waited for the said room to get built and filled up.
While waiting he observed the police trying to figure out what has happened to the place. And why does everyone who gets even near just drops dead and vanishes from sight.
It was quite funny looking at their horrified and suprised faces, but alas feds came together with army and they set up the perimeter. Soon an squad of scientists in hazmat suits with literral tonnes of research equipment scrambling and trying to make any sense of what's exactly happening.
Finnaly room was filled to the brim and the tunnel was half excavated, Jeff was thinking should he take a massive hit to his sanity by reeducating and reintegrating them, into the fucking soil <*>. He decided against it so he walked slowly to the hole said "Arivederci <**>" and let himself slide to the bottom.
