After killing my first wolf, I looked back. Behind me, Edward waved his golden spear with incredible speed, each swing took the life of one wolf. Elizabeth and Emma covered us with their spells from the rear.

Then I looked at James and my eyes widened with shock, this guy was literally tearing in half with horned wolves with his bare hands. I know he's strong, but won't it be easier to take a sword or a spear?

"Growling"

My attention returned to the horned wolves again, clutching the sword and strengthening myself with mana, I pounced on them. Making a downward swing with my sword, I killed my second wolf.

These wolves didn't pose a danger to any of us, they didn't have a single magic attack, they were just strong wolves. Horned wolves could make a lot of problems for ordinary adventurers, but as you know, none of this group is ordinary.

Successfully parrying the wolf's clawed paw, I released mana from my core. A raging flame began to burn around me in a ring-shaped form. All the wolves that were near me were burned alive.

Making a dash forward, I jumped into a large cluster of horned wolves. My sword began to burn with my fiery mana, making a swing with my flaming sword, I took another life of a horned wolf.

The wolves that were nearby began to be wary of me. I released the mana from my core again and unleashed a raging stream of fire on them. The wolves tried to jump away from the stream of fire, but those who succeeded I cut in half with my sword.

The entire area within a radius of fifteen meters was burning with a hot fire, which was devoured by the remnants of horned wolves. There wasn't a single wolf left beside me.

"Howl"

Sensing the danger, I instantly jumped back from my seat. "Explosion" A giant wolf two meters tall landed next to me, its fur was completely white, and its eyes shone with a ruby light.

"Oh, shit," I swore and started spilling more mana out of my mana core. Alpha, the leader of the wolves looked down at me, a bright flame raged around him, but it seemed that this flame did not cause him any damage, his snow-white coat remained clean and untouched.

"This wolf is at least B rank, I might have a problem with him," I muttered, intensifying the flame on my sword.

The wolf didn't wait long and attacked me. I tried to jump away from him with an enhanced mana, but the wolf was too fast. Realizing that I wouldn't be able to dodge him in time, I released even more mana from my core and took the full force of his attack on myself.

"Khek" I crashed into a tree with incredible speed. "Fuck, we didn't even have time to go far, why should this happen to us?" I mentally complained.

The wolf, seeing me lying down, rushed to me. Quickly recovering, I tried to dodge his attack, but, as before, the wolf was too fast.

I closed my eyes and prepared to meet the wolf's attack again. But suddenly there was an explosion, opening my eyes I was met by a rather strange scene. James sat on the neck of the wolf and tried to strangle him, the earth around him formed into earth spears and rushed to the wolf. The Earth spears pierced the wolf's hide, but not enough to kill him.

Elizabeth pulled her bow and shot a wind arrow, the arrow pierced the wolf's eye and disappeared. The wolf was enraged by the cowardly attack of the humans, earth mana began to condense around the wolf. James, realizing that something serious was threatening, jumped off the wolf and formed a giant wall out of the ground, which protected the other members of the group.

The ground around the wolf began to shake, small stones hovered above the ground. The wolf hit the ground with his paw, and the ground around him flew apart with incredible speed.

"Oh shit," quickly drawing mana from my core, I created a mana barrier. Pieces of earth hit the barrier with incredible speed, the barrier flickered unable to withstand the force of the attack.

I started pouring even more mana into the barrier, I could only pray that this attack would end faster than my barrier would break.

Finally, after a short amount of time, the wolf's attack ended. The entire area within a radius of fifty meters was covered with craters.

"It may take longer than expected"

Picking up the sword lying on the ground, I retreated to the rest of the group. James looked seriously at the white Wolf and said, "Edward, Aoron, you need to distract this wolf for a certain amount of time. Emma, Elizabeth, you must aim at the weak points of this wolf, a direct hit in the wolf's skin will not cause damage to him." Everyone nodded at James' order.

"I think someone told me that all I have to do is bring you to this place, there was no question of fighting," I objected to James.
