Chapter 1

POV Tanya

'2 years have gone by since my brother took me. I now understood what 'being X' finally meant by even worse place than my last world.

The body he put me in is extremely fragile and weak. I'm constantly sick and in pain.

If it weren't for the fact that I knew how to use magic to help my recovery I'm pretty sure I would have already died.'

'Not only that but the world I'm in is crazy! There's weird creatures called grimm that kills anything on sight but there's also something called aura here?

Something I heard my brother talk about quite a lot.'

Speaking of him, he's quite tall, a bit crazy and overprotective of me. Not that I blame him since both our parents are apparently dead.

He's got black hair and animal ears. From what he told me he's a wolf Faunus.

We've been on the run ever since my brother apparently killed a famous doctor in a city.

Learning the language didn't take long either since it's all in English. Interestingly enough, in this world there are phones called scrolls. Which made finding out information so much easier.

Finding one wasn't too hard either since my brother frequently goes out to search for food and medicine.

All I had to do was coax him into getting one for me. My appearance hasn't changed much other than the fact that I have 5 eyes now!

'Like what the hell kind of body did you put me in being X!

Sigh. Not much I can do about it. I have fangs, claws that can retract, and ohh yeah venom.

Which turns out I'm not immune to, which is also bullshit if you ask me!'

'This explains why I'm constantly on the verge of death. Having my body slowly build up resistance to my own venom is quite painful.

Thankfully I'm not some super venomous spider.' I thought to myself.

'Hmm, I might possibly be a wolf spider judging by our parents which is quite ironic is you ask me. My mother was a spider Faunus while my father was a silver-eyed black wolf Faunus. From what my brother has told me anyways.

Not that it matters since apparently I'm wanted not only by the government for my features but also the whole world since there's a bounty on our heads.'

'Like what the hell?! I've just been born 2 years ago and the whole world is already against me!

So not only am I gonna be a lab rat if they catch me I will die if I don't get better soon. Sigh.

Not much I can really do except learn more about this world I'm in. Damn, being bedridden sucks!'

Hearing my brother walk into the cave we call home, I turn to look and say weakly "Welcome back brother, c-can you help me? I'm thirsty."

I hear him say "Yes."

'Damn bro like give me more than just yes.

Sigh. He's easy to manipulate but really shitty company.'

'Hmm, I hope I get better soon. Having to rely on my brother for everything is extremely frustrating.'

POV "The Hound"

2 years on the run, my sister hasn't gotten any better.

Turns out we have a bounty on our heads, so no only the government is after us but every single gang out there is looking to collect on the bounty.

Which makes getting medicine and food much harder for me.

Damnit all! I will kill everyone who dares get close to my Tanya!

Walking towards our cave I hear footsteps coming up behind me.

I look toward the noise, I spot 3 people walking towards me.

I hear one of them say "I know you, we've come to collect your head and bring your sister in. Tell us where she is and maybe we'll make it quick!"

'Dammit! I need to work on making false trails so I don't lead them back to Tanya' I thought to myself.

Pulling out my hunting knife I start to rush towards them without saying a word.

'I need to finish this quick, Tanya needs me!!'

Before the first guy can even react I drive my knife deep into his eye socket hoping to get his brain and kill him in one hit. Causing me to fall on top of him.

I hear him scream only for it to stop a split second later.

I pull out my knife and drive it into one of the other guys leg causing him to fall down screaming in pain.

I turn to look at the last guy standing only to see him look towards me in terror.

Before he could do anything I uppercut him on the jaw hard enough to knock him out.

With the first guy dead and the 3rd one knocked out I focus on the 2nd guy trying to crawl away from me with my knife still in his leg.

Walking towards him I hear him scream "N-no please l-let me live!"

Not listening to him I pull out my knife just for his screams to be short lived as I stab his neck quickly.

Pulling out my knife slowly I watch as his eyes go wide in horror for a moment only for him to shortly die choking on his blood.

Moving towards the guy I knocked out, I quickly drive my knife straight into the back of his skull ending his life.

After a few minutes of catching my breath I quickly search their bodies for anything useful before doubling back around just in case they weren't alone.

'Gonna have to move soon, these bodies will start to attract any Grimm nearby.' I thought to myself.

Looking around for 10 minutes with nothing other than a few Grimm that I could easily avoid. I turn to head back towards our cave.

After 30 minutes of walking I finally arrive at the entrance that I camouflaged.

Walking in I hear my sister say to me "Welcome back brother, c-can you help me? I'm thirsty" she must have been up for awhile, unable to get a drink.

I look towards her and say "Yes."

'Come on! She's your sister why are you so nervous around her!?' Sigh.

"We need to move again soon. Staying in this place too long gives Grimm and other people a chance to find it. I got medicine to help with the pain." I say to Tanya, knowing that it's gonna be extremely painful for her to move her to a different location every time.
