Episode 5

"What, She likes you!?" Miss Red asked. "What should I do. I'm not much of a dog person! " Jack whispered to Chris. "Just stay still. If the dog likes you, you might not get fired. Yet..." Chris said.

Jack paused. "charlie likes you, weird! " Miss Red said. Jack smiled awkwardly. "Get over here Charlie " Miss Red said. Charlie walked back to Miss Red. "i Remember the last dude Charlie liked. He managed to stay for a month before I fired him. I'll pardon you for now " Miss Red.

Jack heaved a sigh of relief. Chris pinched him. "Oh, thank you cute, kindhearted boss!" Jack said. Miss Red shook her heads and giggled. She suddenly clapped her hands and Matt walked to the table and Took a portion each of the food.

"What's going on?" Jack asked. "Just watch and shut your mouth! " Chris replied. He watched as Matt ate all the food and walked back to his spot. They waited in silent for some minutes.

Miss Red sighed and started eating. "Okay, we are done here. Let's go!" Jack said and tried to leave. Chris quickly stopped Him. "What was that?" Miss Red asked.

"He has back pains. He was only stretching! " Chris replied. He pinched Jack. "Yes, I was just stretching! " Jack said. Miss Red continued eating. "Why did you stop me. I thought we were supposed to leave when she starts eating! " Jack whispered.

"We stay till she finishes eating!" Chris replied. "Oh, okay " Jack said. Just then, Miss Red finished eating and stood up. "Wait, she's done already!? " Jack asked in confusion.

"Mam, you're done already!? " Jack asked Miss Red. she paused and stared at him quite confused at his remark. "Yeah, why?" Miss Red asked. "You should eat more for a healthy mind and body. You ate just a little portion! " Jack said. Miss Red sighed and walked away. Matt followed her.

"What's with her?" Jack asked. The guards all kept mute and watched as Miss Red walked away. Her footsteps faded away. The guards suddenly bursted into laughter. "Emm, what's going on now. Why are they laughing?' Jack asked.

"Dude's a real dumbass!" One of the guards said. The guards all sat around the table and started eating. Chris sighed and went to an empty chair. "What are you guys doing!?" Jack asked in confusion.

"Common Jack, it's our turn to eat the foods. Hurry up. We have some gluttons here!" Chris said. They all laughed at a fat dude named Billy. "You all are stupid. I have stopped eating too much. I'm a changed man now!" Billy said.

"You have a enormous chicken lap with you right now. That would take me five days to finish!" Jack said. They all laughed again. Chris urged him to take his seat. Jack did and started eating.

"Dude's Lucky the dog came to his rescue. His ass would have been sent off!" The guard said again. "And who's this lousy knuckle head!?" Jack asked furiously. "This is Brian, Brian this is my new friend Jake.." Chris said.

"It's Jack!" Jack opposed.."Sorry, Jack.." Chris said. "Who cares what his name is!" Brian scoffed. There was silence in the room for a second. Jack sighed and continued eating.

"Tell us about yourself new guy.." Billy said to Jack. "Em, I don't have much to discuss about..." Jack said. "Just tell us something dude!" Billy insisted.

"Alright, if you insist. I was from a small family. Since the day I was born, One person died in my family every two years. It all started with my grandma. It was cause she was old, They all thought. Until the next two years, Someone else died.

"It continued this way for eight years. It was the eight year I was cast out. My parents called me a mistake and abandoned me. I lived in the street from then, moving from places to places eating from bins! "

"It continued like this till I was thirteen. I started doing menial jobs. I managed to School with the money I made. Trust me, I went through hell during those times. After I finished high school. It was time to find a job"

"I went from one company to another searching for a place but never got one!. My life was in rubbles and I sometimes thought of suicide. I heard about this place few days ago and luckily, I got a place here! " Jack said.

The guards all paused and stared at him. "You literally said you didn't have much story to tell. That was a very touching story. I'm glad you are here with us now!" Billy said. "So am I!" Another guard said.

"So you used to eat from bins!? " Brian asked. "seriously dude, Out of all he said. That was the only part you heard!?" Chris asked furiously. "What, I was just asking a question!" Brian replied. "Always focusing on the negative part of everyone's story. That's the reason I never told anyone my story!" Billy said.

"Nobody wants to here your story Fat ass!" Brian said. "I actually want to hear it.." Jack said. "No dude, not with this Knuckle head here.." Billy said. "Just assume he's not here and say your story!" Jack said.

"Say it, maybe yours might be intriguing a bit.." Brian said. "Okay. I, Unlikely most of you came from a rich family. My story changed when my Dad and mom passed on in an Air crash! "

"my grandparent took over the property and sent me packing saying I was old enough to cater for myself!" Billy said. "Well, they're right though.." Brian interrupted. "Shut up!" Billy said.

"They took all the money. Not a single dime was handed to me!" Billy said. "well your parents died. Mine are still alive now and doesn't even care if I am alive or not!" Jack said.

"You need to strive hard to show them they made a mistake Rejecting you! " Billy said. "Exactly what I had in mind!" Jack said. They all laughed.

"So, this place is filled with men only?" Jack asked. "Who do you think made this foods!?" Billy asked. "You guys have ladies here!? " Jack asked.
