"What?" Kayla asked looking at him with a confused expression.

Leon casually glanced at her and declared, "I am done with you."

"Leon, please do not leave me like everyone always does. I do not mind following you to the end of the world." Kayla was crying as she spoke.

Leon pulled out a briefcase and said, "Take this," Son said as he pulled out a briecase. "There is a total of fifty million dollars in it, use it and staft a new life without ME" Leon said, glancing at Kayla.

With a pitying expression, Kayla pleaded, "Please Leon, do not reject me."

"Kayla, I have already said this, I am already taken so please don't cause a scene in my house," Leon said looking at her with an emotionless face.

Hearing this Kayla fell on her knees and broke down in tears.

"So I am just a plaything to you" Kayla yelled while tears fell freely from her eyes.

Seeing this, Leon clenched his fist tightly till it bled, he felt his wolf howling in pain as it saw his mate crying.

"Peter" Leon called out.

"Yes sir," Peter said while running towards their direction.

Reaching the scene, Peter became confused, why would his boss woman be on the floor much less crying?

"Drive her home" Leon said driving Peter's attention back to him.

"Yes sire" Peter said looking at the crying Kayla with a pitiful expression. Her current expression is inappropriate and nothing like the past Kayla who is filled with good vibes and positive energy. Now she looks like a mad woman whose child was stolen from her.

"Miss Kayla, do you need help standing up," Peter asked Kayla who was still crying.

"No, let her walk on her own" Leon said before Kayla could answer making her feel more dejected.

"Please sir, she won't be able to walk in her current condition," Peter said feeling pity for Kayla.

"Why did she have to meet this heartless beast in the first place, because loving him is like signing a contract with the devil" Peter thought inwardly.

"Don't worry about me" Kayla said forcing out a painful smile. "I can do this," she said as she got up and walked toward the direction of the car like a drunk woman.

She has been excited today, and plans to tell him today is her birthday. But now she was rejected by the man she loved.

Entering the car, Kayla could not help but burst into another round of tears.

"Please Miss Kayla don't feel bad, if you don't mind, I can help you talk to Sire on your behalf," Peter said looking at the woman who was crying like a baby through the rear mirror.

"There is no need for that, he has already abandoned me like everyone," Kayla said.

As the car drove Leon picked up his phone from his pocket and dialled a number.

"Keep a close eye on her and protect her. Nothing must happen to her you understand" Leon said in a terrifying tone.

"Yes alpha" a husky voice replied from the phone.

Kayla could not help but recall all the happy moments she spent with Leon and those were the best moment of her life.

"So all of that was a pretence, he never really loved me"

"How can I get my heart broken twice in a row? Am I that filled with bad luck?"

As the car drove slowly into Kayla's home which is her worst nightmare.

"Goodbye Peter," Kayla said as she got out of the car without waiting for his reply.

Entering the house, she is confronted by two pairs of angry and jealous eyes.

"So you feel like you could just go and come as you like" Vidya attacked with a question with eyes filled with envy. "How could Kayla be worthy of entering the latest BMW, much less having someone driving her"

"She must have sold her body," Vidya thought inwardly ignoring her facial expression.

Looking at Vidya and Victoria, Kayla walked out of them heading towards her room.

"Come back here you bitch" Vidya roared in anger. Immediately she was about to pounce on Kayla.

"Slap"

"You..... How dare you hit me" Vidya roared in irritation as the slap stung her face causing a picture palm print to appear on her right cheek.

Standing up, she is about to attack Kala again when another slap hits her left cheek sending the same sting feeling to happen again.

Vidya uses her two hands to massage her already swollen face and looks at Kayla with a death glare. She is too scared to attack Kayla for fear of being slapped again "Since when did she know how to fight back" she thought inwardly. Before Kayla, even if she was wrong, Kayla would accept it without complaint and that is why even though Vidya is younger than Kayla she is used to bullying her.

"You bitch, how dare you hit my daughter's beautiful face," Victoria who was startled a minute ago said as she started running toward Kayla.

"Have you forgotten who owns the house?" Kayla said as her appearance became majestic.

Hearing this Victoria halted in her steps as her face became sour. She is just a mistress who took advantage of the ever so gentle and obedient Kayla dominating and ruling the house which is rightfully Kayla's.

She clearly remembered she hid the documents of the house and business in her room which she never allowed Kayla to enter so how did she know?

"If you are thinking about how I found out, maybe you should ask your daughter who gave me the key to your room for cleaning," Kayla said.

Hearing this, Victoria looked at Vidya with angry eyes.

"I could have chased you both out of the house, but I know you have nowhere to go so I will allow you to stay but the moment you mess up say goodbye to this house" Kayla said as she went into her room.

Seeing that Kayla only found out about the house document and allowed them to stay Victoria breathed a sigh of relief before turning back to look at Vidya who is looking at her with a questioning gaze.

Looking at her Victoria gave her a right slap

"Stupid girl, because of your laziness and careless actions you almost made us homeless" Victoria said looking at her with angry eyes before she turned and left for her room.

Vidya who has been receiving slaps since Kayla arrived stares at Kayla's door with an angry face. "Because of her mom is angry at me, because of her we were almost homeless. Kayla, I swear to pay you back tenfold" she said inwardly.
