Postpone

Pausing for a while, She muttered "You just dropped her in her apartment because it's raining but the media wrote shitty articles about you both."  

"Yeah but I don't care about them, honey. All I care is about your happiness." Noah sighed and said 

"Noah—"

Cutting Martha off, He said "Fine, you have a problem with media, right?"

"Yes."

"Then wear this," Noah said while giving her a scarf.

"Scarf?" Martha scrunched her eyebrows when she didn't understand what he is trying to say 

"Babe, if you wear a scarf, media people can't see your face which means we are safe." Noah smiled and said 

"Noah—"

"Please babe, don't say NO to this shopping plan." Noah held her hand and pleaded 

"Why are you so stubborn?" Martha helplessly shook her head and asked 

"Because I love you." Noah gave a peck on her lips and said 

He then excitedly said, "Babe, we will finish shopping early and then go to our apartment and chill."

"Seriously Noah, we have a shoot in the evening. We will miss it if we are in chill mode." Martha frowned and said 

"Don't worry honey, I already asked photographers to cancel the shoot." Noah smiled and said 

"What? When did you do that?" Martha widened her eyes in shock and asked 

"Today morning."  

"Where is my boss who never cancelled any shoot nor went shopping during working hours? What did you do with him?" Martha chuckled and said 

Yes, it has been two years since Martha is working with Noah, she never saw him cancel the shot nor he delayed the project. He used to be punctual no matter how small the project is. She always thought to spend some quality time with Noah but the busy dick head man beside her never gave her an opportunity. She too dreamed of going shopping, spending some alone time with him but she never dared to say it aloud. Now, when Noah wants to spend alone time with her, wouldn't she get shocked? More than shocked, she is happy that Noah is caring about her.

Inching closer, he sucked her earlobe and said "Your love killed that punctual, strict Noah."

"It was ticklish babe." Martha chuckled and said

Pulling her closer, Noah sighed and said "I feel so frustrated on me."

"Why?" Martha smiled and said 

"I just feel I made you wait for a long time. It's my fortune that you waited, what if you didn't?" Noah helplessly shook her head and said 

"Babe, even if you didn't propose to me yesterday, I would have waited for you." Martha smiled and said 

She gave a peck on his lips and said "I had an alternate plan too."

"What is it?" Noah curiously inquired 

"You don't have to know. It is a secret." Martha chuckled and said 

"But—"

"Boss, shoot is ready." Noah's assistant knocked on the door and said 

"Shoot is ready Mr Noah Wilson, we have to go." Martha smiled and said

"Cal, Did you called me?" Anna smiled and asked before stepping into his office 

"Yeah, what is my schedule after lunch?" Calvin asked 

"You have an important meeting with Brown cooperation's—"

Cutting Anna off, he said, "Postpone the meeting."  

"But Cal, you are going to Country C for one week, right? This meeting is very important and if we fail to attend it, we will lose a big project." Anna sighed and said 

"Who is the boss?" Calvin raised her eyebrows and asked 

Anna gulped in fear and said, "I—I will postpone it."

"If Brown's don't want to postpone it, then cancel the meetings and deal with them," Calvin said before walking away from his office 

"But—" Before Anna could say anything, Calvin is nowhere to see.

"What happened to him? He never cancelled any meeting before but today he is willing to cancel a big project." Anna couldn't help but frown 

After thinking for a while, when he couldn't find an answer to her question, she helplessly shook her head and called Brown's to postpone the meeting.

Elsa's cabin

"Can I come in?" Someone asked 

"Yeah—" Elsa stopped saying when she looked at Calvin 

"Cal—I mean boss, do you need permission to enter into your employee's cabin?" Elsa smiled and asked 

"Yeah, I have to respect your privacy," Calvin said before stepping inside the cabin 

"So, do you need anything important?" Elsa asked 

"Ahh, I forget that I should submit a file for you. I am so sorry that you came here for a file—"

Cutting her off, He chuckled and said "I don't want any file, Elsa."

"But—"

"How many times should I say not to stress over things?" Calvin frowned and said 

"It won't look good if the boss comes for a file, right? It is my responsibility to take care of things." Elsa sighed and said 

"For one last time, I don't want any file." Calvin sighed and said 

Pausing for a while, He asked "Will you come shopping with me?"
