Sequence Twenty-Nine: An Encounter with Myrtle

In the royal capital of Elysium, Josh, Deino and Cerise began their search for a place to stay for the night.

“Do we really need to find a place to stay here?” Josh asked the two, knowing that he can just use Eingang to conveniently go back and forth the capital.

“Well, you see those high rising towers with huge crystals on top of them on each corners of the capital walls?” Deino said while pointing to one of the towers she is referring to that is close to them.

“And?” Josh impulsively asked in confusion on what Deino mean by it.

“They are a kind of barrier that detects force entry inside the capital.” Cerise answered Josh without even looking on the said tower focusing her attention on the road ahead.

“Exactly! Way to go shorty.” Deino exclaimed happily hearing the correct answer from Cerise.

“Hey who are you calling short?” Cerise exclaimed

“But you are shorter than me.” Deino retaliated

“Yeah about an inch or two!”
