Chapter no.217 Lin Lingtian Vs The Sage Emperor part 1

The Sage Emperor quietly gazed upon the small bleeding cut in his finger.

Looks like the Heavens were correct.

I must eliminate this threat before it becomes too powerful.

The Sage Emperor's starry eyes turned towards Lin Lingtian who was charging an attack.

" Yin Dao Scripture: Black Chain Hell "

Lin Lingtian screamed out while chugging the orb of absolute darkness towards the Sage Emperor who snorted and back handed the attack causing it to fly off into the sky began exploding out in a cage of Chains made of the manipulation of Causality.

The Sage Emperor glanced at the chains before looking at Lin Lingtian.

A bug shall be crushed today.

The Sage Emperor stood up as his aura forze the entire Draconic Ruins Realm

The pressure from the Sage Emperor's aura was intense, overbearing, Lin Lingtian could feel every bit of pressure on his muscles as he turned to the side before he began weavinv between the blasts of small miniature attacks the Sage Emperor formed by controlling the Heavenly Energy of the Heavens. One blast grazed right past Lin Lingtian's cheek and he felt the immense heat blaze past his face and crash devastatingly into the walls of the bird cage.

At this point the two pinnacles of power in the universe stood in battle against one another.

Lin Lingtian sighed as he effortlessly dodged past three blasts from the bots.

He turned to the Sage Emperor and pointed his middle and index finger up.

Lin Lingtian warped Sage and Tine as he felt himself shimmer into nothingness as the Sage Emperor's small attacks fired on his position moments before he vanished.

He materialized behind the Sage Emperor, he lightly tapped the Sage Emperor's shoulder with a heel drop but the Sage Emperor's body didn't even budge.

The two powerhouses stood motionless for a time, the Sage Emperor tilted his head slightly and scratched the side of his face.

" Well? Don't tell me, this is what all you have got." He said, frowning

Lin Lingtian laughed, " No, I'm just savoring the moment, after all I don't think this fight will last very long."

The Sage Emperor's eyes narrowed

" Indeed, I don't think it will either."

Lin Lingtian backflipped as he planted both of his feet and let out a yell of exertion as an aura of Wuji broke through reality.

Lin Lingtian's body became enveloped in a cosmic glow. His own inner world glowed out formed a cloak to suit it's creator.

Lin Lingtian's cosmic form raised some eyebrows.

Black Clouds began to form above the sky as the duo ignored their unwanted watcher who watched on with a casual indifference at the two mortals.

" So you are the mortal who dares to challenge my rule."

Lin Lingtian smirked, " Sure am! Just let me know if it gets to be too much and I'll dial it back for you."

The Sage Emperor yawned " That won't be necessary."

Lin Lingtian sped towards the Sage Emperor, to the untrained eye it would have seemed like he disappeared from view. Within moments he closed in on Sage Emperor, he was upon him now, and .....he was gone.

Lin Lingtian eyes widened 'what?!'

The Sage Emperor was nowhere to be seen, he looked to his left and his right, behind him and above him. The Supreme Realm expert simply had vanished.

'Damn, and I can't sense his life force either..'

'What's the need? I'm right here.' A voice said right behind Lin Lingtian.

Lin Lingtian swung around with his fist and hit nothing but the air, the Sage Emperor stood far out of punching range, smiling at him.

'How?' Lin Lingtian thought, he sounded like he was right next to my ear, no one can move that fast! He had to move faster then the concept of time for me to not follow his movements'

The Sage Emperor beckoned " I surely hope that's not it."

Lin Lingtian charged, "don't get cocky, you cunt, I will shove both the father and the son into the grave!'

Lin Lingtian unleashed an endless barrage of punches and kicked at the Sage Emperor, his legs and arms seemingly a single blur of motion as he attacked.

With Óðr's Physique, Lin Lingtian's attacks twisted the Heavenly Energy flowing inside the Sage Emperor's body.

The Sage Emperor casually weaved away from each of the attacks, just stepping mockingly out of reach of every blow while he subconsciously manipulated all the internal energy running rampant inside his body to calm down.

' So this is the great Sage Emperor. Our fight will be legendary.' Lin Lingtian thought with a smirk which immediately fell as the Sage Emperor hopped up and stepped on Lin Lingtian's head, he gave a light push with his foot and leapt gracefully into the air, doing a majestic flip before he landed.

He looked back at Lin Lingtian, a look of boredom plainly displayed on his face.

" If that's all you have then.."

" Hahaha, I knew it. You are different with all of your demonic bones back and your new breakthrough."

" Oh, quite the intelligent one I see. Want some reward for guessing correctly?" The Sage Emperor said as Lin Lingtian's aura sparked, lightning crackling through it now.

The Sage Emperor raised an eyebrow " Oh, what's this now? You've become stronger."

" Don't worry, I am not going all out. I am just warming up."

The Sage Emperor laughed as he continued to dodge Lin Lingtian's attacks.

Lin Lingtian's fist were covered by the Læveteinn in the form of knuckle buster.

The Sage Emperor chuckled, " You are a strange mortal, interesting to be sure. But...you should know your place in the universe."

The Sage Emperor's demeanor shifted.

Lin Lingtian put his hands together with his palms facing out towards the Sage Emperor, his arms outstretched.

Heavenly Energy and power of madness warped into one catching the Sage Emperor off guard as he felt the power of his homeland after thousands of years.

" Yang Dao Scripture: Lance of Judgement."

The energy exploded from Lin Lingtian's hands, it's brilliant blue light enveloping the entire cage in its glow.

The beam soared towards Sage Emperor, who eyed it with a disinterested glance.

How did you get that power ?!

Just before the blast would impact his chest the Sage Emperor smacked it away like a toy.

The blast screamed through the sky or which was now the roof of the Cage and exploded, now nothing more than a firework.

Lin Lingtian, undeterred followed up the blast with a swift kicked aimed towards the Sage Emperors' face.

The kick connected, solidly striking the Sage Emperor and forcing his face back.

Lin Lingtian brought his leg back and prepared to launch a follow up when he felt a sharp pain on his head.

Moments later he found himself flying backwards halfway across the terrain.

The Chain Cage of Yin had been completely

He managed to stop his momentum and gather himself, before the hit he'd felt fine and energized but now..

He felt exhausted and beaten.

'That one hit did that much damage? What was that?' Lin Lingtian thought groggily.

The Sage Emperor followed his spiral and was now standing across from Lin Lingtian.

'Do you understand the power of a God now Mortal? You should surrender while you still can. You've given me a small amount of entertainment which is more than what can be said for most. So I'll forgive your past transgressions. Bowed to me and I will give you the world."

Despite the gap in power between the Supreme Realm and the Cosmic Realm, Lin Lingtian was having more and more fun.

" Yeah, so here the problem. I don't like to present my ass to gay pedophiles' like you."

Causality swirled around Lin Lingtian as the area around the Draconic Ruins Realm began to darken.

The Sage Emperor looked around "what might this be?" He asked

In response Lin Lingtian screamed as he felt his power burn and explode within him.

Hundreds of Supernovas exploded inside Lin Lingtian's inner world.

" Let's go round 2." Lin Lingtian's said as his body was covered in a cloak of flames made out of multiple dying stars.
