28 Chapter no. 28 The Fall of the Sacred Family part 1

The Last thing she remembered was Xiao Ning'er looking at her with a smile and saying , " Thank you and Goodbye ."
Ye Ziyun stood up from the bed as she ran out of the room .
" What did you mean ? Thank you , for what ? Goodbye ....."
Tears ran down her face as a pessimistic. thoughts filled her head trying to explain what Xiao Ning'er meant .

A couple of guards dressed in light weight armour with bows and arrows patrolled the northern part of sacred family territory .

" Le Fei , What are you doing ? "
Looking at their friend firing into a couple of trees , all the other guards were startled .
" I think I saw something over there ."

From the bushes a pair of feline yellow eyes peered at them .
Le Fei took another shot as the moment the arrow left it's string , the pair of yellow eyes disappear .

A ring or disk like thing shot from the bushes as it went through the arrow and lodged itself into the head of Le Fei .
The ring like weapon glowed red and

It exploded , sending the blood , cranial fluid and shards of bone on to the other guards .

More rings appeared as the bodies of tje guards piled up .
Under the moonlight , a leopard like demon beast walked out of the bushes and it was carrying in it's mouth was a human finger .
The Finger had many inscription arrays surroundings it as wisps of yin and chaos attributed soul force began to attract the blood of the dead towards it .

Large slabs of ice decorated the land as a humanoid strutted from one slab of ice to another .

Her body was partially transparent showing blue ice like bones . With a vile covering her face , her hair flowed like water in a stream as a skull made of ice adorned her head like a crown indicating her as royalty .
This humanoid was the mutated Snow Queen .

In her hands was a finger that glowed with soul force of yin and chaos attribute.

A few cracks formed on the slabs of ice as drops of blood flew through the air towards the finger .
When looked at from the right angle one could see .
These slabs of ice were the frozen corpses of the guards patrolling the North Eastern Territory of the Sacred Family .
The blood formed into a seed on the tip of the pointer finger .

" Eek ! "
A horrified guard looked at the demon beast infront of them .
The bodies of his friends were in the mouth of this monster .

It's large feline body adorned with crystals that resembled rocks as it's beautiful purple fur released discharges of electricity .
This was the mutated Abyssal Tiger .

" Ahhhhhh !" Throwing his spear at the demon beast the guard ran for his life but the tail of the large demon beasts moved at lightning speed and the rocky tip of the large demon beast pierced the body of the human .
Holding it up like a rag , blood dripped from the corpse as it began to form into a seed .

Husks of dried up humans littered the land .

One last guard frantically charged towards the demon beast .

Infront of the guard was a humanoid made of steam as a ball of fire formed in it's hands .
This was the mutated wind beast .

The guard jumped backwards as his form shifted to that of a bird humanoid .
Flying through the air , the avian humanoid charged forward .
But the moment his spear touched the steam humanoid , he felt an intense heat and then nothing .
His body burnt to ash dispersed in the wind .
A sigh escaped the mutated wind beast as it began to collect the dismembered limbs of those it had killed to form The Seed .

Screams filled the land as members of the Sacred Family and guards were impaled through their gut by large slabs of rock .
( Thud ! )
Each step it took ,the ground would shake .
Each clap of it's jaw made the screaming humans cower in fear as they knew that infront of them was a predator .

Moving at lightning speeds as the guards and members of the sacred family shivered in fear when looking at the large avian infront of them .

With a body of a few meters tall , the avian had scaly purple armour covering it's entire body.
This was the mutated Abyssal Winged Falcon which had awakened it's dragon lineage during it's mutation .

The body from it's prey began to form into The Seed .
[ In the Sky ]
Above the illustrious territory of the sacred family , two individuals floated in the air .
Xiao Ning'er coldly looked at a certain direction , her target was clear .
Lin Lingtian in a lotus position was floating in the air .
His mind was connecting to the seeds that had been formed by infusing human blood with yin and chaos attributed soul force .
These seeds were known as the Nether Spider Lily Seeds .
Taking a deep breath , his body glowed with green soul force as he began using the Wood Dao Scripture .
" Wood Dao First Scripture : Advent of the World Tree ."
The Seeds of Nether Spider Lily began to crack as roots and shoots emerged from them as they began to grow into hundreds of meters long thin stems .
These stems grew from the north , north east , north west , south , south east , south west and met at the center of the Scared Family as a dome made of six stems formed around the entire territory .
Along the length of the hundreds of meters tall , thousands of Spider lilies began to blossom and release a pink mist .

The entire territory of the Sacred Family was engulfed in a pink mist .
Servants and members of the Sacred Family that breathed in this mist were trapped in a hallucinogen dream .

Desire .
Everyone has a desire .
I want to be rich .
I want to be strong .
I want to eat this .
I want to get that .
I want to be desired by others .
I want to grow and be more .
I want to feel safe and secure .
These desires are what fuels the dreams induced by the Spider lilies .
Each dream gives us what we truly desire more then anything but these flowers have a cruel side effect .
These dreams are so real that no one wants to escape from them to the point that even after death , the souls remain attached to these flower experiencing joy , joy , joy , joy , joy , joy , joy .
In the center of the dome , a flower was forming but unlike the others this one was not releasing the pink mist rather it was glowing .

In the air , Lin Lingtian readjusted his new clothes , a blue shirt with a white and black hoodie with gold colour embroidery as he looked at Xiao Ning'er who was wearing a beautiful white dress .
( A.N : This is Lin Lingtian and Xiao Ning'er with their new clothes )
" Ready. "
" Yes ."
" Then as the saying goes Ladies first ."
Xiao Ning'er smiled at him as a pair of lightning wings sprouted out of her back .
After seeing that the Mutated Heavenly Thunder Phoenix that had awakened a phoenix bloodline was given to Xiao Ning'er by Lin Lingtian .
Placing a talisman paper with an inscription array on it on her mouth ,a bubble covered her head as she flew towards a certain direction .
Placing his own talisman , Lin Lingtian also flew using his gravity field towards a certain direction .
[ Sacred family Shen Fei's Mansion ]
Flying through the air , a large mansion came into her view as the Wind Beast was using wind to make it so the pink mist didn't enter the mansion on Xiao Ning'er's orders .
Walking to the door , Xiao Ning'er kicked it open as she could hear shouts of many people inside but she only focused the voice of her target .
Seeing Xiao Ning'er entering into his mansion , Shen Fei began to laugh .
" hahahaha , Is the Winged Dragon family so desperate that not only they cured your face for me but also sent you here as a gift to serve this Lord ."
Hearing what Shen Fei just said, both of Xiao Ning'er's fists were tightly clenched. She was angered to the point that her body was trembling. That marriage engagement caused her to have countless thoughts of dying, making her life ash grey. She had shed countless amount of tears in the dark. That was until Lin Lingtian's appearance broke her free from that bitterness and her eyes hardened as she looked at the group of women wearing skimpy clothes near Shen Fei .
" LEAVE ! " Shen Fei shouted at the group of women who ran off .
Shen Fei's junk was in full view to Xiao Ning'er.
" Serve me you whore and maybe I will help spare your pathetic family from annihilation ."

Shen Fei felt a pain erupt from his lower half .
Xiao Ning'er had used lightning to destroy his ability to pass off his sperm by destroying it with a bolt of lightning.
A screaming and crying Shen Fei looked at Xiao Ning'er and screamed ," Y...You ....."
Before he could continue , a bolt of lightning descended on his body .
Roar !
Shen Fei body underwent a
transformation as he merged with his demon beast Scarlet Black Tiger .
The heat wave flooded the entire hall.
Xiao Ning'er gave Shen Fei a stare from above,from the front of the stage. She never thought that Shen Fei would reach 1-star Gold rank,not to mention that the Scarlet Black Tiger is ademon spirit that has extremely powerfulcombat abilities.
But to Xiao Ning'er , a true Cultivator , his power was nothing .
Soul force erupted from her as her white dress changed to that of gold as and beautiful wings of gold sprouted from her back .

Boom! Boom! Boom!
Bolts of lightning fell down, bombarding the body of the Scarlet Black Tiger. This instantly caused Shen Fei's entire body to feel a little numbness.
Shen Fei barely reacted. He had greatly underestimated the strength of Xiao Ning'er. He furiously roared and breath a scarlet flame out from his mouth.
Even though the scarlet flame was shooting towards her, Xiao Ning'er was extraordinarily calm. Such a person like Shen Fei, even if he has a pretty decent talent, he's not hard working at all, always fooling around. She won't lose to someone like him!
The wings of the Mutated Heavenly Lightning Sparrow fanned, a thick bolt of lightning shot towards the scarlet flame.
Boom!
The lightning collided with the scarlet flame, and instantly ripped the scarlet flame completely apart and quickly flew towards Shen Fei without stopping.
This is an absolute crushing defeat. Shen Fei's strength is not on the same level as Xiao Ning'er's.
A tearing explosion was heard as Shen Fei was
blown away, flying out and heavily smash into
a pillar in the hall. Cracks appeared on the pillars and floor as he fell onto the ground..
Shen Fei immediately let out a painful whine. This lightning bolt injured him quite badly.
He never thought that Xiao Ning'er's strength
would be so much stronger than his Own,
completely suppressing him.
Before Shen Fei could recover, he was hit by lightning again and again. That ripping pain has already made him forget where he was.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Shen Fei was constantly being blown away, his Scarlet Black Tiger wasn't on the same level as the Heavenly Lightning Sparrow. All the pent up anger that Xiao Ning'er had accumulated all these years was unleashed. She has no intentions to be lenient towards Shen Fei.
"Xiao Ning'er, you dare to lay a hand on me?! My Sacred Family will definitely not let you off!" at the start of it, Shen Fei was still talking back. But after being hit by bolts of lightning in a continuous series, his soul force completely collapsed. That heart tearing pain is already impossible to endure.
"Spare me! Don't kill me!" Shen Fei wailed. As the direct descendant of the Sacred Family, when has he suffered such mistreatment before?
Xiao Ning'er stopped and began to walk towards Shen Fei who looked at her in fear but Xiao Ning'er could sense hatred and anger in him .
Placing her palm on his head , She closed her eyes as black Lightning flowed through Lin Lingtian's soul shard in her dantian and as her hand was engulfed in black Lightning .
" AAHHHHHHHH ! "

The corpse of Shen Fei landed on the ground as Xiao Ning'er turned and began to walk away .
She had gotten her revenge but it felt empty .
Even with Shen Fei dying , she felt nothing .
No Satisfaction .
No happiness .
Just Indifference .
Walking out of the mansion , She flew towards another direction .
She didn't know why but Lin Lingtian had told her to battle and subdue Shen Xiu .
[ The Sacred Family Mansion ]
Walking through the halls of the sacred family mansion , Lin Lingtian saw many servants and members of the sacred family standing there like statues in a daze .
Sensing large amount of soul force being used , Lin Lingtian ignored it and walked towards the room where Elder Shen Ming stayed at .
In the room , sitting in a daze was Elder Shen Ming the man who killed the old Lin Lingtian because of some stupid reason .
Snapping his fingers , the plants in the room began to grow in a rapid pace as the entire room was covered by the plant .
The stomata of the plant opened as it absorbed the pink hallucinogen mist .
A few moments later
" Huh ? ! "
Shen Ming shook his head as he gazed at Lin Lingtian and his heart sank .
" Yo ."
Shen Ming calmed and arrogantly said ," How dare ..."
Before he could continue saying anything , Lin Lingtian grabbed his ear and ripped it completely clean with a pull .
" AAAAAAAAAAAA ! "
Lin Lingtian shoved a Nether seed he personally made for Shen Ming into his mouth.

Shen Ming coughed as he felt something moving inside the body .
Then pain erupted from his entire body .
His right hand jerked as wooden roots came out of the tip of his finger .
Then his feet .
The pain was so much but his vocal cords had been ripped apart by the roots of the nether seed coming out of his mouth and eyes .
The tree had merged with Shen Ming's body but Lin Lingtian had used the Wood Dao Scripture to make the nether hatch in such a way that Shen Ming was alive and could feel all the pain .
And due to the nether seed being made using the yin and chaos Attributed soul force , every vein and artery of Shen Ming was being coated by Yin Soul Force like that of an artic cold disease .
Tears of blood flood down his face as Lin Lingtian
stood up and began to walk out of the room as he had felt a large amount of Soul force coming towards his direction .

Walking outside , Infront of Lin Lingtian stood 8 Black Gold Ranks .
Shen Hong the Patriarch of the Sacred Gaming stood in his Sacred flaming Condor form .
The other Black Gold Ranks were also merged with their Demon spirits .
A grin made it's way on to Lin Lingtian .
Looks like he found a way to advance to the 2 star silver rank .
An extremely powerful and Dense soul force erupted from Lin Lingtian .
Lin Lingtian began to tap into his second core into his personal Demon spirit .
The Form that changes with every battle .
The Form that gets stronger with each battle .
The building surrounding Lin Lingtian began to get torn by the sheer pressure induced by Lin Lingtian's soul force .

The 9 black gold members escaped the collapsing building .
In the dust a figure was slowly moving towards them .
Then they saw it and felt it .

The dust cleared as Lin Lingtian moved forward his body clad in armour .
With a Persian full body armour , Lin Lingtian waved his spear as all the dust cleared .

The dark gold members took a step back as they felt that what they were facing against wasn't something human .
It was a monster .
