13 Chapter 13

Wanting to help everyone breakthrough, Lu started urging his soul force. Everyone started feeling Lu's pure soul force enter their soul sea, saturating it and making them feel full. Everyone ate pills and started cultivating. Lu opened his eyes and got up to sit behind Xiao Ning'er. He placed his hands on her back and directly sent his soul force into her soul sea. Under Lu's guidance, Xiao Ning'er aura started to rise.

While helping her, Lu inspected her body. He knew that a page of the Temporal Demon Spirit Book was sealed within her body. After establishing a connected to it, Lu started breaking down the seal. After a couple breaths of time he unlocked the seal and pulled the page out of her back. Nie Li felt the aura of the page and opened his eyes. Lu just smiled at him as he sent the page to him.

Lu(voice transmission): It was sealed in her body. I don't have uses for these pages so you can take them.

Nie Li just nodded as he put the page away and continued cultivating. Nie Li was the one who took the most soul force from Lu. Most of the soul force he absorbed was nourishing the root in his soul sea. After a couple hours Ye Ziyun and Xiao Ning'er left together to go back home. They needed to report back to their families.

Everyone else who had nothing else to do just continued to cultivate. With each breakthrough one person made, everyone's strength would grow as well. And the closer everyone was, the stronger they would be. Lu didn't have much to obtain here so he left.

Lu was walking while thinking. It took lots of time to travel everywhere. After some pondering Lu decided to start setting up Transportation arrays whenever he could. When he got to his hut he faced another problem. It was time to renovate.

Lu returned everything to rubble and dirt. His once grand hut was now gone. Like it was never there. Lu decided to buy a home. Lu was rich now. With his ability to create money, he already had a big source of income. Lu went house shopping. He made his way to a real estate building to browse the catalog. He was thinking about buying an estate like that of the rich families. He would have a lot of space and maybe the gang could live there too.

Browsing the catalog there were few such estates. 10 million. 15 million. 20 million. Even 100 million demon spirit coins. There were many vacant estates that needed an owner. Lu ended up buying an estate that went for 100 million and the neighboring estate that went for 40 million. Of course this shocked the real estate agent but they didn't question Lu. They thought he was done upping Master from a rich family. But it still sucked them because such young Master would be so rich and with family would be able to pay this much for a young master.

After signing some documents Lu Left for his new home. Arriving at his estate he met with the caretakers and maids who took care of the place. They greeted him happily and showed him around. The tour was magnificent. Lu enjoyed the view of his two estates a lot. Under the contract he combined the two estates and made the two property into one. Many rich families owned estates and the property around it. It was like a wall of security. Lu wasn't that rich yet though.

After the tour he let the caretakers continue doing their jobs. He went to his room, the central master bedroom. It was like a master bedroom of master bedrooms. He now had lots of space. He planned to use it all. The rest of the day Lu just placed Transportation arrays all over his estate.

Within the next few days Lu continued to visit the Alchemy Association and practice pill refining. Under the constant nagging of Director Yang, Lu gave her more pill formulas with various uses. This caused the Alchemy Association to rise greatly. Lu was getting paid a lot. He met up and discussed about future plans with Nie Li and even met up with Ning'er here and there to hangout. Lu started calling Ning'er by her formal name without her surname for awhile now since they were beginning to get closer.

During these few days Lu had integrated with his demon spirit. The Snow Wind Ape. This demon spirit unlocked its spiritual wisdom some with that it would grow faster. It only had an excellent level growth rate but it didn't matter to Lu. If he could manage to stimulate a mutation in the demon spirit then it would be a worthwhile demon spirit.

Lu also set up Transportation Arrays wherever he went. The Alchemist Association, the jungle, the school library, Ning'er's estate. It was more convenient. He made it so that the others with linked soul realms to him could use the transportation arrays as well but he limited where they could go. He also taught Nie Li how to set them up and had him help spread the arrays around.

After two weeks, it was time for the yearly examination. Lu wasn't a student in the school but he still attended to watch the show.

Arriving at the field, there were dozens of students from the numerous different classified classes. Ning'er saw him sitting in the stands and waved at him smiling. Lu smiled and waved back. This caught the attention of someone. Shen Fei, Ning'er's "fiancé". Lu didn't care as he just gave him a ugly smile, looking down on him. Shen Fei looked away and started walking towards Ning'er.

Lu(to himself): You better fucking not.

Shen Fei got to Ning'er and started trying to cause problems.

Shen Fei: You seductress. You're talking to other guys while engaged to me. I can destroy your entire family you know that.

Xiao Ning'er: Don't take to me like that. And don't threaten me. You aren't my fiancé. I don't even want to marry you.

Shen Fei: Your family came to mines begging for a marriage proposal. Without my family, you are nothing.

Xiao Ning'er: I don't need your Sacred Family. You're not even all that. You call yourself a genius but all you Sacred Family scum rely on pills and elixers. You call me a seductress but don't even get me started on the numerous girls you've taken advantage of, you disgusting pig!

Shen Fei: You bitch, you dare talk to me in that way! Come here so I can teach you a lesson!

Shen Fei yelled as he raised his hand to hit her. Xiao Ning'er raised her aura to counter attack but in the next instant, Lu was already there. Lu had stopped Shen Fei's attacking hand. He gripped it tightly and stared at Shen Fei with a dark look.

Lu: What do you think you're doing… Huh.

Shen Fei just struggled to break free but couldn't. This shocked him greatly because he was a Gold Rank Demon Spiritualist. Who was this kid with an unknown background. With the age gap, there was no way he could be stronger than him.

Shen Feu: Fuck off, this is between our Sacred and Winged Dragon family. We are engaged and will be married soon. Worry about yourself.

Lu: Oh. Engaged? I heard Ning'er just now, say that she didn't even want to marry you. What does your Sacred Family count for. It's nothing in my eyes. Begone.

As Lu said this he applied more pressure onto Shen Fei wrist. Shen Fei started to squirm and eventually started screaming as he fell to his knees holding his arm.

Xiao Ning'er: Lu, that's enough. He's not worth the trouble.

Hearing this Lu let go of Shen Fei's wrist.

Lu: Fuck off. You're not engaged to Ning'er anymore. She is my woman. You better not cause anymore trouble for her anymore, otherwise.

Not finishing his sentence, Lu released his soul force in full force at Shen Fei causing him to pass out. His henchmen just picked him up and ran away.
