In a place called the Aerthop Kingdom that is located in the southern part of the continent. There, a fairly young, beautiful maiden named Andromeda lives her life in luxury, but even though she got all the things that common people wish for, she's still humble and not unlike those arrogant, rich noble ladies who boast their riches in front of the others.

Her life, as said by the others, is luxurious and with a lot of servants to serve her every whim, but unknown to all, her life is not as it is supposed to be. Her father, Cepherius, is known to others as the greatest Weapon Master and a champion in fighting in all of the people in the Aerthop Kingdom. Her mother was named Cassiopeia, the greatest queen of Aerthop, the wife of Cepheus, and the mother of Andromeda.

While growing up, Andromeda never experiences the so-called "Mother's Love" all she feels is the love of her father and her close friend, servant Theonisus. Her mother is an ambitious, scheming, cold-hearted, and calculating noblewoman, as Andromeda described her mother. She grew up only in the care of her father and servant until she reached the marriageable age of 18, as described by their tradition.

After her 18th birthday celebration, she sneaked out of the palace and don a commoners attire to avoid suspicion of the guards and accidentally revealing her royal identity to everyone which she considers as an embarrassing moment of her life while walking along the coast of Aerthop, sniffing the fresh air and feeling the calming atmosphere of the place. In her walking she meets a commoner man with a very good body build, the man that is more handsome than the other noble and rich man. She walked toward him and seated in the sides, where she found an empty crate that she later turned over to make a seat.

The man noticed the lady in his side seating in his crates while he was pulling his fishing net to see if he's lucky to catch some fish for dinner tonight. There was a veil of silence that lasted an hour. The lady, according to the man, seemed like a woman with the right morals—a respectable woman. The man finished fishing and washed his fishy-smelling hands before walking towards the lady. He dusted his hands on his tunic chiton and walked toward and seated beside her.

He questioned the lady, what is her problem, the lady seemed out of her mind as her eyes were blankly staring at the ends of the ocean, he waved his hand in front of her eyes, but it seems ineffective, and he snaps his fingers that created a loud snap that wakes her brain from wandering around. She turned around to find the handsome man in front of her, her face suddenly blushed, covering her cheeks in red.

Her inner thoughts go crazy that she immediately cowered and covered her face, still blushing. The man who sees her blush immediately notices this and leaves a space between them as a sort of respect to the lady. Then, a minute after they started talking, an hour later, they started chatting like they know each other and later introduced themselves to each other as Andrea, a nickname she created herself, and Perleus, a fisherman, and an ex-warrior.

Unknown to the two and the king of Aerthop, Queen Cassiopeia secretly sneaked out wearing a black cloak with a rune sigil symbol at the back of the cloak. She traveled to a secret location where all the members of the cult called the Apostle's Acolytes, a demonic cult that practices forbidden dark magic and unorthodox methods to increase their strengths such as offering a blood sacrifice or offering the body and the blood of the virgin to enhance their youthful appearance.

Cassiopeia walked towards a chamber with a nameplate above that said: Dark Chamber, the chamber where the leader is staying. She bowed before him and greeted him after that, they talked and made a deal that she needs to sacrifice her daughter to get the ultimate power of eternal youth—the power to control, effectively, the abyssal magic.
