A Dream (Pt. 1)

After setting aside all his doubts, he was ready to question her like his usual self. She was the only one he could talk to anyway. 

"Won't you ask me about sending you to the Arbiter's Hall?" Xiaoling asked, "He said I'm sending you to your death, after all." 

"Even if you're sending me to my death, I'll gladly oblige," He clasped his hands toward her and bowed, "Besides, I want to see this Arbiter person myself." 

Xiaoling smiled, "I'm glad you understand my intentions, then. Anything else you would want me to comment on?" 

Weisheng nodded, "I have a theory," He said, "After your conversation with him, I wanted to know more about him, so I went to the study. There, I met Mr. Ru. He was kind enough to enlighten me about some of the details of his life." 

Xiaoling nodded, "Like the ones where he was friends with Lord Hou Hai and Lord Arbiter?" She asked. 

"Yes," Weisheng replied, "More importantly, the brothel they owned."
