Shocked by his actions, Yusuf and Rosalia went wide-eyed as Gates pulled out of the hug...He kind of understood now why fans acted the way they do towards their celebrities they adored.

"...Sorry, I couldn't help it..." Gates said, shy for the first time that Yusuf had seen.

However the awkwardness disappeared as gates went serious drafting a new magic contract, identical to Yusufs own...

He wanted to have both of them, no, he was going to have both of them and that meant that, his sister was going to vacate another room to him...

Laughing inwardly, Gates finished writing the conditions and signed, it had everything that Yusufs had, except for one thing...The Guardian Knight, Rosalia in particular had to listen to everything That Gates said...except it had nothing to do with protecting him, killing for him or anything mission driven... if it was personal, she decided if she wanted to do that or not.

In reality, he gave them something better than slaves but in the end, until their natural lives ended, they were his slaves.

Rosalia didn't even read the contract when she signed it, looking at Gates throughout the process which made him quite nervous but not paying it to mind, even he would be wondering what sort of person he was if someone else did the same to him.

"I'll serve you as long as you want me, Amon." Rosalia said, her countenance making even Yusuf believe her, of course now that she had signed the contract of course.

Gates looking at her finally had a smile on his face as she accepted him...it felt more like they both wanted eachother rather than Gates forcing her into a place by his side like he did with Yusuf.

"Wait in my room, feel free...what's mine is yours." Gates said putting his two hands on her cheeks as he said this, before turning his full attention to Yusuf,

"The room opposite mine is yours, you can go bring your sister and move in before nighttime...we have something to do." Gates said as he walked towards the door with Yusuf opening it and looking towards Rosalia whom had stood up, looking around the room before veering to look at the receding back of Gates.

Following behind him, Yusuf closed the door as he followed behind Gates,then separating from him and heading down the stairs to go get his sister...

Gates reached his father's study as he was about to knock, the door opened up all on its own...

"Come, Amon." His father spoke as he walked in, the door closing behind him.

"You called for me, Family head." Gates says with a short bow.

"Tell me about those two."

Gates understood why his father wanted to know about the two knights as they were more or less very uncommon knights to even agree to come guard a kid that's supposed to be useless.

However removing that reason out of the way, the two knights abilities and skills were something that would make them sought after no matter where they went, unless they had something keeping them from going to other factions.

"Well, there's Yusuf who's the magic Knight, he's from a humble background, that is, the slums. He was the one who actually saved me in the forest when I escaped from the Assassin, Ghost. Of course I could have brought him here for you to see him and reward him but to allow him be my guardian Knight would not seem somewhat necessary as you could place any of the high ranked guards as my guardian...

However i thought of a better way to prove his worth while also letting you know that he was mine and not the family's, then there was the surprise guest Knight who stole my attention even more than Yusuf...

You should know of this Knight actually but, I would need your discretion even after I tell you their identity...can you assure me that, Family head?" Gates said straightening himself, making sure to stress on his last words as he would not put Rosalia's life in danger any more than he would his own.

Looking into his son eyes, Theodore was now sure that he had changed, his demeanor, his way of acting, and even his train of thought had all changed...

"As long as you refer to me as your father, I will think about it." Theodore said.

Shaking his head, Gates refused such a condition..He would do alot if Rosalia asked him but this he wouldn't even if she asked him...let alone, this man.

"This I cannot, Family head. As done to me before so shall it be done a hundred fold, I may be your son but I've long been dead. I may be your family but I do not consider any of you as mine, I am neither afraid to say this nor am I afraid of any repercussions to say this...like I said, I was useless to the family and now I am neither a friend nor foe to the family, I look out for myself as I had done before and will always do." Gates said, drawing his line on the subject.
