After walking down the stairs, I came to a narrow hallway with a door at the end. The sound of my footsteps echoed through the air, and there was always a cold cloud over my head as I breathed.

Opening the door, I stepped inside. As I look at my newly diagnosed patient, I take a moment for myself. Their eyes were filled with a desperate desire to be free as they moved and strove.
