12 Chapter 10

"J-Jinnie h-hyung" Tae whimpers.

"Yes, TaeTae it's me" Jin answers with a small smile trying to hide his uneasiness.

"Yoongi Hyung? W-What are you d-doing here?" Taehyung asks.

"We're here for you" Yoongi gives a small sad smile.

(Wbk Yoongi has a soft spot for Tae)

"NO, you not leaving with him well breathing at least," Kim says as he darkly chuckles placing his gun on Taehyungs temple and places his hand over Taehyungs mouth.

All of their eyes widen at what happens next. Taehyung bites his father's hand really hard making his father stumble back shocked and drop the gun.

"DON'T JUST STAND THERE ONE OF YOU GET IT!" Taehyung screams at them.

All of them were frozen except Jungkook he ran over to the gun and grabbed it while pointing it at Kim and telling Yoongi to untie Taehyung from the chair and help Taehyung stand.

"It's over Kim get on your knees and put your hands behind your head!" Jungkook says.

What they didn't expect was to see him smile.

"I was hoping you'd say that," Kim says as he gets on his knees and puts his hands behind his head, and slowly grabs a gun from inside his shirt.

"JUNGKOOK MOVE!" Taehyung weakly screams.

But Jungkook was frozen.

With all the strength he has left within his battered and bruised body Taehyung moves his head off of Yoongi's shoulder and pushes off Yoongi's hand from holding his body steady.

He runs towards Jungkook and pushes Jungkook aside just in time for Kim to shoot the bullet through Taehyungs chest.

"NO! TAEBABY!" Jungkook screams.

"TAETAE!" Jin screams.

"TAEBEAR!" Yoongi screams terrified as tears start to form in his eyes.

Yoongi runs towards Taehyung and manages to catch him before he falls to the floor.

But before Kim gets to shoot another bullet well...

"KIM THIS IS THE POLICE! DROP YOUR WEAPON AND PUT YOUR HANDS UP!" The police yell as they burst through the door.

Kim turns the gun on the cops and so the cops shoot him through his head.

(THANK GOD AM I RIGHT 😌)

Just then Jimin, Namjoon, and Hoseok come through the door to see Taehyung with a bullet in his chest bleeding in Yoongi's arms.

And even more unexpected Yoongi was crying HARD.

*An hour earlier*

~ Yoongi's POV ~

We just got done coming up with a plan to get our Tae back. I think it's stupid but I guess it'll work.

No.

It has to work.

I didn't tell anyone but...

I kinda already knew about Taehyung's past abuse.

I found out like a year ago when he was sleeping over at mine and Jimins place.

*FLASHBACK ONE YEAR AGO*

I woke up to what sounded like screaming ugh can't I sleep in peace for the love of God!

I roll out of the bed of course carefully so I don't wake up Jiminie wait- HOW THE HELL DID HE NOT WAKE UP TF?!

Oh, forget it.

I walk out of our room and go down the hall to the bedroom Taehyung is staying in and my eyes widen in surprise to see Taehyung laying at the end of the bed in a fetal position crying.

I walk up to him and I'm surprised when he flinches when I put my hand on his shoulder.

"Tae what's wrong? Should I call Jungkook?"

"NO- I mean uh- no I'm ok sorry to wake you you can go back to bed," Taehyung says hurriedly as he sits up.

I raise my eyebrows suspicious and confused.

"I know I'm not easy to talk to or something but I truly care about you so can please tell me what's wrong and I'll try my best to help you" Yoongi sincerely says.

"I- I don't know I've never told anyone," Taehyung says.

"You can trust me I promise," Yoongi says giving a small gummy smile.

"O-okay but please don't tell anyone especially Jungkook," Taehyung says as he nervously messes with his fingers.

"Ok I promise I won't" Yoongi promises.

"Well um, I asked to stay here because today is my mother's um death date and I always have a nightmare and I didn't want Jungkook to know." Taehyung hesitantly says.

"Oh, I'm so sorry if you don't mind me asking how did your mother die?" Yoongi says.

"I- um my- *sighs and looks away* my father uh k-killed her," Taehyung says as he breaks down into tears.

Yoongi gasps and pulls Taehyung into a hug, "Oh my God I'm so sorry"

"Yeah he is an abusive piece of shit he used to beat me and mom all the time just for breathing he even r-" Taehyung catches himself before he spilled the biggest secret.

"He what?" Yoongi questions.

"Um nothing"

"Listen I know this is hard but if you tell me I think it'll help and I'll tell you something bad that happened to me to maybe help you feel better"

"Um I don't know but I guess ok um you go first," Taehyung says unsure.

"Ok I never told anyone this even Jimin but here it goes I used to have a drug problem and be in a gang and one day I got into serious trouble also I had an older twin brother.

He took the fall for me and he uh- was killed in jail ever since then I've promised myself to be good and not let my brother die for no reason-" Yoongi was cut off by Taehyung jumping up and pulling him into a hug.

"I'm so sorry Yoongi Hyung well I guess it's my turn now huh" *sighs* Yoongi just nods tears falling.

"Um when I turned like eleven years old the beatings started getting worse but that's not the worst thing he has done he um a few days after I turned eleven he uh r-raped me and it didn't stop until I ran away at sixteen the day he killed my mother. I remember just thinking that I was a bear constantly in hibernation because I never wanted to get up or wake up I just wanted to die"

(That's why Yoongi calls him Taebear 🥺💔)

Yoongi doesn't say anything he just starts freely cries and pulls Taehyung into a hug.

"I'm so sorry I promise you I will never let anything like that happen to you again as long as I'm here"

*FLASHBACK OVER*

"I'm so sorry Tae I broke my promise," Yoongi says as he puts pressure on Taehyungs bullet wound. Taehyung whimpers unable to talk due to the pain everywhere in his body.

"W-Wait what promise?" Jungkook asks as he holds Tae's hand and kisses it while tears continuously roll down his cheeks.

'FUCK' Yoongi thinks.
