1 Father, what do I do now?

It hurts.. Oh gods it hurts..

Running. That's all I do now is run. Being a foreigner in a place where no one wants you is hard enough, but to look so out of place compared to all the other girls is much more painful.

"Freak!"

"Ugly American!"

"Fat Ass!"

All I hear, everyday since moving to Japan are ugly insults.. Father, why did we have to move? You are never home. Why couldn't I have stayed in America?

"She ran over there!" I hear Fujia Yuma yell. She's the worst of them all. Her father runs the company my father works for, and as to not cause problems I deal with the pain she causes.

'Keep running, Allia just keep running.'

Upon moving to Japan, my father had placed me in Judo classes as I was in kick boxing classes in New Mexico. We travel a lot for his work but he hoped this would be our new home. I didn't mind the traveling. Since mom died, he needed the distraction. Grandma wasn't able to care for me anymore and he didn't want me to be alone while he was out of the country.

I knew things would be different but not to this point. Thoughts and memories flood back as I keep running towards the forest outside of the city. My safe place. My darkness. The one place that they wouldn't find me. I wasn't all that unattractive, over 5 and a half feet with a decent chest and set of curves. I wasnt the 100 pounds the other girls were, but I wasn't out of shape. My body looked more of a 20 something year old rather than an 18 year old. I had black hair that covered my body, as my hair skin was white as a ghost. My blue eyes could rival the sky, but it was always my body that drew men in. The girls hated it..

"SNAP!" They were following me deeper into the forest. Today was the day that the College Prince wanted to confess to me, but only from a bet. I over heard him with a few other guys talking and wanted to reject him before he had the chance.

'Father, help me.. I would rather be anywhere else but here'..

As if someone or something heard my request, I fell into a deep hole and hit my head. Darkness took over as I heard the girls faintly running and cussing as they couldn't find me. All I remember is the smell of dirt and moss filling my senses as sleep over took my tired body and soul

When I awoke I could feel the pain my body had taken. My legs felt like Jell-O, and my ass hurt from breaking my fall.

"That is gonna hurt tomorrow." I look through my bag and make sure nothing is broken.

"Good, looks like this ass came in use for once." I mutter to myself as I get up. I look over me and see a blue sky waiting for me. Slowly I crawl from the hole and manage to bring myself to the world once more.

I look around and see no one is around, and no one looks to be hiding around a tree for me. Thank heavens. I stand up and brush myself off, uniform stained from the mud and grass. Father would have a fit if he saw me.

I look around once more, getting my bearings and looking to see which way would be home. We live in a small two bedroom house in the outer city which is fine with me. I dont like neighbors, or people very much. Music and art are what make me happy and as long as I have my violin and sketch books I can survive.

"Now, which way is home?" I keep looking around and notice that nothing looks the same. The trees are different. The grass looks longer and smells, sweet? What is going on?

I start to walk in the direction that looks like it could possibly lead me home. The forest not only looks different but feels different. Sounds different. I keep walking lost in thought when I come across a small lake. Beautiful and crystal clear, surrounded by rocks, trees, and a beautiful waterfall. When did we have a lake this close to the town?

I look at the beautiful water, little fish nip at the water close by, while larger ones leap out to catch insects flying over. A small smile forms and I sit next to the water and remove my shoes and stockings. I slowly place my feet in the cool water, letting the water aid in my aching toes and heel. The small fish nibble on my toes and move in between them.

"You know, I could live here forever." My smile continues as I hum to the sky. The sun feels so good on my face, and the water seems to give me the cleanse my fears of the other girls. Yes I would love to stay forever.

"Would you like to fair maiden?" The smile drops from my face and the song halts and plummets to my stomach. I turn to face who has addressed me.

"Uh.. Who are you? And who calls anyone 'maiden' anymore?" The figure walks out from the tree line and faces me. Dear Fuck he's nude.

"And where are your clothes??" I slowly retreat my feet from the water and get up. I look around to form an escape route in case I need it.

"Why would I need them? It's just us." He takes a few steps towards me with a smile. My face blushes.

I look him over. He looks to be at least six feet tall, the muscles aren't bulging in his arms and chest but you can see the brute strength within him. His curly silver hair falls around his face and neck beautifully, and his eyes. One could lose themselves in his copper eyes.

"What are you doing away from your village? Are you lost?" He finally makes his way to me, still a smile on his face. His skin is almost flawless except for a scar on his chest. It looks as if the wound was deep.

"I.. I was running from someone.. I didnt want to be caught." I look into his eyes again and see him questioning what I had said. The aura he gives off is a sense of control and almost danger. Am I going to die here?

"But why? One that is at beautiful as you shouldn't be running from anyone. What are you wearing?" He looks me over while I still do the same to him. His arms look like they would be hard as stone but kissed by the sun. He looks as if he could break a house but his hands look gentle.

He picks up my hands and looks them over. He notices the dirt still on them from climbing out of the hole. I quickly retract them and take a small step to the side. He could be dangerous.

"I promise I won't hurt you. I live not far from here. Are you hungry? I can make you some food. I promise I won't let anyone take you away." He takes another step and pulls me into his embrace. He nozzles into my hair. Is he sniffing my hair?

"You smell divine. You truly are unique, and now you are mine." He pulls me into him again and all I can smell is the forest on him. He smells of soft wood, of flowers, of pine needles. He smells of the forest.

"Wait.. Yours?" He smiles as he looks down to me and pushes his hands through my hair. The soft smile is replaced by one I know well. Carnal pleasure. One that any man would have after finding something no one else could have. I know the look well.

"Yes, mine. I won't let anyone hurt you. It isn't everyday you find an unmarked maiden in the forest. It's dangerous out here. This where we go to hunt, and you are by far the most beautiful maiden I have ever seen." His words caress my heart and mind as his hands snake into my hair and around my waist. Father please don't disown me but I'd rather stay with him forever. Father, what do I do?

"Come, it's getting late. I want to get you inside before the night beasts take over the forest." He steps back and let's go. My body instantly missing his warmth. Before I can blink twice his body starts to shift into the largest grey wolf I have ever seen. His fur as silver as the moon and his eyes as deep brighter than any copper coin I could see.

Father, what do I do??
