Untitled Part 31

Days passed by slowly but Jungkook was stuck on the same day. He was having a hard time without Taehyung. He missed him every second of the day. It was even worst in the night. When he lie down the bed in the dark, his hands always searched for someone next to him. He wants to cuddle the person next to him, hide his face in his nape and sleep peacefully at night but he can't.

He missed the warmth.

It was weekend already. Jungkook was alone at home but every corner of the house was hunting him like hell. He tried to sleep but his eyes denied to do so. He didn't want to eat anything. Whenever he entered the kitchen it reminds him of the delicious dishes his Taehyung used to make him.

He was lost in his own thoughts when someone knocked the door. With slow steps he went to open the door revealing his parents.

" How are you today son?" His father asked entering the house. Jungkook gave them a tight smile without uttering any word.

" You must be tired. I made your favorite dishes today. Let me just warm it up." His mother said with a smiled and went to kitchen. Jungkook sat with his dad in the dinning table. His mum bought the dishes on the table. She placed a plate in front of him. Though he doesn't want to eat anything, he don't want to argue with them when his head is already giving him hard time.

" So, how was the date honey?" his mom asked sitting beside her husband. That was the last stroke he needs.

" Seriously mom that's the first thing you ask? You didn't even ask about Taehyung-" he let out a loud sighed and began to eat without completing the sentence. " forget it." he took the first bite of the meal but something clicked on his mind.

His parents came uninvited, didn't even ask about Taehyung. His mother brought him breakfast when she knows Taehyung always makes him food. He hasn't skipped a single meal when Taehyung was here. His mum didn't brought him a single meal in these 4 months. Then why now?

His eyes widen and looked at his father who was awfully silent.

" You know Taehyung left me don't you?" He asked looking straight to his father. His father shrugged the question sipping in his tea.

" You didn't ask about where he is. You brought in breakfast when you know Taehyung would make it for me. Tell me where he is dad? " he said with a stern voice. Mr. Jeon sighed for the nth time.

" I sent him home." Mr. Jeon said like he has done nothing.

" What? What do you mean by you sent him home? How can you do that? This is his home." Jungkook said getting up from the table.

" I did what was good for you Jungkook." He said keeping the cup on the table.

"How the hell is that for my good. You took him away from me." Jungkook raised his voice in rage.

" Lower your tone Jungkook. Don't forget you're talking to your father." He said keeping the cup down.

Dad please just tell me where he is. " Jungkook said trying to calm himself.

" I told you, I sent him back to where he belong. You were just using him to get away from getting married anyway. I know you guys are not lovers. He was just a mere servant. So I sent him back to his home. "

Each and every words scared him deeply. His Taehyung didn't leave him on his own. He was forced to leave by his own father. He was taken away from him right after the amazing night they spent together. He might have thought he was sent away because he don't deserve Jungkook. He might have think he doesn't deserve his love. Taehyung doesn't deserve that. Whatever happened he doesn't deserve that.

" How can you do that to me? How can you do that to us? Who gave you the right to sent him away?" Jungkook said angrily.

" And who gave you the right to keep a young boy away from his family. Have you ever though about him? Have you thought about his parents? Do you even know where they live? "

Jungkook stayed silent. It was true. He never thought about sending him back or even letting him talk to his parents. No, he wasn't selfish. If Taehyung would have ever told him he would have let him meet them. He is not that cruel. It's just these things never occur to him. But that doesn't mean his love was fake. He truly loved him with all his heart.

" Why are you silent now son? Tell me have you ever thought about his parents? He has been living here for 4 months now Jungkook, his parents might me worried about his son." Mr. Jeon said placing his hand on his(kook) shoulder.

" Please don't do this to me dad. I really love him. I can't live without him dad. " Mr. Jeon was stunned seeing the vulnerable side of his son. For the first time he saw this side of his son and all for a boy who he thought was a mere servant.

" Dad please-"

" And how are you planning to spend your life with him Jungkook? What degree he has to support you? He doesn't know how this world works. He doesn't have a degree or a job. How will you alone take care of your family?"

Though Mr. Jeon saw love and concern for Taehyung in his son's eyes, he also was concern about his own son's future. Earning alone for a family is hard. World is growing fast and getting expensive. When only one person earns for the whole family, it's hard to survive. Not to forget the society and status. People doesn't care about love but will surely talk about your job and degree you have. Being a part of the society Mr. and Mrs. Jeon has to answer the society too.

" I'm doing well in my job dad. I can take care of my family dad. I'm still young I can bare the expenses of my family."

" Can you Jungkook? " his dad said looking sternly. Earning alone for a whole family is not simple. Taehyung belongs to a poor family so it was clear that he won't be able to help in any way. And when Taehyung would want to visit his family, it was expensive to travel back and forth. Jungkook would have difficulties baring the expenses alone. Having a partner with a degree and a job would have made things easier. But Taehyung doesn't have one.

" I will try my best to fulfill every needs of my family dad, please."

" No Jungkook it's about your future and I won't let you ruin it with your silly games. You will go on a date tomorrow end of discussion."

Though Mr. Jeon saw a glimpse of love in Jungkook's eyes he wants to deny it for the betterment of his son's future. Jungkook broke down in pieces. He was having a hard weekend losing the love of his life and now knowing his father was behind it, he broke down. He didn't ever thought loving someone would hurt this much. He never thought his father will be the cause of his heart break.

But he wants to see his love for one last time. At least bid him goodbye. Tell him how much he loves him. How much he means to him. Taehyung never deserve all that happened to him. He deserves only love.

Jungkook kneeled down in front of his father. He bowing down his head on the floor.

" I will do whatever you say Appa. Please sent me to him. He doesn't deserve this. He is worth so much. He might think he doesn't deserve me. It's not true Appa. Let me say a proper goodbye to him. I promise to marry any girl you choose without asking any questions. Please let me see him one last time. "

Mrs.Jeon kneeled down taking the boy in her embrace. Mr. Jeon was stunned seeing his son like this. He only calls him Appa when he is serious. Never in life Jungkook has cried for anyone. Never in life he had kneeled down for anyone. And here he is crying like a baby in front of his parents.

" Please Appa sent me to him. He doesn't deserve this." Mrs. Jeon rubbed his back slowly, trying to calm him down.

"I'm sorry son. I just dropped him to the station. Bought him a ticket to Daegu. I don't know where he went from there. I'm sorry son."

Jungkook sobbed hard in his mother's embrace. Mr. Jeon couldn't see him in this state. He thought Jungkook just wanted to escape from marriage and using the boy. He couldn't see the love in his son's heart for a boy, he thought to be a mere servant. He couldn't see the affection in his eyes. He made a huge mistake and he couldn't even solve it now, so without saying other word he left the house. That's when he realize...

He did a big mistake.

I tried to reach our Authournim but still no response. I explored her profile and found some post about getting the book back but it was a year ago.

So I contact the person who wrote the post. She replied me yesterday. She says Authournim has not replied her nowadays. And she will not write the book. So, I published the prologue today hoping to get good response.

Hope you guys will like our work.
