Chapter 2:Last Lesson

"Come here Livius."The Mysterious Woman smiled at me while I continue walking straight to her.

"That's it Livius,Just a Little More."

The Mysterious Woman keep smiling at me.

When i see her smile at me I feel at ease...

"Tell me, who are you?"

I tried asking her but my voice won't come out.I wanted to shout so that she will hear me,but she seems out of reach.

Somehow I really want her to touch me.Please let my voice reach her.

"What's your name?"i asked her politely.

No matter what I say my voice won't still reach her....

As I keep walking toward her she started to walk away.As she walk away, the hole in my heart becomes deeper...

"No please don't go!"

All I can see is her back...

I wanted to see her smile more....

"Please stop!Don't leave me again."

She looked back and smiles at me once more...

I ran towards her but i fell down.I can't stand up.My hand desperately want to reach her.

"No! No! No! Please stay with me Mo....."

"What was I saying again?"

"Livius wake up,Livius!"

"Someone's calling my name,Who is that"

"Livius,Come on,Wake up,Livius!"

(Someone Slaps my face)

-I wake up-

"What?Is that a dream?"When I came to I saw my Father's face."What is it Father?"I asked while I continue touching my red cheeks.Tears started to fall from my eyes.

"Why are you crying?"My father asked me curiously.

"It's nothing father,just some dust."I answered while smiling.

"It's already morning Livius."My Father looks at me with a shuttered eyes.

His eyes doesn't shows emotion,

Yet his smile is genuine.

My Father is a gentle Man,

but why does it feels like his hiding something from me...

Ever since I was born my father was always beside me.He taught me many things.

"But why does my heart feels empty?"

"What are you saying Livius?"Father stared at me as if I say something I shouldn't have.

*Gulp*

"It's nothing father."I avoided his eyes.

As soon as we finished eating we went to the forest of Jifu.

Forest of Jifu is located at the Summit of Mount Jifu

-In the Forest of Jifu-

"Livius my Son,your heart determines who you really are.Never lose sight on who you are.Son remember these 3 things that a strong man must have.A strong man has a kind heart,a fiercer mind,and a brave spirit.Always remember those three Livius,those three will surely help you."

Father really like teaching me.His gentle smile proven it.He was also determined to teach me new things.

We continued our journey through the forest...

In Mount Jifu,the wind is calm.The water flows quietly.It was a very clear water.

There was a lot of big trees.Animals that lives in the forest.Plants and flowers that dance whenever the wind whisper.

"Father,why does everything seems fine here?"I asked while holding my father's hand.

My father answers with a smile."Some people says that the God of the Sun blessed on it.Some people says that a fairy was living here.Nobody really know the reasons.But let's appreciate this place.Whoever made or whoever protected this forest is our choice to believe."

I smiled at my father when I heard that.Seeing my father smile puts me at ease.I wanted to become like him.A gentle loving person yet strong.

After that My father and I rest a bit....

I keep thinking about the Woman in my dream...

*I started talking in whisper*

"Who are you?Why do you keep appearing at my dreams?"

Father once told me that my mother was in a far away land.That for now I can't see her.

I keep thinking about her,before I knew it I fell asleep...

"Come here Livius,you can do it."

I started walking towards her.She smiled at me again.I can't perfectly see her face,but I know tears is falling from her eyes.Deep within her warm and gentle smile...Tears is flowing through her eyes.

"Why are you crying?"

My voice won't reach her,

And all I can do is watch her...

"Livius! Livius! Livius!"

Someone is calling me again..

-I wake up-

It was already dark,

Forest were covered with black,

Dark clouds hides the Moon..

"Father?"

"Livius,we have to go now"

Father immediately carried me as he run towards the deepest part of the forest..

"Father why are we running?Is there some problem?"I curiously asked him.

Father's eyes were fierce.

It was the first time I saw my father's eyes like that..

Father didn't answer me.He covers my mouth while we hide in the bush.

*Footsteps noise*

As the footsteps getting louder my body can't stop shaking.My heart started to beats fast.

"Is this the deepest part of the forest?"

A strong voice coming from somewhere near us.

"Yes sir,"

There was a two man who were talking...

"Okay,kneel them here."

"Yes sir."

*soft mumbling sound*

"Shut up!This is what gonna happen if you refuses to become Lord Sapheer slave.In fact you should be grateful because Lord Sapheer buys you."

*Soft mumbling sound stop*

"We will never bow down to you!"

"What did you say!Damn insects.Is that your last message before you die."

My father and I peeked a little...

It was a humans like us.A five humans.The two Man wore a black coat and holds a dagger in their hands.The other three is a family.

"Be thankful to us,your wife and daughter will become mine.As insects that is really a huge honored right."

*Laughing mockingly*

"Damn you,Ever since you Amants invaded our Country 300 years ago we people of Taiyo lost our pride.Your just an invader who doesn't have pride.Your just a monster hidden on human flesh.

"Is that your last message?

*Laughing evilly*

I look at my father and I just saw a side of him that I never seen before.

His eyes were ferocious.Just like a wild beast who was ready to bite his prey.His eyes were determined to get his prey.

My body starts shaking.I can feel my father's intent.It was an intent to kill.His aura gives me a chill down the spine.

He smiled at me...

*Speaking quietly*

"My Son Livius,this is your last lesson.This is what it means to have the Heart of the Sun."

*I nodded*

I can't speak.I'm losing my strength just from looking from my father.My father releases me from his hands.

My father slowly take his bolo that is hanging on his back.As he stands up,his face is more fiercer than usual.His eyes became sharp yet his smile remains gentle.

*Speaking quietly*

"He was still my father."I glady smiled.

Seeing him from how he stands.My father clenched his left fist while his right hand holds the bolo.I was stunned.

As he stands in the darkness,

A wild aura enveloped him,

And the wind greatly flows with him.

There is only one thing that questions me....
