1 Hi! I'm Dead
A young man around 19 is seen walking out of a convenience store with 2 plastic bags. One can be seen with some snacks and drinks while the other seems to hold some r18 content. As he was crossing the street he hears a honk and sees 2 bright headlights headed towards him.
The young man is now seen in an infinite void of darkness filled with nothing but tiny bright light which appear to be stars. Hi! that young man you see floating there is me, my name is Nakamura Ren, Nakamura being my surname, an Otaku who likes watching slice of life anime. If anybody disrespects the slice imma end their life! Well anyway from what I know I've been in this void for 2 hours now, but I'm pretty sure this is purgatory since there ain't no torture or paradise from what I see.
I float in the void for another 2 hours until I feel something tugging me and then I see a bright light. I suddenly can't see and I feel like I'm being squished between something squishy and wet. I then feel myself being carried by my feet as I try to open my eyes only seeing silhouettes and bright lights. I also hear a lot of people talking but it hurts my ears as everything is so loud. I then feel my ass being spanked and feel an incredible amount of pain. I then try to shout but all I hear coming out of my mouth is high-pitched wailing which is kind of odd.
"Congratulations Mister and Misses Tadano! You now have a healthy baby boy!"
I'm very confused but then I realize what kind of situation I'm in. I was fucking reincarnated into a baby! And from what I've heard I might be reincarnated as Tadano Hitohito or maybe his brother.
"What should we name him honey?"
Is this where I find out my identity?!?
"How about we name him Hitohito"
OH MY GOOOOOOOOD!!!!!
I can't believe it. I'm Tadano Hitohito, I wonder what I should do now?
(3rd person POV)
As we see our mc thinking about what he should do to the plot his parents just coddle his little baby body which they then wrap in a blue cloth. Our mc, now Tadano, is now seen in the nursery with the other babies sporting a weirdly cute face that's scrunched up, he is currently thinking deeply about how he should affect the plot.
'Since I am now born it is currently September 29th since that's the day the original Tadano was born. That would mean that Komi-san has not been born yet since she was born on the 25th of December. Man reading the wiki was totally worth it'
Tadano doesn't know it yet but he is making a cute face while pumping his fist which made the nurse watching over the babies coo at the little Tadano who was confused by her behavior.
*Time Skip* (Tadano POV)
I'm finally out of the hospital!
All that time crying and pooping in a room full of other babies that cry and poop as well really does a number on you. I'm now in my mother's arms as my father drives us home. When we reach the house I get put into a crib with baby mobile hanging above it with different types of animals and shapes.
I spend my days crying, pooping, and eating which isn't as bad as it sounds. I mean I'm treated like a king! My ass gets wiped with then softest baby wipes ever, I sleep in a crib with a cushion so soft it feels as if you were sleeping on clouds, and I drink from my mother only sometimes since I mostly drink formula, although I kind of miss the sensation of chewing. The only way I was able to keep my sanity in check from laying down all day is the baby mobile above my head which keeps me entertained most of the day.
After 2 weeks I was able to get a toy! A stuffed lion plushie which I hugged for comfort, it also cost me my dignity as my parents took so many photos. I am also brought out once in a while to the park because my mother says the sunlight gives me vitamin D.

*Time Skip*
I am now 6 months old which means my parents are now making me eat solid foods. I am so happy right now the feeling of chewing oh how I miss you! They started feeding me normal baby food solids like apple sauce which is like a sour porridge to me. I have also started eating squash which was my favorite vegetable in my first life.
I am now also able to crawl, albeit slowly and for a short amount of time. The amount of free time I had was so boring since I'm a baby that doesn't have to do anything at all. The only thing that gives me joy any more are the trips to the park that I go on with my mother and sometimes father. Although I miss my parents in my old life I'm quite happy with the new parents I have, I mean even though we're not rich the spoiled me a lot so I'm very grateful towards them.
*Time Skip Again*
I just celebrated my first birthday with my parents and some of our relatives. My mom is also now pregnant with Hitomi which makes me happy since I can now finally experience the joy which is being called "ONII-CHAN". I want to thank Truck-ku-NO! Truck-Sama for this opportunity to give myself a new life and to be a new person. I was born at 11:55 p.m. which meant my birthday was almost September 30 instead of 29.
It is now 10:30 p.m. and for some reason I just can't go to sleep, although my dad got a little drunk and my mom dragged him into bed where they are now sleeping. As I stare at my baby mobile above me I think about what I should do in the future. I know Tadano and Komi get together but would my presence affect that outcome?
(3rd person POV)
As our protagonist thinks about his future actions the clock gets closer and closer to 11:55. When the long hand reaches the 11 on the clock a ding was heard by Tadano. Suddenly a bright blue screen appeared in front, or should I say above, our little baby protagonist. The screen had some writing on it which also came with a voice that oddly sounded like Penny from RWBY.
