In the dark corner of the motel where Leonard and his group gathered, along with today new guest member, Clementine.

"Alright Clem, I'm going to fill you in on our little secret, however, you have to pinky promise that you will not spill this secret to anyone else, alright?" Conner, Mavis, and Leonard surrounded Clem, Leonard extended a pinky out to Clementine.

Clementine nodded and extended her pinky as well.

"Good, the truth is you see….me and Mavis here are bona fide magicians," he told Clementine who now's all ears to listen.

"Magician?! What kind of magic do you perform disappearing magic?" she asks him with eyes full of curiosity. Mavis on the side just giggled on just how cute Clementine is acting right now.

"No Clem, those aren't what you can call magic, at most they're just tricks that employed by the "Magician" to fool the audiences, what I and Mavis can do is different," he told her.

"Then what can you and Mavis do?" she asked.

Leonard then looks at Mavis.

"Mind showing her something?" he asked Mavis. Clementine looks at Mavis.

"Alright, pay close attention to this finger, ok Clem?" she raised her index finger in front of Clementine.

Clementine opens her eyes wide to try and not miss any details on Mavis index finger.

*Poof

Then a small wisp of flame materializes on top of Mavis index finger, Clementine who witnesses this scene was surprised and couldn't help but to let out a small yelp.

"How did you do that!" Clementine asked in surprise.

Leonard could see it from her eyes, she was hooked.

"That Clem, is our biggest secret, unless you are willing to follow us, then I'm sorry I cannot teach it to you," he told her.

"Oh…." he could tell from her tone that Clementine feeling was conflicted.

"You're not willing?" Mavis asked her.

"I would love to but….I still need to find my parents...Lee told me that he would help me find them." Clementine told Mavis.

"Wait...you mean that Lee isn't your dad?" Mavis asked in surprise.

"No, I met Lee before we tag along with Kenny and his family," she told them her story from the beginning on how she met Lee as well as their journey to the farm up till Kenny picked up Leonard and his group.

"Oh….do you know where your parents are then?" Mavis asked her.

"Before all of these happened my parent were in Savannah," Clementine told them.

"That's a long way to go….do not worry I'm sure you will find your parents soon." Leonard patted Clementine on her head and told her.

"I swear that I will take you with me!" Leonard has absolutely made up his mind, he will do whatever it takes to bring this loli with him when they're leaving this world.

"Clementine!" from the distance Duck called out for her.

Clementine turned her head to the calling voice and then back to Leonard group.

"Go play with Duck, remember- don't tell anyone about our little secret ok?"

Leonard told her. "Ok, I won't tell anyone" Clementine nodded and headed out.

After Clementine left, Mavis look quite downcast.

"Do you think her parents are ok?" she asked him in a quiet tone.

Leonard just looks at her and chose to stay silent.

She too knows what Leonard silence mean, it is likely that her parents are gone.

"We don't know that for sure, there might be some changes, nothing is set in stone," he told Mavis who was currently watching Clementine playing with Duck in the distance.

Later that night inside Leonard.

Currently, he was in deep thought, "how should I proceed from here." he thought.

As he only knows the prominent event that took place during the game and not really the time in between each episode skip, he was in a dilemma.

"System, is it possible to bring a human from this world back to the other side?" he asked.

[It is possible under certain condition.] the system message showed.

"What condition?" he asked.

[ condition one- the other party has to willingly follow the host and co- the second condition- the other party must allow the system to install a program inside them for informational security.]

The system message showed.

"Right so Clementine has to willingly follow us back, and secondly you must put something inside her, to make sure she does not leak the system out? Wait does that also applied to uncle Conner, Mavis, and Ryan?" he asked.

[Correct, indeed the latter applied to all participants.] the message showed.

"This is getting complicated…..if asking Clementine to willingly follow me back, she must at least know of her parent death and a little bit of help from Lee...just like in the game…" he thoughted.

"But that's going to take forever," he told himself.

"*sigh guesses I shouldn't worry too far ahead in the future, I still got the cannibal family to deal with…"
