132 Final Stance

The bullet flew at high speed, going through the open window of the study room and lodging itself deep into the city lord's left leg. Just as the pain from the bullet registered in his mind, he felt another jolt of pain from his left arm.

Hastily using his mana to cover the body, he left the study room and hollered at the top of his voice,

"Attack!!!"

Running at high speed, he once again shouted,

"Manipulate the trapways, arrays and the puppets to block the enemy! The remaining people gather around me quickly."

But after repeatedly shouting and running in the corridor he noticed that there was no one in the mansion. Using his mana sense, he covered the entire mansion and realized the entire mansion was empty.

He understood now that it was all premeditated, carefully choosing a passageway, he walked through it. He recognized this one to be the one he frequently used so there were lesser chances of this being a trapway.

*sigh*

"It wasn't a trapway"
