1 The beginning after the end
30th July, 2008 — it was not like all the other days, this day was the day, whence humankind changed completely, forever.
This — everything was caused by an earthquake, yes, an earthquake, an earthquake shook and completely altered the worldview on that fateful day.
Rifts started appearing on the crust of the world, even in the sky itself too, bringing forth 'Gates' that connect to different dimensions , the place inside these 'Gates' was a small space between Earth and another respective dimension and were known as 'Dungeons', different races such as werewolves, vampires, devils, zombies, even ancient beings like dragons appeared from different 'Gates', completely dominating humanity from Earth.
Humanity declined!
This was the advent of the 'Apocalypse'....
Millions lost their lives, millions wandered through the world to find a secluded place to dwell.
But the end was not too soon, hope appeared as, 'Abilities' awakened in certain humans!
The arrival of hunters begun!...
The hunters were those who chased the monsters , killed them and also cleared the 'Dungeons' through their own 'Abilities'.
The strong ruled the weak and the weak was bullied by the strong.... this was the ultimate law, everyone, no matter, who or what qualifications they had, they had to maintain this law.
Years later, humanity once again rose to the top of the food chain, thanks to the top 'Hunters'. But, the apocalypse continued...
New countries developed under the protection of these 'Hunters'. The new cities known as, 'Urbs' were covered with a dome made of a certain substance, which allowed no monster to enter the city. And thus, humanity dwelled inside these barriers.
In the meantime, kids under the age of 15 started developing 'Abilities' too, so then, what?
The government issued a statement, saying that kids with 'Abilities' will get additional help from the government themselves to become a 'Hunter', instead of helping students with subjects like Science, Math, English, the schools were now teaching the students about 'Abilities'.
One's social status now depended on one's strength — the weak was always bullied and despised while, the strong ruled and enjoyed the most beautifull of the beautiful luxuries.
This was the era of 'Apocalypse'.....

After 13 years,
Inside a small and dark space between two pavements, a young handsome boy with blue eyes and ash blonde hair, probably between 13-14 years of age, was being bullied, by two other boys.
"Hahaha, boy, give me that damn locket of yours and I will let you off hook today! How many times I have to repeat this, you pathetic filth?" said a mocking ugly tone of a young boy, who was one of the two bullies.He had a rather fat body, ugly face and an ugly voice too.
"Noooooo! Please leave me alone!", a screaming voice resounded inside the sidewalk. This was the voice of the blue-eyed boy, who was being bullied ; it was a tone of clear, fear and hopelessness.
*Buzz*
Lighting ran through his already bloody skin, as he threw a mouthful of blood on the ground.
"Haaahaaha! See, this is the power of my lighting. Fu, Let's kill him today!He's just a nobody, no one will investigate a death of such a useless trash like him!" said the other bully.
"Alright! Let's kill him!" said that fatty as he grinned and formed a liquid on his hand, then according to his will, he generated a bit more and dropped the liquid on the bare skin of the blue-eyed boy, as he screamed out loud due to agony and the inevitable pain that he was feeling.
"Arggggggggg!"
The liquid was actually acid — that fatty's ability was.....'Acid secretion' — the ability to generate corrosive acid out of nowhere.
But, the pain didn't stop there.
*Buzz* Buzz * Buzz *
The other boy released beam-like bolts of lightning that struck the boy's body, continuously, by and by burning it alive too.
The boy had the ability of Electrokinesis — the ability to control lighting independently and generate itself as well.
The young blue-eyed boy screamed more louder and the more he did, the two would injure him more.
His eyes became blank, his mouth couldn't speak, his brain couldn't think anymore, and his heart no longer beat ; he was finally dead!
