7 Train Ride, Sorting, Declaration of ownership

Kings Cross Station, September 1,

Me and Lily made our way onto the train, after she said goodbye to parents. We found an empty compartment and placed several locking, and notice-me-not charms on the door. As the train started moving me and Lily took out books respectively and had fun chatting about the magic we were going to learn. I didn't tell her how far ahead I am, or about me being the child of the founders. 

Halfway through the ride we bought sweets from the trolley. I had fun making fun of her when a chocolate frog jumped of her face, she was screaming " GET IT OFF, GET IT OFF", I was rolling around in laughter. but decided to end her misery, I took the from and shoved it in my mouth. 

Lily:"why didn't you tell me that they move"

she was irritated that I was laughing at her 

Hadrian:"because you need to experience the wonders of magic"

She glared at me and went back to her book

A few hours later the train stopped and we made our way to a booming voice 

Hagrid:" Firs' years, Firs' years, come 'lon" 

we followed him to the boats, where me and Lily got one to ourselves 

Hagrid:"Fowand"

The boats took off, and we made out way to the docks.

Hagrid lead us into the ante chamber where we met prof. McGonagall. She said the same speech she said in the movies. While I tuned her out I noticed, a group of 2 boys, chuckling. I recognized them and James Potter and Sirius Black. I know that the Black sisters, are all at hogwarts in 2, 3, and 4 year respectively. 

Prof. McGonagall:"Follow me"

She lead us to the Great Hall, where hundreds of students were whispering to each other. The sorting hat was placed on a stool, and sand a horrible song, that I ignored, then the sorting began, I only came out of my musings when Lily's name was called

Prof. McGonagall:"Evans, Lily"

Lily excitedly made her way over, sat on the stool, and the hat was placed on her head. A few moments when by then the hat called out "GRYFFINDOR"  

Surprisingly after her my name was called

Prof. McGonagall looked wide eyed at her scroll, as she called out my name

Prof. McGonagall:"Slytherin Ravenclaw, Hadrian"

This elicited mummerings from all of the houses. Hufflepuffs looked eager to meet the heir of the founders. Gryffindor sneered at the name Slytherin. The Ravenclaws look like they wanted to know if I knew any ancient magic, which I did, but I'm not telling. The Slytherins looked surprised, maybe because of the rumors of a new Dar Lord claiming to be the heir of Slytherin.

I made my way up to the stool when I stopped short, and looked at Prof. McGonagall, I Noticed that her magical aura matched one of my wands completely, so I pulled out my briefcase, enlarged it reached inside and pulled out the box with the wand inside. The students looked eagerily at what I was doing, the professors did the same, while the headmaster seemed expressionless. No doubt coming up with a plan to manipulate me. 

Prof. McGonagall:"What are you doing my Slytherin-Ravenclaw?"

I opened the box and handed it to her, when she took it I explained

Hadrian:"I happen to be a wandmaker, and when I was close to you, I felt one of my creations would suit you very well"

everyone went silent, as they heard that I make wands. Prof. McGonagall looked at the wand curiously before taking it in her hand, She winced as her hand was pricked, and bloods fell on the runes. The wand glowed, and out came a griffin, the griffin roared, and disappeared into Prof. McGonagall's chest. 

Prof. McGonagall:"Mr. Slytherin, what exactly is this wand made of, it feels, perfect" 

She was gaping at the connection she felt with her new wand, along with admiring the engraving of the griffin onto the shaft of it. 

Hadrian:"the wand is made out of Elm, and Ebony, 11" Grinnin claw as the core. Best suited for battle transfiguration, and accurate spell casting, the blood, on the runes forms a deeper connection, as you witnessed when the Griffins' essence accepted you as it's master" 

She looked at me appreciatively

Prof. McGonagall:"Tha...thank you very much, Mr. Slytherin, now we must get you sorted"

The great hall was so quiet you could hear people breathing. They all looked in shock as a white misty griffin appeared out of the wand, and jumped INTO the Professor.

I just went and sat on the stool, and placed the hat on my head, that's when I felt an entity in my mind. I entered my forest mindscape to see the sorting hat floating in the air.

Hat:"welcome Lord Hogwarts, Lady Hogwarts welcomes you home after nearly 1000 years"

I was shocked that the hat knew of me

Hadrian:"Thank You hat, now lets get me sorted, I want to go to Gryffindor"

the hat hummed 

Hat:"Any particular reason my Lord"

Hadrian:"I have knowledge, and I will continue to gain more, but the brain is only one part of the self, I need more Heart"

Hat:"that is very wise, and a good decision my Lord, very well, better be GRYFFINDOR"

When the hat yelled it's decision, we were back in the great hall

I stood up took back my briefcase, then took out my wand and made a declaration

Hadrian:"As Lord Slytherin, and Heir of Ravenclaw, I claim Hogwarts as my property, and ask Lady Hogwarts for her blessing to return home"

The professors, especially the headmaster were shocked at what I said, even more so when the walls glowed and a affirmative hum was heard by all in the great hall.

The sorting hat then spoke

Hat:"WELCOME HOME, LORD OF HOGWARTS"
