Chapter eight
Right there I felt like the ground should open and swallow me. isn't this Teddy Lee the most handsome and coolest guy's in school, the leader of the wolves, then why, why oh Lord do I have to fall flat in front of him, this is the most embarassing moments of my life. Why meeeeee. I didn't move a bit, for a few seconds I didn't hear any sounds, OK this is what is gonna happen jasmyn I'll just stand up and pretend nothing happen. but when I raised my head he was still standing right there in front of me, dammn this is embarrassing, but unexpectedly he stretched his hands out to me, am I suppose to take it now, I slowly placed my small hands in his big ones and his hands was warm, he pulled me up like I weighed nothing, he didn't let go immediately till after a few seconds. He left my hands and placed his hands in his pocket. He starred at me while I lowered my head in guilt, "why did you put your legs on my seat?". I tried talking but ended up stuttering "clean it" he commanded, I immediately took my hanky out and cleaned his chair, he sat down and put on his headphone not even giving me the chance to apologize, OK the rumours are true, he's cold.
I'll just look for another chance to apologize, but right now I can't stay in this class the air is very awkward. But just as I reached the door, Dickson and his minions came in, this guys look scary, I immediately took more than three steps back, he has been targeting me but couldn't get a chance to do any thing to me with teachers around, but now there's no teacher in the class. Am so dead, and hi's friends were blocking the door. I kept moving back, but as you know it there's Always a wall to stop you, he finally came close to me and he was grinning at me like a physco, "Dickson leave me alone don't come any closer " I warned trying to sound brave. "Oh so now you can call me Dickson, what happen to Dick huh, ". I have to run. Unexpectedly he grabed a handful of my long black curly hair, it feels so painful, it felt as my hair was being up rooted, I let out a loud scream, "AHHH!!! let go let go of me you physco". But all he did was laugh. " Let go of the girl." we both turn to the voice, it was Teddy, he was starring calmly at us. "What, why would I let go do you know what she did to me" Dickson roared, "I said let go Dick " said Teddy calmly and slowly, from all indications it seems Dickson is scared of Teddy. Dickson gritted his teeth in anger before slowly letting go of my head with a push, I almost fell but luckilly I didn't. Dickson glared at me and Teddy before marching out angrily, "thanks for saving me" I muttered, he starred at me for some seconds before nodding and resumed listening to music on his headphone.

Finally it was lunch break and jasmyn got a surprise from Sawyer and her bandmates they officially invited her to join their band, but jasmyn has to turn down the offer because she's more interested in dancing, she can sing though but she likes dancing the most, Sawyer didn't lose hope. "No problem the offer will always be open for you" Sawyer beamed putting her hands across jasmyn's shoulder. "Thanks Sawyer, you're really nice. ". "Thanks for always hanging out with me too your hair looks messy come on let me fix it" Sawyer took jasmyn to their band room and tied her hair in a half up half down, "I like you hair jasmyn I like how black and curly it is" jasmyn hair was long and it's in tiny curls more like an afro, but her's is long and has some small Bangs with fringes. "Thanks Sawyer ". "We have a dance class in the music house let me take you there maybe you'll be interested "jasmyn's eyes lit up and followed Sawyer to the the music house, every band room was sound proof so no one will disturb another, sawyer pushed open the door to the dance room and loud music blasted in their ears, jasmyn screamed in excitement, "welcome to the dance club snow!! "Sawyer also screamed they saw the dancers in the middle of a choreography, damn they can really dance, some of the dancers who aren't part of the choreography were by the sides hyping them up, they were dancing to swalla by Jason Derulo..
It was amazing how they danced along with the beats of the music, after a few minutes she has already mastered their dance step just by starring at them, soon the music ended and every body cheered and screamed happily, another set of dancers started theirs. "Hey" sawyer called out to one of the dancers who jogged towards them,.
"Hey sawyer" he grinned and hugged her. "Umm Chris how are you, ". "Am good Sawyer, who do we have here" said Chris as he turned to jasmyn. "This is my friend snow, and snow this is Chris the dance leader, Chris my friend is interested in dancing sooo".
" oh welcome to the club snow", said Chris pulling her to a hug, "thanks Chris". "Come on dance let's see, and after that I'll give you a schedule for the week ". Chris introduced jasmyn to the rest of the dancers who happily welcomed her, jasmyn happily danced to an afro music ,her dancing steps were unique and eye catching, she was very flexible and danced calmly with a bit of energy,
The rest of dancers were baffled, she's not just some rookie she can really dance, they cheered happily after she was done. "Gosh snow you a great dancer, once again welcome to the club" Chris smiled shaking her hand,happy to have such talent in his group.
In a dark corner in the school, dickson was smoking angrily, "what do we do dude?"Dickson gritted his teeth. "I'll look for an opportunity to deal with her, by the way who is her father? ". Asked Dickson, "I heard that she comes from a low class family" said one of his friends. Dickson smirk, "and for that Teddy always poking his nose in my business. I have a job for you both" Dickson said with a wicked smile, "send her a warning"
