Battle of Kiri (Part-5)

At the night 7 Day(s) Later, Moon can not be seen as Heavy and gray clouds rolled into the sky, illuminating a loud clap of thunder every single minute. The sounds of raindrops hit the ground like miniature mortars unto tainted soil. Flashes of lightning danced across the sea of gray and black. If one looked up, he would say that it would be the song of Hell, reaching Earth's decrepit ears.

In this Rainy Night, Two Shadowy Figures of Sakumo and Yasaki were hiding far away from the view of Mist Shinobis...

"According to the news that we have received, Kiri's sentry posts usually change shifts every four hours. It's almost 11 p.m. They should be changing shifts in about an hour." Sakumo said.

Yasaki nodded

"Let's wait for an hour, and we can move out when they are changing shifts. If we sneak past the obvious sentry post and launch a sneak attack on the hidden posts, we should be able to get through without anyone discovering us. "Yes, On the left, above 50 yards ahead, there is a hidden sentry post. There are three shinobis there"

"Very well, I'll sneak there. Once I'm there, you deal with the leftmost one, and I will deal with the remaining two"

By the time the other two shinobis in the hidden sentry post realized that something was wrong, a hand appeared around their necks respectively. An immense strength was instantly applied, smashing their faces viciously into the soil on the ground, and the sound of their neck vertebra smashing sounded out.

Very quickly, Sensor Yasaki managed to find a second hidden sentry post. The sentries who were in charge of the sentry posts were usually elites, who had also been trained as scouts. Amongst the ordinary infantry soldiers, they were outstanding.

Yasaki's mouth twitched, "That's your plan? Me fighting all of them; all alone? and you talk to Mizukage?"

Sakumo nodded, "Oh, as your reward, I will treat you with your favorite Ice-cream if you are successful"

Yasaki's mouth opened and closed, "I am not a kid anymore?"

Sakumo didn't listen, and didn't even bother to show otherwise, "Where is Mizukage by the way"

Yasaki pointed at the Largest Tent in the middle with Annoyance, "There, you stupid weird Old man"

Sakumo nodded, "Alright, Listen up since that is our target's position. I would need a distraction. the enemy camp has quite a few patrolling soldiers. Just make enough noise to distract them away"

Yasaki nodded, this is finally beginning to sound like a real plan.

"We will leave once I am done talking. However, once we start the attack, we cannot return via the route we came. Instead, we will Reverse Summon"

"Reverse summoning?", Yasaki asked

Sakumo nodded

"It's the safest route. we will meet at Randevou point"

Yasaki nodded.

"Do it"

"If you want to stay hidden, You better get far away from me", Yasaki said, as he stood up from his crouching position.

Sakumo blurred and he disappeared from his position.

Yasaki tears the Chakra suppression Tag made by Minato san.

All the Sensors felt the Chakra right away.

"Who's there?!" A sudden loud shout came from one of the tent, followed by hurried footsteps from the distance quickly getting in the formation.

Yasaki closed his eyes and a huge amount of Lightning surged through him out of nowhere.

In a mere second, Yasaki exploded the Lightning armor around his body as he becomes the physical embodiment of Thunder, his body becoming unrecognizable as he is engulfed in Lightning.

Light and Plasma are drawn to his body at an alarming rate, increasing the strength of the electrical field around his body.

The electrical activity in the brain increases several times over. And his eyes begin to glow slightly.

The Night was chaotic with Heavy Rain, as clouds made a loud noise growling with thunder...

One of the Kiri Kunoichi was ringing the Alarm to call other shinobis when she felt something. She looked into the distance, Red Lightning was crackling there.

Before she could do anything, she found herself hurtling to the back of the area, continuing to go back until she hit the solid wall, which she crashed through. "Ugh" was all she said, as she felt pain all over from the unceremonious punch and colliding with the wall.

When all the attention was taken by Yasaki. Sakumo was heading towards Fourth Mizukage's tent, as the Fourth Mizukage was getting ready to join the fray.

Sakumo jumped high in the air, as he dodges the Water Bullet.

They have clearly underestimated the Kiri forces. More and More Kiri shinobis were gathering here as well as Fighting Yasaki at the same time.

Deflecting any attacks coming at him, while countering at the same time.

"Boiling Release: Unrivalled Strenght"

Using the pressure of boiling water, Jonin Mei Punched towards Yasaki with incredible strength and Momentum.

Yasaki performs a Thrust with his sword while twisting his wrists to unexpectedly intercept and guide her punch to the side. Creating Shockwave in return. Disrupting her stance and making her wide open for an attack.

He didn't follow up on the attack. Giving her enough time to bring out create a Lava armor and punch towards him with the Incredibly high temperature.

She froze. The moment she saw his eyes. She couldn't do it anymore.

He was not defending.

They were enemies from different Nations that are at war with each other, Just a few days shouldn't have changed anything. Yet, it did, she only saw… Fondness in his eyes.

In a blink of an eye, Yasaki quickly wrapped an arm around her and grabbed her. He snatched the flying weapon that flew at them

There was a large explosion tag on it. Whoever threw it thought they had a chance to destroy him by sacrificing her.

Before she could react, a huge explosion occurred. His Lightning release Armor protected him from any and all harm, as with his free hand, he held the back of her head and pressed her against him. Shielding her from the impact of the explosion.

Before anything else could happen, He disappeared with the White Cloud of smoke.

Even though the majority of the blast was endured by Yasaki. Mei was in the middle of the blast as well.

"Mei", She heard an echoing voice.

"Mei open your eyes"

She looked up to see Yasaki bringing her food

She looked at it with some excitement.

"You are seriously a great cook. I have never eaten such tasty food that I have eaten in these 2 days", She said as she brims herself with food.

Yasaki chuckled, "Other than sleeping and eating, you are not doing anything else these days"

She shrugged, "That's the best part of almost dying I guess"

He chuckled again. And stare at her for some time.

He blushed and after hesitating for a thousand times he leaned forward. She leaned back.

"What are you doing?"

Yasaki chuckled even more. "You are only wearing my Overgrown T-shirt that is showing and enhancing so much of your figure. My Upper body is entirely naked for you to ogle. I could barely control myself. And now, you are eating with such a beautiful face. What do you think I should do?"

Yasaki blushed and nodded a little.

She giggles at him.

"Mei open your eyes"

"Where is he?", Mei asked

"That Scum disappeared in white cloud. I believe it was reverse summoning"

"Who threw that Kunai", she asked with a frown
