Chapter 27: Swish
Ivy found Andrew sitting on the rug in the living room with Tamara and Selina surrounded by boxes of sliders.
She had gotten a few minutes to freshen up and get dressed, to come down and find out what Andrew wanted.
“Umm, seems like y’all are having a feast,” Ivy said as she walked in followed by Kim.
“Yes, Uncle Andrew brought us some sliders. Is it okay for us to have them for breakfast pleaaase!” Tamara asked with a mouth full of the bun. Ivy let out a laugh. She was asking while already indulging herself.
“Please, don’t stop on my account. Enjoy,” Ivy replied.
Andrew stood up and came over to meet the two Benson women.
“Andrew, my sister Kim. Kim, Andrew.” The two exchanged pleasantries.
“I didn’t know you had a sister. The resemblance is uncanny!” Andrew commented. Ivy wondered if she should tell him that they were not blood-related. Kim took the decision from her hands.
“I am her adopted sister. Oh, Ivy didn’t tell me that you are this gorgeous!”
