40 Chapter

She placed the trade down on the small table and sat on Mark's lap. She snuggled to him, she turned on the TV and we had some coffee and snacks. After an hour i got up 'Okay i need to go. Iris probably needs me.' I said with a chuckle. 'Why would she need help?' Christall asked. 'Iris gave birth to my twin girls.' I told her. She looked disappointed in me. 'Congratulations Kale.' She said with a small smile. 'Mark, are you coming?' I asked him. 'Nah...I will spend the night here.' He said. I nodded and i went out. I ran to the main house and ran straight to Iris and our girls. They all are still asleep. I smiled at them and lay next to them. I pulled Iris in my arms and she snuggled to me. I kissed her head and closed my eyes.  

Iris POV

Kale looked tired so i let him sleep. I got up slowly to use the toilet. The girls are asleep so i used this chance to shower and have a moment for myself. After my shower, i got ready and went down to the kitchen and made some breakfast. To my surprise is saw Christall sitting in the living room alone. I stood there in quiet now wanting to interact with her, so i closed the door of the kitchen and continued cooking breakfast. Some time later i heard someone walking in the living room. I paused for a second and continued cooking. Before i was done i felt arms around my waist. I jumped up and turned around to see a laughing Kale. I smacked him with the wooden spoon. 'AUW!. Iris. Really?' He asked me while rubbing the spot i smacked him with the spoon. 'That is what you get when you scare me.' I added. 'Hey, Iris...did you see Christall in the living room too?' He asked me and i nodded. 'Why is she here...?' I asked him. 'I don't know my love... I told Mark to keep her out of the house for you and our twins.' He told me. 'Do you think that she just went in the house without being invited?' I asked him while putting breakfast on the table.'Probably....but how did she find the house?' He asked. 'Maybe she followed Mark when he came back to the house?' I said. 'That could be...I guess we should ask her about that.' He added. The rest of the house came to the kitchen but were surprised when they saw me and Kale in the kitchen with a done breakfast. They all greeted us, we greeted them back. Christall ran into the kitchen and took a plate of food before walking back to the living room and sitting on the couch watching TV. We all stopped in our tracks when she did that and looked at her. Mark looked ashamed of his lover's behavior, he took a plate of food and he went to her and we heard them talk. The rest of us ate in the kitchen. We made jokes and had some small talk. When i was done with my breakfast i excused myself and i went to my twin girls. I checked on them and they were still asleep. I smiled and picked them up gently. I carried them to the rest that was still in the kitchen. Kale noticed me and our twins. He smiled and took Lily from me after kissing their foreheads. 

The twins woke up with a big yawn and looked around with their big beautiful eyes. 'Morning baby girls' He greeted them. They smiled at him wiggling their little feet and hands. Awwww. So adorable. Christal looked up at us and gasped before running to us and getting all close to the twins. 'They are so beautiful Kale! They look like you so much!' She said ignoring me completely. That is fine. She touched Lily's cheek. I could see that Lily didn't like that. 'Can you not touch my daughter like that?.' Said Kale. She pouted but moved away. She tried to take Amelia but i snarled at her and moved away from her. She tried to take Lily from Kale but he snarled at her too. The rest of the pack even Mark stood between us four and Christall. 'What are you doing Christall??' Asked Mark. She pouted at him. 'They look so cute Mark. I just wanted to hold them.' She said looking at him. 'You can't just pick a kid up that is not yours Christall. If they would want you to hold them then they would give you one of them to you.' He added. She rolled her eyes and went to the couch, Me and Kale took our twins to our bedroom and changed them after i fed them in our bedroom. The twins are looking around and giggling. We looked at them and we smiled. I laid on the bed next to them so did Kale but on the other side of the twins. I saw Kale to fall asleep. I smiled and kissed his cheek softly before tugging them in. I saw a small smile on his face before he drifted off to sleep. I watched him and our girls. I played with them and kept them busy. Some time later he woke up and the twins got tired from playing. He looked at me and smiled before kissing my cheek softly, then he turned his attention to our twins. 

Kale got up and placed them in their cribs, he turned on their music box and they fell asleep. We went out with a radio in my hand so i could hear them when they would wake up. We went to the rest and sat down on the couch. We watched 2 movies before our girls started to cry. We got up and went straight to them. I sat down on the bed and handled them one by one so i could feed them. He changed the other one while i was feeding one. When we were done the twins looked at us with big eyes. We smiled at them and kissed their chubby cheeks softly. They giggled when we did that. They are so cute. We played with them and changed them again before we four fell asleep.
