"Listen, the problem here is not that this human is Caesar's mate, but the issue is that my son, here-" He turned to face Caesar. "-Didn't reject this woman. He hid her at his estate, under his wing, and kept her a secret from us. It is also the reason why he'd refused to marry any of the omegas we have presented to him."

"Don't you think that's too selfish, son?" His blue gaze shifted to Caesar, a grin prickling at his lips. "Because of a human, you are overlooking your responsibility to every single one of us. How could you? Don't you feel-"
