18 Chapter 18; Mother, my baby... my baby..

In the Lake View Villa, Mu Rong went down on his knees while facing Wen Feng, Zhan Tao, and Zhan Hong.

"Uncle, Auntie... Zhan Hong... I'm sorry this happened, I love Zhan Shan and I wanted to plan for a family meeting so that we can arrange for an engagement party." He bowed his head apologetically, as his eyes radiated innocence.

"Do you think I don't know that you are married? How do you treat Zhan Shan like this? Do you know what will happen if people come to know of the news that you are a married man? Isn't this a bit selfish?" Zhan Tao reprimanded him without looking at him.

Zhan Shan went into the kitchen, prepared some tea, and served them to cool down the tense up atmosphere.

"Father, I know what I did was wrong, I'm already pregnant, please father you have to support our relationship." She held her father's hand intimately but he roughly shoved her away.

She fell forcefully down onto the floor and immediately began bleeding.

" Shan Shan... "Wen Feng hurriedly bent down to pick her up and noticed the sudden gush of blood that had stained her white pajamas.

" Mother.. my baby, my baby... " She felt some sharp pains and contractions around her abdominal area, tears streamed down her cheeks from the sharp pains.

" Zhan Shan... " Mu Rong turned around to hold her but the woman shoved him away roughly.

" Don't you dare treat my son like that! I wonder if she was the one who seduced my son! " A loud raw voice sounded as the entrance door swung open, they all turned around to gaze at who was talking.

It was Mu Rong's Mother and her husband... they strolled into the living room lazily with contempt.

" It's not time to argue... " Zhan Hong checked on her sister and immediately knew she was having a miscarriage.

He picked her up and dashed outside, he didn't have time to argue or discuss things with anyone at this moment. It was critical and she needed emergency medical service.

" Brother, my baby... " Zhan Shan was feeling pain as contractions got more severe, Mu Rong didn't dillydally around but immediately tagged behind Zhan Hong and got into the car.

Zhan Hong's hand placed her on the backseat, and Mu Rong got in and held her in his arms.

" Shan Shan.. you will be alright. " He sat behind holding her while Zhan Hong drove out of the compound.

They had just turned two corners when Zhan Ping phoned them, he connected the phone to the car through Bluetooth before receiving it.

" Yes brother.. " his voice was shaky and hoarse but due to open windows, the other person could hear the breeze.

" Did you see Mu Rong? " Zhan Ping frowned as he inquired worriedly, they had to comb through various options and think of a better solution.

" I'm rushing Zhan Shan to the hospital, she had a little accident. " He didn't recount anything but hung up the phone call and wildly drove forward to the City Center Mu Corporate Level Five hospital.

Left gawking at each other, they all dashed out of the house and boarded their cars, and chased after Zhan Hong who was driving Zhan Shan's car.

In the Zhan Mansion, Zhan Zhei and Zhan Ping couldn't calm down, they dashed down the stairs and went directly to the parking lot before Zhan Zhei drove his car out while Zhan Ping sat down in the passenger's seat.

In the Mu Mansion, Zhou Meili was sleeping soundly and even smacking her lips as she drooled.

You could tell from her actions that she was eating in her dreams and probably a prince charming feeding her with the kind of sweet smile that was pasted on her face.

She was suddenly awakened after being pressed by a short call, "my beautiful dream is spoilt.." she swayed into the bathroom while glancing around through a slit.

She didn't want to lose her sleep but it was already approaching morning.

She relieved herself before walking back and got into the bed, tucking herself in tightly.

At Bangkok International Airport, Mu Zhu and Mu Shen disembarked from their plane and immediately checked out.

At the VIP exit gate, their private security was already waiting for them.

"Welcome Master Mu.." they politely saluted him before boarding their limousine and driving away from the Airport.

"Anything new or strange happening?" He leaned back on the seat while closing his eyes.

"Yes, we found illegal drugs in our casinos." One of the guards responded.

" Uuhhh.. inform Mu Xi'an and make sure he brings all the files into the house." He gave those instructions and remembered the little girl he had left back at the mansion.

He glanced at the watch and saw it was indicating that it was just 3 am, so it was 4 am back at home and she wouldn't be awake now.
