12 Murder In The Castle

Red POV.

"Ha Ha Ha! Love? It looks like you are dreaming, little girl... Want to know what I think about love?" Lucas's laugh sounds empty. Because no one had ever asked him such a good question before, he couldn't help but laugh out loud.

"You kiss me ... I don't doubt you feel the same about me as I do about you..." As I reach for Lucas's coat, I say something.

Lucas shook his head slightly and got up to leave as he said, "You should stay in your room until the event is over."

"No! First, please answer me! Lucas, I love you! Don't get married to Catherine!" As I held Lucas's hand, I yelled out loud.

"You bad little kid, what do you know about love? In the world we live in now, love is just a dream. So wake up," The answer from Lucas has been gathered. He takes the warm hand away from his hand.

"Why? Is it because you're a vampire? You think that you can't experience love?!" I retorted.

Lucas says, "I'm getting married to Catherine, so stop your nonsense," He turns his back on me and walks away. After that, he looks right into my eyes.

"Why? I know that you care about me... I can feel you care for me... Still, why?" I said something to her as she looked at the back of Lucas's head.

As I put my name to this note of sadness, I can't help but feel sad.

"Okay, I'll be leaving this country as of tonight. If Lucas doesn't want me, I have no reason to stay here." I came to this conclusion after giving it some thought.

I had a sad look on my face as I walked down the hallway to the other side of the castle, where I had lived for a long time.

I was so angry that I didn't notice that a shadow was following me in the dark and watching everything I did.

When I walked into my room, I was surprised to see Catherine sitting there with a look of shock on her face.

"Why on earth are you here?" I couldn't help but feel worried, but I tried to hide it from Catherine. So, I went into the side room with the small dresser, took out the necklace my mother had given me as a gift, and put it on.

"The things that happened before... I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you feel that way. I don't know what I was thinking..." She spoke humbly.

As I looked at Catherine, I couldn't help but sigh. She is the only person besides Mr. Morris who has been nice to her, so she is the only one who can say that about her. "Everything is my fault... I would be foolish to think that Lucas also likes me, "I bitterly uttered.

Catherine smiled sneakily. She could not believe how stupid I was.

"I decided to leave this place because of this... I'm returning to my mother country and leaving early, "I said confidently.

Catherine got down on her knees to hide the smile on her face. If I leave this place, I have no reason to worry about what will happen to me. She is going to be the center of Lucas's attention.

You have no idea how to get there, though.

"I'm going to need your help because of this... Could you show me how to get there?" I'll answer by begging you.

As she said those words, Catherine's face showed her excitement. She said, "Okay, let's meet up after the party. I'll show you how."

Before I went on, I nodded my head and hugged Catherine. After a few more minutes, Catherine leaves the room with a big smile. Her problem was taken care of without her having to do anything.

Catherine was so excited that she didn't notice the shadow sneaking up behind her. Then in-dash bit her on the neck without warning her.

"Stop! What are you even doing? My—" Catherine couldn't finish what she was saying because her heart was hurting.

She got bit by a soul eater... Catherine turned just as she was about to die, shocked to see who had hurt her.

"Why?" As she talked, tears filled her eyes.

A human dancer and two vampires were having a good time at the back of the castle. They couldn't kill anyone inside the castle because Lord Lucas hated seeing dead bodies.

"Faster!" One of the vampires could be heard talking. Since the sun will rise soon, they have to go back inside.

"Fine! You're too loud!" When the vampire's friend asked him a question, he moved closer to them and wiped the blood off his lips.

When one of them returned to the castle, he was upset and said, "This is too low for a Lord like us!"

"Ha ha ha, lord Lucas is so much more important than us!"

Just as one of them was about to answer, someone or something fell in front of them.

He says, "What the bloody hell?!" as if he can't believe it.

As they get closer, the two vampires look at each other.

It looks like we need another source of food.

"Moron! Look at the clothes she's wearing! She's not a person, and I think this woman should be in the upper class."

When the two men turned around to look at the body, they were shocked to see who it was...

"Oh my goodness, Lady Catherine!" They both yelled at the same time. The two people stop for a moment and look at each other.

"Go inside and tell the Lords what you want! Hurry!"

"What?! Why me?"

"Then, do you want to stay here and watch over Lady Catherine's dead body!"

As soon as the vampire heard this, he ran into the hallway and started yelling.

"Lord Lucas! Lord Marco! Unfavorable things happened!"

Lucas looks at the person who is making the noise. He doesn't want to do anything crazy right now. His only wish was to go back to his castle.

Lucas says, "Speak," but he doesn't look at the vampire, who is now making a promise to him.

Someone yelled, "My Lord, someone killed the lady!" The vampire is so scared that his voice shakes as he talks.

"Lady? Just what are you talking about?" Victoria, who was close by, asked what was going on.

"Lady Catherine is... We are just about to enter the castle when the woman falls in front of us. She is no longer alive."

Victoria could not have fallen to the ground without a table nearby.

She couldn't say anything after hearing the news and didn't know what to do next.

Lucas kept his cool and put the goblet on the table. "Do you know for sure that Catherine did it? Please put me in front of her." He gave the orders while keeping a straight face.

Catherine's been his friend for a long time; even though he doesn't love her, he cares a lot about her.

"No! No! Catherine! How does this thing happen?" Victoria screamed as she wrapped Catherine's dead body in a sheet.

"We don't know, my lady, but we know the killer is inside because she fell from there," the vampire said, pointing to the top of the castle. "She fell from there, so we know the killer is inside."

One of the guests points out that Lady Catherine didn't die because she fell. Instead, she died because a soul eater bit her.

Everyone was shocked because Lord Valir was the only soul eater they knew of. He had been dead for a long time.

"Red... Valir Demitri's daughter is a soul eater!" The name of the person is Red. Victoria said this while she was in tears.

"Can you track down Red?" Lucas finally spoke up after a long time of silence.

Lucas knew how Catherine died as soon as he saw her dead body. Besides that, he can smell me all over Catherine.

"That's where you'll find the red room!" Victoria pointed to the room that was near where Catherine had hurt herself.

Bring Red Demitri here immediately! When he told Lucas to do something, he let out a roar.

This is the first time he's ever gotten angry. And Lucas doesn't know if this is because Catherine died or if I had something to do with it.

The answer came from Lucas's subordinate, standing back and watching him.

While everyone else was making a scene, Marco kept himself busy in his room. He tries to release his anger using his sex slave.

"Your extra hard tonight, my Lord!" One of the girls said something, but her face showed she was happy.

"She's right, and we couldn't be happier about it!"

Marco didn't say a single word. Instead, he kept getting violent with his partner the whole time they talked.

(Tok! Tok! Tok!) Marco stopped when he heard a loud and quick knock.

"You have been told to stop bothering me! Do you want to die!" Marco yelled.

"I'm sorry, my lord, but Lady Catherine has been in a terrible accident..."

The person Marco was having sex with grimaced in pain as he put more and more pressure on her hair. This made Marco tighten his grip on her.

"Your Majesty..."

"Hold on here until I get here!"

Marco says something to himself as he slowly gets out of bed and puts on his clothes.

"How about Lucas? What did he do to settle this matter?" Marco asked the question with no expression on his face.

"He told us to find Red Demitri," the person said.

"Damn this night!" is the comment that Marco makes.
