Revising exercises

He decided to not revise cultivation base it would be too much of a Hustle if someone find out that he suddenly became God of War just after passing Quasi Martial artist exam and secondly because if he revise is cultivation now without any channel technique he might not get any big improvement and reach the advance God of War level.

As his system revise is cultivation on the basis of his current situation in other words it means that he himself has practiced day and night for 10 years that's how is system work so he should first get some channeling technique so that he can get to the peak of advanced God of War and he himself would not have to work hard to improve his strength or physical fitness.

He decided to first device is state of mind or the book of sages because he feels that with the improvement of state of mind he will get better improvement in the cultivation of Secrets and exercises.

Suddenly he has a lot of memories in his mind in which he seems to be travelling from one mountain to another and from one side of sea to another and he seems to be able to understand the way of nature or more precisely he seems to be starting to see the essence of world. then he came back to his senses and finds out that the world in front of his eyes has become more clear and he knows that this is due to increase of his state of mind and because of understanding the work of I Ching.

Then he did the same with other 9 works of sages and suddenly he seems to be in a trance in which he travelled the world saw the people of the world working hard people being born or animal being born or dying.he seems to be travelling all over the world and he started to feel how these things are another word he studied to feel the law on the basis of which the world works then he came back to his senses and he had 90 more years of understanding of the world on the basis of works of sages and he feels that another layer of shackles removed from his eyes and he seems to be able to see the world more clearly and he seems to be able to see the way things are working and seems to be understood something and he knows that this is due to increase in the understanding of the world and state of mind.

Now that the works have been revised he decided to revise the state of mind and then he ordered his system:

Suddenly he feels a cold breath in his mind and it goes away is as soon as it appears but he felt that is control over his body or activities have become more powerful and he seems to be about to Enter the first state of mind.

Now that the state of mind has been revised he started to revise the exercises he owns. first he decided to revise body technique he asked his system:

And the same thing happened he has a lot more of memories off himself in which he seems to be working day and night for 10 years practicing body technique for 10 years without any rest in the end where is the stage where he seems to be control the outside world with the help of wind and then the memories ended and he came back to his senses.

After checking for a while he knew that he has reached artistic conception level in the body technique and cross two levels of micro level and perfect level of body technique after thinking for a while he knew that his choice was correct and this huge improvement is due to a state of mind because he seems to be able to see the essence clearly,if it was someone else he might not be able to what is the state of artistic conception in 10 years even some God of War who have been working for more than 10 years have just reached the perfect level of body technique and he himself knows his own qualifications and knows that he will not have this huge improvement in just 10 years if not for his state of mind and studying the work of sages.

next he revise the basic boxing technique:

And the same thing happened and he has a lot more memories of himself practicing basic body technique day and night for 10 years without any rest and in the end he seems to be able to move the world and increase the lethality of his punch with the help of world or specifically increase the sharpness of his fist with the help of wind. then he came back to his senses and he knows that he has reached the artistic conception level of boxing and he might be one of few people on earth who is Boxing level have reach the artistic conception level because many people prefer swordman ship over boxing or kicking.

He himself decided to focus on swordman ship because it is everyone's dream to become a sword immortal but right now he does not have proper cheats for practicing swordsmanship so decided to wait and go to extreme martial arts all and ask the instructor to teach in basic sword technique.

Now that he has revised the thing he needs to revise there is nothing else to do, then he suddenly realise that he has not revise the five hearts to the sky exercise. he should try revising it because it might produce some unexpected surprise, then he did what he thought:

Suddenly a lot of memories appeared in mind in which he seems to be practicing and thinking on the basic exercise of five hearts to the sky and in the end he seems to be able to activate it without sitting cross leg and it seems to be has become an instinct of his body. This made him laugh because he really got an Unexpected surprise.

Then it occurs to him that he does not know or more specifically be able to follow the State of his skills and then it occurred to him that he had not check the system panel yet. Then he did what he thought and he called the system:
