The sounds of Steps echoed inside a cave as a Guard clad in red Armor approached a Door made of black Iron.

*Creak*

" Your time's Up kid. It is time to go. " The guard said in a deep voice after opening the tightly shut door. 

Beyond the door, He saw a jet black haired boy with waist long hair sitting in a meditative pose. The black pants he was wearing were tattered into shreds, Faintly revealing a ripped lean physique. The chamber he was in gave off an odor of decay. 

While examining the chamber further more, He saw blade marks engraved deeply in to the rock walls of the room. The training dummy that was meant to withstand even the attacks of a C rank soldier was also cut in half and the rest of the parts of it were decayed.

' Dis he fought a war inside here ' The guard thought to him self as his eyes wondered towards the boy in the middle of the room.

Suddenly, the boy opened his pair of glowing ruby red eyes as his body levitated in the air and he stood up on the ground.

*Huff*

" It's been two months already, Huh? " He asked in a slow yet a deep voice while stretching. 

" Yes, Someone will be near the entrance to escort you back. Hurry up and wash your self kid you stink. "

" Do I? " The boy asked while smelling him self.

After taking a quick bath and wearing my academy uniforms, I left the isolation chambers and reached the opening of the cave where I saw big sis lily waiting for me.

" Why are you here lily. " Somewhat surprised by her presence, I approached near her and asked.

" Why, You don't want me to be here. " She asked me while pouting. She was wearing her academy uniform.

" No, That's not it. In fact I am glad you are here. But I was expecting Professor Aurora to be here. " I said while scratching my head. 

" Well she was about to come, But I used my status as the Student Council vice president to meet you in her stead. " She said in a proud voice.

" Ok, then let's get going. " 

" Yup. "

We didn't spoke any words after that until we got near to the portal that lead us back to the academy.

" Hey, Avi. Let's sit here for a moment. " Lily said to while sitting under a peach tree and facing the valley in front of us.

It was around two in the afternoon as the sunlight colored the entire valley in a golden color. I could even see some birds flying in the distance.

" Avi, Aunt and Uncle named Lucas as the new heir. "

As the passing breeze of Autumn washed past me, I heard the gentle voice of Sister Lily, Breaking the news I was expecting without beating around the Bush. 

" Well, There is nothing that can be done about it. " I said while looking towards the distance.

" And Like you said before, I am strong. I won't be upset by a news like that. Somethings are meant to be you know. " I said while summoning a jerky I took from the chambers and eating it.

" Hey, Did you stole that from the isolation chambers. " Suddenly Lily asked me in a dumbfounded voice.

" Mya. Aim os unmgri ( Yah, I was hungry ) "

" Don't talk while stuffing your mouth with food, idiot. " Lily said while smacking my head. 

" Well, It's been two months since you had a proper meal right? How about we go to a restaurant. It will be on me. " She said smiling while standing up.

" Really! Then I won't decline. He he. " I said touching the place she smacked while laughing.

The day went by like that . Lily treated me to a meal and we talked about the past while enjoying the delicacies presented in front of us.

While chatting she mentioned that Lucas caught a Spy from a secret organization while on a club activity.

' Looks like the the story is progressing. I was planning on intervening but I changed my mind and extended the time period of my isolation to two months. '

Tuesday 15th Of October. 

I am standing in front of my class at the moment. It's been two months since I was last here. I was planning on skipping the classes for today and getting myself a haircut. Due to the power of the Mana gem, My growth rate increased and my hair grew faster. So at the moment I have tied my hair in a pony tail. Also, I am now 6.3 in height. Hehe.

It was about 7.50 in the morning now. Taking deep breath I swung opened the doors and entered the class room. From the corner of my eyes I saw all the attention of the cadets drawn in to my direction. But ignoring them, I went to my usual seating in the back of the class and sat down while looking outside the window.

" Hey, Isn't that the Avion guy from the Dragonhearts. "

" Yah, That is him. But where was he for two months. "

" You know, I heard that he went home to convince his parents to not revoke him from the title of heir. "

" Yah, I heard he begged his parents asking for the title back. "

" Heh. He is pathetic. I heard that he is been drinking after being revoked from being the heir. "

Murmurs start to slowly appear as students talked about made up rumors amongst themselves. 

' Well, It is good that they don't know I went to train. But aren't those rumors a bit too much. ' I thought to my self as a vein in my head bulged from the anger.

' I guess it is time to build up my reputation. ' I thought to my self as my eyes grew sharper.

' I am proud of my improvements. ' I thought to my self while faintly smiling.

I bought the spell levitate from my PC but the skill meteor was a surprise for me. When I was absorbing the mana gem it suddenly appeared in my skill menu. Maybe it was something that was registered within the mana gem before hand. Either way I am thankful for this powerful skill.

But this isn't all, I haven't absorbed the mana gem in whole, there is more than 90% left of it.

As I was admiring my improvements, Professor aurora entered the classroom while silencing every cadets present. 

" All right Cadets, I have good news today. As a reward for one of our fellow cadets, Who is none other than Lucas Dragonheart capturing a spy, the Academy Headmaster have decided to reward our class with a small trip to a neighboring continent. So Applaud Lucas for this opportunity he has presented for you guys. " Professor Aurora said in her usual indifferent tone. Yet I didn't failed to see the proud look in her eyes.
